Ive been with different southern tire shops recently and I love how they care about people!

It was great in and out promptly. The tech even showed me what was wrong with my tire. If definitely recommend for any truck tire service.

This place is like a wonderland for tires. Lol. The prices are good and the service top notch. Everyone has a job and it looks like everyone is getting the job done. Like a well oiled machine. We had a situation with the payment and even though it took over an hour to get the problem resolved. They were patient and they even fed me. So Id recommend this place to anyone..

Looks exactly like Bridgestone plant in Tennessee, just a miniature replica.

Very professional and fast. This guy changed a super single on my truck about as fast if not faster than I’ve seen a regular tire changed and in the pouring down rain. No complaints at all. He was awesome!

As a tire bay manager thats been using STM I was invited to take a tour of the retreading process. Im very impressed by the cleanliness and order of everything. Every tire gets scanned every step of the way with total accountability. Ive been beyond satisfied with their service on my end and now Ive seen how they keep things running smoothly.

This place is ran by a self centered ex national guard, who could manage a bowl of jelly. Very poor management skills, never takes others options into consideration. I co managed this place with him for about a year. Aaron Smith is Price gouging Customers who buy tires there just to make some sort of profit to stay a float and save his own self from being let go. He created a hostile working Environment on several different occasions. He told several employees that we’re having an issue that we can do this like men and fight it out let our anger come out. And all day Aaron stays up in the office and flirts with Stacey throughout the day. This place uses unethical practices… I want saw and heard another manager say “the N-word“ to a black employee. The employee and the manager were sent home both with pay and nothing was done about the situation with the manager. If you were buying tires at Southern tire Mart you might want to switch over to Atlanta commercial where you get a better deal I have a more honest person that you deal with it no shady stuff going on. If I can get this place zero stars I definitely would… And not to mention while I was comanaging with Aaron on several different occasions he had me fire employees because he was too scared to do it himself. This man should not be working in a management position let alone still employed at Southern tire Mart.

1 star is too much, but it was the lowest as I could go. Unprofessional, slow, and flat out liars. I called at 640 pm to get a tire. I was given a 60-90 min eta. 3 hours later I had to call to find out why I hadnt received any service . I was told he ran into problems on another call. When the guy gets here he said he was held up in traffic. I will not use this company again. At least t/a will give you at call back and let you know theyre running late.

Front desk was wonderful. There tech was another story. Very disrespectful. Wont come back to this place.

Aaron, Wes, Brandon and all the guys always treat me great
