Got a sub and it was horrible today 9/17 at 1630. As a truck driver, good food is so important. The sub yesterday was great. The staff made it clear she didnt wanna help us. We have been parking here for 2 yrs and never had such bad service as today.

This used to be a good place to park, but apparently the new owners have manure for brains. Charging truck drivers $15 to park, even if they purchase fuel or food from the store. Don’t waste your time at this place. There’s plenty of other truck stops in the area that appreciate drivers.

Use to park here all the tome when we deliver or pick up here and got something to eat. Now they want to charge $15 to park there now I wonder why the lot was so empty. I just went to Pilot to park and got something to eat at Left’s Barbecue

Ive been parking at this truck stop for at least 10 years. It used to be one of my favorite spots. You could usually find parking even in the middle of the night, and their coffee was decent. I wont ever stop here again though. $15 to park is pretty outrageous. I know that some truck stops charge to park, but will waive the fee if you spend enough money. I can see that. That way people actually help offset the cost of having to maintain such a big parking lot, and dont just park without buying anything. They dont offer that though. Im legitimately not spending any more money here. Supposedly they got new owners sometime in January, and started to pay the park in February. I parked here since February, and didnt have to pay. The yard attendant said I got lucky. Well, the new owners need to find out real quick that this is how small Mom and Pop truck stops go out of business.

7/24/2021 9:30 am. I watched a lady cleaning the parking lot and fuel island and she did a excellent job. She emptied all cans, used her grabber stick and picked up all loose garbage on the ground. She didn’t miss a single piece of trash. Nicely done. 4 stars bc parking lot a has some big pot holes.

I came here because I despise Pilots, also I like to go to Mom and Pop places and this place is awesome! They have large clean restrooms and just about anything you can need and want. And this place had parking through the entire night available. They also have a scale if you need to weigh your load and a Dairy Queen along with beer and great food when youre hungry.

Posted a review here regarding my stay 10/19-20, commenting that a $15 fee for the privilege of parking here resulted in a net $0 being spent in the c-store and/or Dairy Queen. Review was removed (?), and not by me. I am resubmitting. Will add that I had parked here many times in the past (pre-fee) and made sure I spent $ here. Dont appreciate being censored.

Definitely not a truck friendly truck stop. Charges truckers 15 dollars to park. But will not serve any food after 8pm at least the speed way across the road is will to provide food us truckers

Agree with the other reviews. This USED to be a good truck stop for years. Not anymore. Keep truckin down the highway. Not worth the parking price for the dump it is. New owners took over early this year an started charging to park. Wont return again.

Now charging $15 to park without buying a 100 gallons of fuel. Used to be one of my favorite stops. I will never stop here again. Lost all respect for the place

Super clean showers and friendly staff! 10/10 would reccomend! (Showers are $10 and you get a towel and wash cloth)

I have been stopping here for 25 plus years and have never paid to park here. And wont ever stop here again because of that by itself.Dont you think drivers have to put up with enough garbage and then to have to pay to park. B.S. Even of you spend over 15$ you still have to pay 15$ to park semi overnight.With this un taxed xtra income they should buy hand soap.

Was met by someone before I even got parked to be charged $15.00 to park wasnt even told about how fuel was needed for free parking which by the way is .10 a gallon higher than the Speedway across the street.Stopped here to wait for the tire shop to open to replace a blow out is the only reason to stop here anyway still had plenty of driving time.Was a little hungry but will be eating somewhere else instead.

$15.00 to park overnight! No thank you! Spent $35.00+- in the c-store Wednesday night. Stopped back by on Thursday and noticed the parking fee signs in the restrooms. Some guy in the parking lot collecting/logging that youre there. Ive spent my last penny with your establishment.

Was a nice quiet place to park and good food. New owner is his greedy self decided to make it payed parking. Greedy Scumbag never again.

They switched to pay to park. Lost my business. Makes no sense when you can park at pilot and speedway for free. And the Walmart up the road for free. This truck stop is going to lose A LOT of business. The lot never even filled up while it was free to park.

