Action Auto Body was recommended to me by Joe & Sons. Im so glad that they did. I had a minor problem with the car which was fixed immediately with no charge. The two gentlemen I spoke to (I think one was the owner) couldnt have been nicer as was the young lady behind the desk. I would highly recommend Action Auto.

I always go here for my auto repairs and would give 5 stars for the repairs and convenience and detailing but have to bring it down to 3 because the woman who answers the phones and does their administative/reception is just miserable every time and makes you feel like youre bothering her every step of the way. This is not just a one off but EVERY SINGLE TIME. She is knowledgeable, but it is unnecessary to act annoyed to have to help the customers. I wont go elsewhere because I know theyre going to get my car done right and have realistic pricing, but I literally dread dealing with her. I also recommended two separate friends, one who got so frustrated with her in the initial call that he decided to go elsewhere and the other said she loved their work but wouldnt return because the receptionist was just a grump. I wish they would just give her some customer service training because she knows her stuff, just has a terrible attitude.

I have used this shop a few times. They take care of all the insurance and gave me a rental. My car looks brand new

I was rear ended at a red light and my vehicle would not start. The Cranston police called in a tow. Action Auto was the tow company on the books for the day. When the tow showed, I initiated conversation. Immediately the driver was very rude and said he was taking my car and the vechile that was there to pick me up. He was obviously misinformed. The officer granted permission to have my vechile towed to the destination of our liking. The tow man declined based on company policy. They clearly offer no customer service, in exchange for unscrupulous profit. They got 2 tows when there should have been one. Action Auto, I didnt appreciate the disrespect and would like an apology. Thanks.

Horrible customer service. He charged me 3500 dollars for front bumper. And he didnt even fix or clam the radiator damage.. horrible experience I wouldnt go there
