Spoke to nicole on phone what i was interested in. Went in they tried giving me something that cost three times as much. Agreed to pay so much now then again on the first. 3 days later they started calling me wanting money. I tried making payments online and said i had no agreements. I returned the item. Now my sons ps4 acct hasnt been logged off of amd they wont return my call.

They are mediocre at keeping delivery times accurate.

For anyone who is planning on renting anything from here I advise you look down where else. I got a bed that no one has used and a week and a half later I found out we had bed bugs. I wouldnt even give them one star. My experience with them has been nothing but trouble and the manager doesnt even seem to care. Better believe that Im going to the board of health. This is ridiculous!!

Vandalism and harassment at its finest . Left the door hangers on my car so now the paper is stuck to it bc it got wet . 10-15 door hangers a day. Knocks for 20-30 minutes a time . Yells into my apartment and CONSTANTLY calls my family HARASSING THEM . Gave out confidential information to multiple people and even at one point told someone i was getting evicted. Thad and Michael both are ridiculous. Thad even went as far as covering my peep hole and his face . If i could less a star i would . I recommend no one EVER renting from them EVER laura (the manager) doesnt care at all . And im so done with them.

Was just looking but manager took the time to explain everything. Will definitely be back when remodeling finishes up.

I keep receiving calls due to a family member placing me as a reference when I was never asked to be a reference and if you had called to make sure it was okay you would know you arent going to get your money. The family member never pays their debts and Ive called 2x and asked to be removed from the call list because said family member and I have not spoken in over a year and a half. I have blocked your number and you keep leaving voicemails. Stop. I will be seeking legal action if this continues.

Vandalized my yard and porch and not including gave my account information out to three different people on different occasions they said they didnt but in process with lawyers bc i have cameras that showed they did there communication with one another is the worst!!!
