I tried to return a pair of sneakers but they told me if i didnt have the receipt they wouldnt be able to replace them and then the manager proceeded to tell me i didnt get them there. I explained that due to my divorce Im living in my car and am unable to find the receipt. The manager was extremely rude and i have never felt more embarrassed or humiliated by her. They told me i didnt get them there basically said i was trying to return something i had stolen. This needs to be addressed ASAP before someone else gets called a thief .

Do much awesome stuff, didnt have time to look at it all but will be back to shop for longer. I got an awesome backpack purse (Steve madden) for an awesome price. My kids really like the toy selection here too. Clean in here too. Smelled really good, like oranges, or orange type cleaner🙂🍊

Slow customer services at its best! Employee rang up items and then was unsure if she rung it up and double check everything that she already rung ? Then when we had a questions and Suzie who seem to be a manager of some sort turn the screen and said its all there! Attitude ! Would never shop at this location again !

I havent been in several months until Saturday and they have rearranged it and the displays are great even after the holiday rush! Very neat set up. Not a mess at all. They carry the cutest deco and even pet stuff! Love it!

Store is very clean and social distancing protocols are still in place. Not a lot to choose from though in the way of summer dresses. Or much of any style of dresses for that matter.

Found what I was looking for and a little more. The store was clean and without clutter. They had 4 cashiers and each one of them were very welcoming and polite. Super friendly place. Just looking forward to the dressing rooms reopening soooon.

My family was shopping today, 8/8/2020 at 7:30 pm. While checking out the cashier said I had a $5 coupon and asked if I wanted to use it. I said yes and she asked me to accept the coupon by pressing yes on the keypad. Instead of a coupon, by pressing yes I approved Bealls to run my credit and issue a credit card. I asked the manager to cancel the card which she said she couldnt do. So I cancelled the transaction and left my kids school clothes on the counter Ill never shop at this or any other Bealls again.

Always clean, items are always displayed tastefully. Easy for the eye to see merchandise.

They have increased their inventory back to pre covid level!😁

Ive always found some good deals on home goods here. They have a really good eye for sought after decor. And they can hold items also. I get my senior discount on Mondays, but if I see something on a Wednesday, they will hold it for me and I. an pick it up on Monday and get my senior discount. And the staff is very helpful.

So many items at a great price

The prices were great but you have to really look through to find anything. The changing rooms were closed, due to covid, which really made it difficult to shop without being able to try anything on.

Remodeled to stay current. New dressing rooms more product, more big red signs. Its ok, but no wow factor. Nevertheless I love this store. I love finding the brand items.

You can find some good deals but you have to look.. spend some time and youll find them. Everything is kind of just thrown on the racks. I bought a pair of shorts that had a 34 waist tag on them. Ended up being a 40 waist. Couldnt wear them. I live out of town and dont have a way of returning them.

This is where I come to shop if Im not leaving Crestview. They have a great selection of things and the staff is fantastic and very helpful.The remodel is great and it feels so much bigger and looks great.

Always some to find. The selection has improved a lot. Bought a purse $34. Same one in belk mothers day ad as a door buster special for $49.99. This seasons trends already in an outlet. Way to go Bealls!!

I have a difficult time finding blouses I, dress or work level and slacks that match. There are numerous clothing items available for junior sized females and an abundance of men and youth males in T-shirts and dress shirts. All items in the childten departments are good quality but some are pricey. Overall, I have been successful and pleased with pet products, shoes, bedding,gift items, and wall decor. Employees need their customer service (the department floaters) skills tweaked)

Large store with good selection of clothing and home wares. Best selection of mens clothes off any of the discount stores Ive seen. Senior discount day on Mondays (over 55). Plenty of close parking, four great eateries nearby in same shopping center. Big Lots, Cato, and Hibbetts Sports also.

Bealls Outer is a good place to do family shipping. I enjoyed shopping, you know I had to buy something.

Absolutely LOVE this store. I do suggest trying on everything you buy, before you buy it, because sometimes things arent marked correctly, and some things are just made differently. But I do love love love this store!

Cashiers always seem to have an attitude and like to argue with customers. I know retail workers always complain about the attitude of customers, but the associates here always look like they don’t want to be there, have an attitude like they own the store and make up their own policies to avoid calling a manager over. If you don’t like people, maybe avoid working in a customer service based position.

Discounted with a good range of womens mens juniors and other size clothing. Some luggage, linens, some houseware, some decorative items too.Store is clean, there is changing rooms to try things on, and a couple days a week for those of a certain age to get discount on their purchases.

Always something new to shop. Very friendly staff, clean and organized store, and great deals on products. I can find better quality products for less than what I would normally shop for at the big department stores. I always check Bealls before going to Wal-Mart or Target now.

Name brand for a fraction of the cost. I just guess Im not in with the times. Must be because I hit 40 but Im no longer in the know of 5he brands they carry. What ever happened to Calvin Klein, nike, silver tab and Arizona Jeans. Maybe someone should open a beals for 80s kids. Back to 5he store now. The staff is very friendly and working hard

Its one of the only other places in Crestview to shop besides walmart. Checking out is the longest experience, normally this is the case, however today each of the registers were all open and I got out of there in decent time.

Maybe i go too often, but the employees are great at welcoming you when you walk in. Always cheerful and striking conversation. Having four children, alot of last minute needs (ex: khakis, blue shirt, team shirt for spirit week, christmas sweater..) come up and i can almost always find what i need. The store is very organized and as long as i dont get sidetracked by a new shower curtain, purse or another throw blanket, i can be in and out rather quickly.

Tracy is the manager and runs the store very poorly. If you are contacted for an interview, she is very hard to get in contact with. Once you do get an interview, she is unorganized and makes it seem like you are hired and she will tell you that she will call. She does not call. I contacted her a few days later and she said that she would let me know the following week to see what type of schedule she can get me on. Fast forward 45 days later, I receive an email that they have decided not to hire me. Beware- this manager has no idea how to handle potential employees. Not disgruntled, just appalled by how management is unprofessional.

I love the Crestview Florida store but I did bring home a broken which I am just on my homework and had to return it. Since I live about an hour away from there It was a little bit of a hardship.

I’ve been comming here 15 years and the new management they have now is horrible. The longest lines, employees are slow and their mind seems elsewhere. The layout of the store is confusing and messy, I’ve noticed the manager usually just stands there telling other people what to do and the cashiers including manager have unprofessional conversations among themselves. Poor customer service. I dread coming here but there is currently nowhere else to go.
