My Samsung refrigerator died and I called their store asking about which brands were the most reliable. They were very helpful. I decided to head up there and buy a Whirlpool. I got it delivered 3 days later. I dont think I would have gotten a better price, including delivery, anywhere else.Note: NEVER buy a Samsung refrigerator

First time customer. I would say I had a good and bad experience. Very friendly when I came in, I needed a new fridge and the employee showed me everything they had and checked their warehouse. He was great to do business with. My only complaint is when I was checking out I misheard the total for the appliance, it ended up being $100 more, which was okay because I needed it. But since I misunderstood, when I was given the total and it was over $200 more I was a little shocked. Not even thinking of taxes. The woman checking me out made the comment that I had “probably never made a purchase that large”... Because I was shocked about the price increase, once again I misunderstood the price on the appliance so I was shocked thinking the taxes were over $200. Anyways, I just think that comment was inappropriate especially when I’m spending over $2000 at your store.

Very professional service technicians and personnel..... It Would have been nice to have had the drain hose information written on the invoice since shortening the drain hose would allow the dishwasher to function properly and efficiently. Thank you for your service.

The repairman came out as quickly as they could, was very polite, and didnt beat around the bush as to wjat the problem was. He was very friendly and explained the issues to my grandparents thoroughly (it was for them.) They ended up getting a new fridge from this company and they delivered in a timely manner as well as installed it. Would highly recommended giving this company a call FIRST as we also went through several other companies before and ended up spending a ton of money unnecessarily on repairs that did not last. If its not worth fixing, they will straight up tell you. If you still want to fix it, they give you accurate pricing options.
