I always have a good experience and that is why I keep going back. If they don’t have what I want they check other stores. They are also always nice and friendly.

The staff is the best!! I have had help from Michelle picking out furniture to a nice tv. Electronics are not very user friendly to me and the men who delivered my furniture and electronics set everything up and explained how to even use. Everyone is always professional and very kind. I fully recommend anyone just to go and see what they have. I am def a returning customer

The manager and her workers say the fix things but they don’t. They also treat customers like dirt. I would not send anyone in the crawfordsville store I would recommend going out of town.

American rental in Crawfordsville Indiana is one of the best rent to own places around I am on social security and was so grateful that they were able to work with me to purchase what I was needing with payments I could afford. They also do things for the community. I really appreciate American rental in Crawfordsville and as soon as I get my grandsons bunk bed with stairs on it paid off I will be in to purchase a French door refrigerator freezers combination.

Love this crew. They go above and beyond to help their customers. The delivery drivers even came in on their day off to help me with a dresser that I couldn’t get moved. I have seen all of them help each other and their customers.

Been a customer of American Rental in Crawfordsville for over 2 years now. We first got a TV from them. The TV accidentally got broken while moving this past December and they worked with us to get a replacement in no time! We recently paid the TV off and needed a washer and dryer. Even during all the chaos going on, they helped us. I went online and ordered from them. Then received a call shortly after letting me know that they would have a brand new set for us on the following Monday but asked if I wanted to wait until Friday so we could take part in their promotion they were having the next weekend. We got the set today on time and the delivery guys were excellent and helped bring them to our back porch so we could get them in the house! I highly recommend them!

Most employee are great there but the manager not so much i have been waiting for 6 months to be able to pay my bill on line but she can never do it right n for some reason it is only me so that means she has a problem with me

Pretty friendly staff and informative if you have any questions. The price honestly depends on what it is you are buying, its always best to try and pay the three or so months same as cash, instead of having to pay double or all the interest of course. As far as selection goes, they have a decent variety, but they can order things in also.

This store is amazing we bought a tv from there and a few other things... well we went in there looking for a washer and me and my wife were talking about our tv and told them how it went out and we were going to throw it out and they offered to send it in and get it serviced for us even after it had been paid off from them for two years they still offered to fix it for me. Needless to say we bought a washer and would recommend anyone to them.
