Such a great experience. Adrian and Nadaria were awesome and so helpful. I visited the store on November 2nd, and I was switching from Boost Mobile. They had me taken care of like an old friend. They helped me shop for the best device for my needs, and managed to find a plan perfect for my family. I was skeptical at first about switching as I had been with Boost for 10 years. However, after the amazing customer service I was glad to give Metro my business. I highly recommend these two reps to solve all of your problems and concerns. They truly treat you as if you were family.

Great experience. Swapped to metro service and got new phone. Misha was very knowledgeable, professional, helpful and friendly. She was patient while i asked questions and made my decision.

Wanted to upgrade phone had to pay 34.00, could not get a free phone.......... And they wanted me to go up to the 50.00 plan, already cant afford the 40.00 plan they tried to make it sound like my new phone will not work properly on the 40.00 plan

They had some great deals on the iPhone 7 and the Galaxy 8 but I had just pay my phone bill and could not switch over Im going to get it in 2 weeks.
