No one greeted me as I entered the store. No one offered to assist me with help.No customer service at all...No signs over sections of shoes, I had to figure out what was kids, ladies etcVery nice selection of shoes and great prices.

Walked into this place for the first time to get some doctor recommended shoes and was delighted the young lady at the counter not only greeted me but directed me herself to the very item I needed. I was in the store maybe 7 minutes and left very happy with my purchase.

Not impressed. Staff were teens or young adults who didnt have a clue about their products or customer service. Not friendly and didnt seem motivated to sell. Manager wasnt helpful either. Stock was also low. Wont be shopping here again.

The staff was great the selection was small..but found something to get me over til I can look online.

Clean and well organized. The young ladies that were working on the floor were very helpful. Smaller store space with good selection of items. Would recommend Hibbett Sports to friends and family.

Shoe size selection low but think due to none available. Well stocked on clothes. But very friendly service .

They never have what I need whether its compression sleeves for shin splints, chalk, or lifting straps.

Not friendly at all, so I left. I can take my business somewhere else. Who is the manager here because the store is poorly run and customer service is lacking.

Very low stock in common shoe sizes and staff not willing to help locate shoe sizes needed. This is has been going on for years now.

I came into the store last night to buy a fleece for a friend. And the original sticker price was $60. And than there was an added sticker of $65! It rang up $65. I pointed out the original price on there says $60. So the associate got a manager. And the manager peeled off the original price of $60. And said it was an upsell item. I have worked retail previous for many years. And Ive never heard of any way you would over charge the customer from the original price. They should had honored the original price. Especially when it showed both prices on the tag. I will never go back!!!

Went to buy shoes didnt have the ones I wanted .customer service was poor at best.didnt seem interested if they sold shoes at all maybe thats why I was the only customer in there .if it were my business i would be very concerned.

Not a huge selection of soccer shoes, but good quality and reasonably priced (most were on sale).

Absolutely took me 2 hours in there but I found shoes for work . And shoes for my kids yay! All on clearance and saved 50 percent on both pair!

Came in Hibbet today to purchase a few pair of shoes. I have asked 4 times for a Size 11 in several different style shoes they have on the wall and they dont have a 11 in anything. Seems whoever is running this place is doing a terrible job.

Great selection on older children but couldnt find anything for a toddler. Very clean, friendly people.

Ok service, probably wont go there again though.
