My brand new truck was hit while parked in my driveway and I had to fight with the insurance company for over a month! But Ideal Auto Body was wonderful! They took my truck in right away since it wasnt drivable and helped me work with the insurance company. They were so nice and helpful and went above and beyond to help me with during this frustrating situation. I just picked up my truck and it is BEAUTIFUL! You would never know that it had as much damage as it did! I would HIGHLY recommend Ideal Auto Body to anyone!

Dan and his team did a wonderful job repairing and painting my son’s Jeep. My son had done some work to the Jeep himself to keep his coats down. Dan was honest in what work was good and what work wouldn’t hold up. He gave him a fair price and the job was done in a timely manner. I never thought Id give a body shop five stars! They were recommended to me by a friend after I had an accident, and today I picked up my car - it looks like new! They are courteous, very easy to work with, on time and relatively efficient. It took a little longer than I had hoped, but they provided a cheap rental while I waited, and the work was outstanding. Hope I never have to use them again, but if I do, they are my first choice!

This guy always been good to me till lately my car came back with a jacked up mirror and with lights on because the went cheap on a replacement part.

The only reason this place even deserves a star is because of the front desk secretary Ida. She is a saint. Very polite and respectful.On Monday (May 1st), I brought my car into Ideal Auto Body that I was referred to for some repair work. The owner (Dan) said they would not be able to start work on the vehicle until the next week. I left the car, gave him the keys, & went on my way. Later that day another friend referred me to a different body shop & I decided to give them a call. Long story short, I decided to go to another auto body shop due to cheaper pricing & turnaround time.The following day I went to the Ideal Auto Body, spoke with Dan, & was completely honest about finding a cheaper shop & taking my car back. Of course, he was furious, cursed up a storm (in front of Ida), & he personally moved my car off of his lot. When I originally brought the car to him there were a few parts & pieces inside the car that needed to be attached to the outside of the vehicle (energy absorber, a couple of screws for the rear bumper, & a sonar parking sensor). After I had the car towed back to my place, I inspected it. (I know I should have done so while being at the shop, but I wasnt thinking clearly after being disrespected by the owner). All of the original items that were inside the vehicle were there, BUT the most expensive part...the parking sensor.I searched the entire car, underneath the seats, glove box, storage compartment, back seat pockets, under the mats..everything to no avail. I contacted the shop letting them know that the parking sensor was missing & Ida told me shed ask the owner as well as the people in the shop. I wait 30 mins without a callback, so I decided to call back & she told me they dont have it & that the owner does not have it. She said he did not touch anything in the car. I drove to the shop immediately to confront Dan & he gave the same excuse. I simply told him I either need the sensor or the money for a new sensor & he refused to entertain it. I called the police & filed a report. I also entered a complaint with the BBB. If this isnt resolved after these means I will be filing a lawsuit in small claims court for the amount of the item.BONUS: I also find it funny that as I was in the office trying to resolve the issue initially an angry customer walked in complaining about this shop doing terrible work on her car. Paint chipping, the emblem falling off, & a few other issues.I recommend others to avoid this shop at all costs.

They do the job right, but do not have a completely honest crew working for them, all that would have given them an almost perfect rating, would have been to have left my book of stamps in the same place I put them. Instead theyre missing, faulted by cleaning crew, I would suppose. Thumbs down, on that aspect.
