Brought my vehicle over to Tasca Collision Center for repairs and I have to say the staff was amazing. The attention to detail and the communication throughout the repair was great.Doug Begin and Gina are both very customer service oriented. I was aware that I had many options in regard to where I could have the vehicle repaired however I choose Tasca Collision Center because of the staff and the attention to detail that they offer.Doug took the time to explain the repairs needed and also gave me a level of confidence that the repairs were going to be completed accurately.

A+ in all categories. I had collision repairs done to my tailgate and bumper. New manager took care of everything. Quality of work outstanding. They handled all insurance paperwork. Staff very pleasant. Work completed on schedule. Could ask for nothing more.

I got in a car accident earlier this month and had the car fixed at Tasca. They repaired the car in 6 days, after having to order parts as well. I picked up the car yesterday and I was blown away with how well they did! Everything was fit perfectly and they even washed and vacuumed my car for me (which I was going to do once I got it back because it WAS fairly dirty). Paint matched perfectly and you would never know the car was in an accident. They had great customer service every time I called to get an update and were able to answer my questions on the spot. If i could rate higher than 5 stars, I definitely would. I highly recommend getting your car repaired here! They are great people and repair to very high quality.

Walked in with paint scrapes on front bumper and side fender. Left 15 minutes later with paint removed car looked like new- no charge couldn’t be happier!

I brought my vehicle to Tasca after having an accident and they were wonderful. They helped me file a claim with my insurance company, negotiated the repair cost with my adjuster and returned my car to me in a timely manner. I was amazed with the quality of repairs and how clean it was,

The body work itself was exceptional, but the experience was painful due to the repeatedly unpleasant interactions with the representative at the desk. She was rude, disrespectful, defensive, and completely dismissive of my concerns on multiple occasions. It is a shame that a business that does such great work has an employee whose attitude is so poor that a customer would not recommend the business to others.I should note that I did take my concerns to the manager who was completely professional and salvaged the experience for me as did all others with whom I interacted.

My 2018 F-150 was involved in an accident while parked at a horse show with a horse and cart.I called Tasca on Monday, talked to the insurance company, brought the truck in on Tuesday morning, Insurance adjuster called me Wednesday morning from Tasca telling me he had cut a check, minus my deductable, 2 weeks later I picked up my truck and it looks better than it did when I drove it off the lot 18 months ago. Everything about the experience was the best.

Tasca Collision Center did an outstanding job on the vehicle, it looks great and rives without any problems. The communications with the customer needs to be improved. I was told that a technician would call in a couple days to give me an update on the status of the repairs, but that didnt happen. I had to call to get my questions answered. When I talked to the techs, they did answered all of my questions. All-in-all the Tasca Collision Center did outstanding work to my vehicle. Thank You.

Took my vehicle there 4 times and they still couldnt get the job done right. It actually came back damaged in areas that werent damaged from my collision. Not to mention how they took my insurance for a ride. I trusted that the dealership would of at least provided some type of quality service, but it seems that their FORD certified technicians mean little to nothing from the common hack job. Couldnt even express the dissatisfaction Ive experienced with these guys. NEVER AGAIN!

I purchased a used Silverado from another dealer and ran into issues with post sales service on a minor paint issue they agreed to fix. After not getting cooperation from the used dealer, Tasca North quoted me on the repair which was very fair . John and his team had the truck for 2 days as promised, fixed the fender and detailed the entire truck inside out to the point I had to do a double take when I went to open my door to make sure I had the right truck! It looked better than new When I originally picked it up. The entire team at Tasca Collision North are top notch right down to the receptionist Brianna... Thank you all at Tasca North Woonsocket!!!

Great customer service from woman at the front desk but workers seem a little unorganized. Was looking to make an appointment but they wouldnt and told me just to come in and it would get fixed. Come in and waited 2 hours for what they said would be a ten minute job but they ended up having the wrong part so waited for nothing. Blanche is great but they should come up with a better appointment procedure.

Prices are very reasonable I know other small businesses can offer cheaper prices for the services but I felt safer and know that if something went wrong they would fix it without any excuses on how it could be my fault with extra costs and the staff was friendly just a faster response time to call backs could improve thats all

As a ford lease customer and a former employee of tasca, i have to say i was very let down by the level of service and communication at the collision center. I initally brought my car there for 3 reasons. 1) i thought because my car was originally leased there it would expedite things 2) i thought they might be able to provide me rental and 3) being a former employee ive seen the work they do and know its decent.My car was inovolved in an accident on november 20th, and immediately I had the car towed there. After it sat there for 6 days, i called and i was repeated told they were still waiitng for an appraisal from the insurance company. This was entirely false, as i called my insuance company and they faxed over a copy of the appraisal which they gave to them on the second day. Then, when i showed them that the appraisal was in fact done, their story changed to: well, the parts are currently on back order. I was told 4 weeks minimum. Maybe before christmas! I told them thats crazy since there are dozens of cars on the lot that are identical models and they should just swap out the parts. (Which would actually help them cost wise) . They said sorry we cant do that. I then asked for assistance with a rental since they expected me to be without a car for a month or more heading into the hollidays.They again said sorry we cant help you there either.Needless to say, i had my car towed elsewhere who by the wat took only 2-3 weeks AND paid for my rental!Awful accommodations and communication by tascas collison center.

My wife was in an accident with her Mazda CX5. Nobody was hurt but the car took a few dings and scrapes. Took it back to the dealers repair shop on March 4th expecting the best result. What was supposed to be 3-4 days has now turned into 20 days and counting. Any communication or updates I got were from me reaching out to them and asking for it. At the 1 week mark (March 11th) we told them that we would be going away for a family vacation from the 17th-24th and that we needed the car back prior to that so we didnt have a rental (Toyota Camry, not anywhere close to a comparable vehicle, after I specifically requested an SUV as we have 2 small children) sitting in our drive way racking up rental fees while we were away. We were assured that it should be done by then. Call back a few days later and not only is it still not done, but it wont be done until after we leave, Wednesday (20th) or Thursday (21st) the latest, but any additional rental fees they will cover. Get back from our trip yesterday, no messages, no voicemails, no updates on the car. I figure no news is good news and assume the car just be done. Its a Sunday, so I dont expect to get a hold of anyone. I call this morning to ask for an update and they say that they are just getting in and I will get a call right back. I already have the kids in the car so we run and errand and head over (about 30-45 minutes later). I take a lap around the parking lot and cant see the car anywhere. I go in and they cant find the car or its paperwork anywhere. Luckily they find it pretty quickly, its in the paint booth and should be done in a day or so. So as of tomorrow what was supposed to be a 3-4 day jobs will be a 3 week job with no real explanation. If I had been kept in the loop, missed deadlines can be over looked and forgiven. Having to constantly fish for information is unacceptable and I hope they take a look at this review and ask themselves where did we go so wrong and how can we do better going forward.

My car got into a collision and the rear panel was damage. I brought it to tasca and they gave me 30 days. i called at about 28 days and they gave me another weekbto paint the car and look atvthe suspension. i waited and called a week later and they gave me another week without my car because they hadnt did anything and still have to paint the car and look at my suspension. i went to tasca because they are a large corp and i believed that would allow them to be more organized and that i would be more indivualed and have more over view on whats happen and that they would have the manpower to get the job done on time but when i call they seem annoyed and dont give me any real information and when i asked for a rental car after they gave me another 2 weeks they wanted my insurance to pay for it even though it was their responiblity to get me my car on time and they fault why i dont have transportation. That makes sense that they wouldnt wanna pay for my inconvience because they dont care about custumers and their satisfation. i wont be going to tasca again
