Bought a Bosch dishwasher from Southeastern Appliances. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Delivery was super quick especially compared to the big box chain stores. Very happy with my purchase and will definitely be getting other appliances from them in the future!

This is the place to go for great customer service. I needed to replace my dishwasher and washing machine. I went to Lowes first.....What a MISTAKE!!! Lowes sold me a dishwasher and washing machine and scheduled a delivery which they changed 4 times because they didnt have the appliances when they were to be delivered. I canceled my order and went to Southeastern Appliances where I purchase both appliances and pick them up the SAME day.If you want to great service and great prices you should check out Southeastern Appliance in Covington, Georgia.

This place is absolutely atrocious from a customer-service standpoint. We bought a new house and we had an allowance from the builder to be used at this business. From the beginning, it was nothing but a headache. The employees arent on the same page as far as what they will tell you they can get as far as appliances go, and then they blame you when things dont work out or your appliances dont arrive. I stopped by there 2 days before our closing on our new house and thank God I did because nobody was going to call me to tell me that the appliances had not arrived.The last time I was in there, I was being helped (barely) and the associate had a visitor who arrived and the two of them had a personal conversation that lasted upwards of 10 minutes while I stood there! The reps who work here are lazy, incompetent, they dont think outside box, they arent resourceful, there is no going above and beyond, they dont return phone calls or emails (unless you get somebody like a builder/real estate agent involved or theyre taking your cc number to charge you for something).If you have a choice, take your business elsewhere and dont waste your time with this place. Go to a big box store and get a better deal AND actually get your appliances! This place could only produce 2 out of the 4 appliances that I ordered even with having a 2 month heads-up.Caveat Emptor!!

First time customer and couldnt be more satisfied! I will never buy appliances anywhere else!I own a GC company and we primarily serve the multifamily industry. Part of that service includes interior renovations/rehabs, which typically include new appliance packages.Ive got a pro account at home Depot and use home depot/granger almost exclusively for all of my material purchases. Home Depot has, as of late, been really inconsistent with their delivery schedules. They have also increased the lead time required for certain material purchases, expressly appliances.On this occasion I ordered the appliances approximately three and a half weeks before I needed to have them delivered. I had a hard delivery date set for the last Friday in February. Friday came and went, I went to the apartment to verify the installs and there were no appliances installed. They were no appliances in the apartment and the order delivery was shown as having been completed in the home Depot app.I started to freak out because the apartment was scheduled to be turned back over to the customer on the following Monday. I thought that there would be no way I would find a complete and matching appliance package in one day.I started looking around online and found that Southeastern appliances had a brick and mortar store and storage facility 15 miles from my house.I got on their website and picked an appliance package and added it to cart, it said that they had the items in stock. I instantly got up and hooked up my trailer and drove to the store right off of 278.Right when I walked in the door I was greeted by two salesmen, explained the dilemma I was in and he confidently told me that. he had me.Not only did they have plenty of appliances in stock but they had multiple options.I selected the option that I had ordered for home Depot, purchased it at $300 less then I purchased it at home Depot.I followed the salesman over to their storage facility, one and a half miles from the showroom. Tea and another gentleman loaded my trailer and helped me strap everything down and off I went.Southeastern appliances in Moore saved me big time, and they were very accommodating while doing so!Ive just submitted a credit application and will be a forever customer from this point forward!Highly recommended!

The employees do not wear a mask when working with customers. They are not above the customers if they have to wear them you should to. The employees could also be a bit rude to the customers.We ordered a microwave from there and the turn table wouldn’t work and they wanted to repair it. Which I don’t understand why a brand new appliance should be fixed when it should work. We have been going here for years and we get no loyalty discount. You can go to other places and get it a little cheaper then going here.

Called three times over two day period. Never got a return call or the promised email. They obviously don’t want your business. The lady who answered the phone sounded nice, but just straight up didn’t tell the truth!

I spent $2,200 on a new speed Queen washer and dryer. A couple days ago the guy arrived to install it. The washer was defective and leaking water so he took it back. The dryer needed a harness and he didnt have one on his truck. My mom was at the house for that one because my husband and I both work. The house was just purchased. The next available delivery was today. I had my mother in law at the house for the 1-4 delivery time I was given as my husband and I both work. If I cant have it delivered by the end of the day I want to cancel my order and Ill find another store that actually wants business. Its 5:13 and no washer at our new house and the dryer is not hooked up either. Very dissatisfied!!!!

I live locally and I have a need... For a new stovetop cooktop, an oven and a microwave with my current appliances being nearly 16 years old in my Rockdale County home.So, I thought let’s see what shopping locally has to offer in Newton County. Upon entering, I was not offered a greeting and overhead (2) woman discussing who was “up next” to service an arriving customer ... one associate appeared to be keeping time with her social media accounts-(I suppose) and the other filing her nails. No welcome beyond is there anything you need (10 minutes later) after walking around solo... both of them still preoccupied with their personal affairs. It’s beyond measure the lack of hospitality and social graces that I experienced here today. Of course, I will now make my way to a big box store... because who wouldn’t with such a lack luster customer service experience provided here at Southeastern Appliances and so much more...

Bad customer service never buy from them again

Got a really good deal on a Kitchen-Aid dishwasher to replace the 19 year old one that came with the house. It works perfectly and the delivery and install was about as painless as it gets. The gentlemen were able to replace the old one and connect the new one without damaging our counters or cabinets and tested to make sure there were no leaks.My wife couldn’t be happier.

My husband and I visited this location to inquire about a washer and dryer set. Noone greeted us when we walked in. The ladies who were working there were with another customer so we patiently walked around and waited for help only to never be acknowledged. After about 10 minutes we left.

Excellent Company, Excellent Sales Organization, Excellent Customer Support, Excellent Leadership.. Throughout the years we have worked with big box stores (Home Depot, Lowes, Sears, BrandSmart etc) for major appliance purchases and support. Weve since learned via Southeastern Appliances there are far wiser and far better options for quality product and competitive pricing along with quality sales and service support. Very special thank you and appreciation to Jessica who took extra steps to solve an issue caused solely by me!! Extraordinary people do extraordinary things to deliver extraordinary results.

I purchased a range from them this past summer. They had a great price, delivered the next day, installed the new range, and hauled the old one away (at no additional cost). I was going to buy from Sears because of the Memorial day sale, but their everyday pricing beat the sale. Oh and did I mention that delivery and installation were included! The very next day! Which was a Saturday! Im definitely returning to buy my new dishwasher and over the hood microwave oven.

Southeastern Appliances has the WORST customer service, and is completely disorganized. We had to wait two months to have a service tech come to the house. He said parts needed to be ordered. After two more months of trying to get information, multiple phone calls not returned, employees who are never available to talk when you call, we still do not know if our fireplace parts have been ordered!

Purchased a home which this company supplied the appliances in covington GA. 2 out of 4 appliances were not in working order. I believe they were refurbished when i was told they were new. The dishwasher motor was bad, the freezer ice maker was broken...etc I requested updated service but my phone calls were never returned. Not a positive way to do business at all.
