We have been with Verizon for over 5 years and have never experienced customer service like this. Theasia and Shelby made our experience effortless. They gave us our options and even advice. They were so patient with us although my husband can be a little difficult at times and he even said they were great! These girls deserves something...give them a bonus.

Great store for your Verizon needs. Jessica went out if her way to help my transfer my service after already knowing what I wanted. She was super patient, answered all of my questions, searched for additional things that would help me later. She even stayed late to ensure my over 5000 pictures, 750 contacts and over 14,000 text messages transferred to my new phone from my previous phone and provider. I even went back a week later to purchase accessories that I typically would get online, just to have her help me again. Outstanding customer service, especially from a cell phone provider. Do yourself a favor and always ask for Jessica and dont go to any other location if you can help it.

Ferdnando Bailey, the store manager helped me tremendously. I had been having trouble with my phone for weeks. Fernando immediately recognized the problem and corrected it within five minutes. Ferdnando is a nice man who was also very courteous and so helpful. I had heard from friends how helpful Ferdnando was and was glad he was there to help me. I appreciate his knowledge and helpfulness!

Marisa was a great help with purchasing our 2 new phones! She was very knowledgeable about both the IPHONE and Galaxy models. She explained the plans and return policies in great detail. She set-up and dressed our phones. She answered all our questions and great customer service!!! My wife and I couldn’t be more happy with the service we received!

Store was hot ! I asked them to lower the heat. Thermostat was on 80. The store worker said she was not allowed to touch the thermostat but finally lower to 78 ? All customers present were complianing.

My phone was sold to me back in September at a certain price that my bill still does not reflect 4 months later. I have been reaching out to the store to no avail and to the manager. Still silence on their end. When I called verizon, they said they could do nothing since it was a privately owned store. I enjoyed my conversations with the employees and they are great people. But at the end of the day, my bill is $250 than what the phone was sold to me at

I have to say, as a customer of Verizon for 6 years, I have never had the great experience with any customer service representative the way that I had with Fernando Bailey. He went beyond the call of duty to make sure, that I was well taken care of and assisted me with any questions and concerns that I needed about my device. He made sure that I was knowledgeable about my device and all of the features that came with it. Im so grateful that I had such an amazing experience with him. I had to go to Verizon yesterday after work because I cracked my screen. Marisa was the young lady that helped me out. I ended up getting a new phone because my old phone did not have insurance on it. She knew her products very well and she was so kind! The phone I had went on the blink. Being a die hard Verizon customer. Being out of town. I came to the closest Verizon store I could find which was VICTRA. I bought a new phone and accessories. The gentleman assisting me even connected my phone to my car phone. Then when I got home I couldnt get into any of my apps. So the next morning I came back and the same gentleman helped me and he set everything up for me. Talking about being wowed .If youre a Verizon customer you need to go to VICTRA, they should be a corporate store because this gentleman fixed everything that I couldnt and he did it in record time. Better than the corporate store in SC. Victra you rock!

Ferdnando is my all-time favorite CSR!! I first met him bringing my mom in to introduce her to her first smart phone and he got her tech-world ready and then yesterday had his assistance along with a coworker in activating my new device and couldnt have asked for a better experience each time. This was after I called another store and was told they couldnt help me so it was that much more appreciated. Working in the customer service industry I have learned the difference between people who come to work and people who work to serve and he is definitely the latter and the entire store reflects it. No doubt 5 stars!

Verizon wireless may lead the mobile industry but they are last on my list. This particular store was half helpful, didnt know at a code ment and has no optíns for stolen phones that lose connection with phone number causing my number of 20 or so years to not be useable, though not there fault but i feel since they are #1 they could have had more of a solution...
