Got there 1:15pm, asked if I had an appointment for the flu vaccine. Tell them no. They tell me to come back at 2:00pm because they have lunch and others are in front of me. Cool. So I wait in my car until 2:10 only to go inside to be told they’re not doing walkins right now. By the same individual!Just wasted an hour when someone could have simply told me that when I arrived the first time. Unprofessional and unorganized.

Excellent pharmacy staff!

Went to the pharmacy on FARMINGTON Avenue in Bristol ct today. Had a problem with my insurance and the staff worked with me to resolve the issue. The pharmacist and staff were very helpful and very pleasant to deal with.

It was great they had everything.

Expensive drugs if you dont have good insurance.

Drive thru window for medicine pickup has been rude employees last 3 times we’ve been there

Don’t bother trying to receive any service from the pharmacy after 6 PM as they are “going through closing procedures” and are too busy to bother assistant you. Never mind they are officially open until 7 PM.

#shoppingatwalgreenswhileblack the overall store was clean. I was followed through the store and asked numerous times if I needed help as I was shopping. One time I dropped an item and the lady who was following me literally ran around the corner ask was I searching for anything and picked my items up out of my cart near my feet.

Extremely unhelpful, slow and rude. They make you jump through several hoops to get your prescription filled.
