Switch to cricket wireless from metro and the process was simple and quick. Ported with my same number to get a free phone, G power! ❤️ The 3 day battery life. Also was offered the federal assistance through cricket to save money. Plus the auto bill pay is awesome because I am a busy owner. Will refer many people. Thanks to the young lady working there that help me thru the switch. Never lost photos or contacts.

Incredible service. I did not even get my phone from here. But Justin took the time to help me figure out which phone, (mind you, over the phone) I wanted and guided me to a CW store that had it. All 3 stores I dealt, with on the phone, had delightful staff. I did finally buy one. Do yourself a favor and cross the river if you live in Ohio.

Great experience at Covington store! Salesperson (sorry forgot to get his name) was extremely calm and helpful. There were 3 customers ahead of me; he handled all of us with great assurance. A woman was switching 4 phones from Boost mobile; he explained what she needed from their customer service and even offered her a chair, cause you might be on hold for a while. WILL definitely return to this location due to his customer service!!

Really have no problem with the service but today when I went in to pay my bill, I was charged an extra $9. He said $5 late fee and now a $4 processing fee!?! Thats a FIRST! AND, if it is now a policy of Crickets, why hasnt any of their customers heard about this?? HMMMM, thing is, on my receipt, it list my payment amount as $65, where it should be $60, NO MENTION OF A LATE FEE

Actually a great experience. This happened to be the closest cricket location I could walk to when I lost my phone and they had everything I needed to get back connected: selection of affordable to high end phones, a variety of protective cases and screens, plus info on upgrades to my plan. Also, the staff was very helpful. I recommend it for any first time or replacement phone/ service needs.

Absolutely the hands down best Cricket store to patronize in NKY and most likely Cincinnati as well. The manger there (Bradford) is an expert in every type of phone out there. I I will only ever go to this Cricket store and see Bradford for any and all of my cell phone and rate plan needs. Lastly, he was even able to save me over $70 a month by signing me up for DirecTV now which allowed me to cancel my hundred dollar a month cable bill and I even get more channels!

I went with s friend. He bought a used phone, from someone he knew, paid to much in my opinion.. It was from Cricket so he went there to activate it. They charged him $80. Seriously a $30 activation fee???? I would never!