Its hard to describe how bad the bathroom actually smells. So Im not going to do it. I recommend it just so you can see for yourself. Also, the gas pumps are regularly missing receipt paper.

I wondered why the parking lot was so empty. Their charging 15 dollars for parking. When people gets greedy they usually go broke.

Hmm, would be 5 stars and at least 4 but that pay to park thing is a fad with no future!! Truck stops tried that years ago and when competition opened nearby, they stopped charging, still after all these years, I remember and don’t do business with them at all, ie Ruthers glen va petro!! I can’t say I blame you for charging, I probably would too, but it leaves a bad taste in a lot of folks mouth for years!! When rates dip on down, and they certainly will, you Truck stop operators will see way more backlash on this paid parking venture, especially “ESPECIALLY”the small independent guys, such as yourselves..as Dan said previously, good luck!

Very rude nothing to offer truck drivers and charging $15.00 to park stinks restroom was very nasty would not recommend to any driver avoid this place at all cost

I couldnt get the buttons on two of the pumps to work. This place was horrible. I left without getting gas or making any purchases. Dont waste your time stopping here.

Better Dairy Queen than the other location in Crossville. Pretty clean. Nice employees.

Ive stopped here many times over the years, always go in and purchase food, drinks, trucking supplies, etc. Used to like the place, but $15 to park... not anymore. The lot attendant was confrontational from the get-go, as if he was looking to fight over demanding money.

Good bye ...I will never see you again ...15$ for parking RIP OFF...I hope the trucks stop coming and this family owned place will fall apart...this is how greed ends🙈

I am a TRUCKER been trucking 39 years, but on vacation in my personal truck stop to get gas saw the $2,33 per gallon advertising didnt realize that you had to join a club reward program to get advertised price so that they can fill your email with junk for a place your personal vehicle will never return to again. SCAM AT BEST

I use to spend a lot of money in this truck stop. They have gotten desperate and started charging $15 for parking. Ill never spend another penny in this truck stop.

I dont want to tell anyone its there.. or the place will be packed with the pilot people. Seriously good place,clean,quiet,fuel is reasonable, several choices for food, very helpful friendly staff. Ill be making it my regular layover spot. So pilot people?? Disregard all this and stay where you belong

Always stopped here when I was driving Over-the-Road. Spent many a overnight here and much preferred over the Pilot. Today was my first stop since May 2013 (retired OTR driver) . The Plaza has changed but still a nice place for quick snack and fill up.

Handy. Chicken strips are awesome.

Clean shower $10, hot water, very clean store. And best of all sweet staff and decent food. Will definitely be returning here. Forget the pilot down the street.

It appears that management cares. Lot is clean. Grass is cut. Spend a few dollars here to show your appreciation and hope they continue to operate profitably.

Employees were polite and friendly. Showers very dirty, towels were so old they were crumbling leaving lint all over my body as I dried my self off. Food in warmer at front sat for over 6 hours.

Love the fresh ground coffee. Great breakfast sandwichs. Has a deli.which makea a few sandwiches & pizz. Also has dog treats.

We stop here regularly. Convenient to the interstate. Clean restrooms. Pizza and Dairy Queen.

Dairy Queen was the dirtiest place ever. Food laying everywhere. Workers was filthy and rude. I cant believe the state dont shut them down. The dairy Queen I worked at in Indiana would never allow the place to look like that or the workers. No manager was there. Will never go back!!

Friendly staff, clean facility. It was a good place to stop for the night. Breakfast at DQ before we got back on the road.

Do not go to this truck stop. There are no signs that say it is paid parking. They will call your company and tell them that you have to move your truck and you owe them $10.00. Do yourself a favor and save some money. Do not patronize these crooks.

Good stop. ATM, WIFI, walls of drinks and snacks, car, truck and cell phone accessories, and $7 showers. And of course, gas.
