I use to love coming here for there coconut raspado, but recently it hasnt been good. The coconut is not even real, it use to have chunks of coconut but now it doesnt. They say the fruit is nature and real but its not.

This place is great and has many options available for everyone. There are healthy and dessert options. The fruit is a mix of quality but overall fresh and good. The location is clean and the staff are nice and quick.

We Love to Stop here often for a Nice refreshing, Ice Cold Raspado to Cool us down on a Hot day. Love all the Recommendations of flavors to try ....Theyre all Tasty...

Very good! I come here for the mango smoothie alone. I suggest trying this place out if you are in the mood for sweets.

This place is AMAZING. My husband and I got a simple mango smoothie and a strawberry smoothie.Not only looked delicious but was so creamy and tasty. Weve gotten a few smoothies from other shops (I enjoy a good boba smoothie) that have been more ice than flavor so we were a little apprehensive but the flavor here really blew us away.Cashier was polite and professional and the store was very clean.Will definitely be returning next time we visit the laundromat as I really want to try their elote. And everything else on the menu!

The Cottage Express is delicious. It has fresh fruit and instead of yogurt Cottage cheese drizzled with honey and granola. Its a great switch from traditional bionico

Havent been there since last year. Went today and was highly disappointed. Cups got smaller and had less fruit than before. It was mainly ice with fruit juice.

Giving a one star because I have to but if I could choose 0 stars I would!!! Very rude I was waiting in line and a girl with blackHair and glasses comes out and tells the people in front of me that they are their last customers when I was standing right behind them got there at the same time very rude of her completely ignored I was there it was going to be my first time trying has really good reviews so I wanted to try it but never going back!!!!

I love this place. Its great for a refreshing and quick drink (raspados) and also snacks done the Mexican way. Mmmmm mmmm! Sometimes they seem short-staffed and if it gets busy there is a bit of a wait time but I think its worth it since they chop the fruits and stuff by hand. I always end up here when my sweet tooth is craving a treat (:

Met up with friends for dessert & OMG this place is bomb!! Fresh fresh fruit cut to order with yummy creams with granola & fresh fruit smoothies galore! Parking is easy peasy in this plaza!This lil Mexican fruit stop has all the traditional bionicos, raspados, diablitos & chamangos. They also have savory snacks too!I got the Fresas con crema & added mango... So delicious! Its strawberrys & mango mixed with housemade sweet cream topped with cool whip & a cherry on top. I added some granola for crunch. So in love.Friends ordered mixed fruit smoothie (you can pick your own combination) & cottage xpress (fruit, cottage cheese & honey) and everything was yummy.The prices for everything was very reasonable.Store was clean & open.Service was quick & friendly.Its located in a plaza with ChuckECheese & El Pollo Loco. Theres lots of parking in the lot.Definitely recommended!!

Bad Coconut Raspado and they failed to exchange the Raspado for something else... Bad Service and left me shocked with there way of helping the customer... If this ever happens please notify them as soon as you notice something different... They willfight to not give you an exchange... I will not be coming back!! 👎😔

Ok this used to be my favorite place but just recently not sure what happened but they lost their touch. I bought a rompompe raspado for my wife and a bionico for her as well I got a pico de gallo. Well my stuff was ok but her rompompe was for sure rotten and her bionico was for sure rotten as well like seriously it tasted like old nasty fruit and rotten milk... well Ive been going there so long I gave it a second chance and sure enough same stuff and got us super sick... so I shall not return I found a new better place already

I walked in about 8 (they close at 9) looked like a local business so I was eager to support however cashier gave an annoyed look as I walked in. Then asked for my order for there and gave it to me in a bag to go as if they wanted me to leave. Very rude and unprofessional

Ive got to say that I am very DISAPPOINTED with this Covina locations CUSTOMER SERVICE. Worker Jackie attended my mom this evening around 5pm. My mom ordered a raspado de ciruela and Jackie gave her a very salty raspado which was supposed to be sweet. My mom asked if they can remake it or give her a different kind since that one did not taste like it was supposed to.My mom didnt ask for her money back, just a simple request for it to be remade. Jackie said it couldnt be done. My mom asked for the manager whose name is Vanessa, and Jackie went to the back to ask her if she can remake it. Jackie said Vanessa the manager and owner said it could not be done.My mom told her she didnt want it, and Jackie, Sayani and a few other workers just stood there as Jackie threw my moms raspado in the trash.They did not offer anything else to her. My mom left.I called Raspado Xpress and Sayani answered. I asked for the manager/owner Vanessa. Sayani stated that the manager had not been there for days and does not know when she will be back in, and there is nobody else who could have helped me... So who exactly did Jackie go and ask if my mom can get another raspado if there hasnt been a manager? Someone there was pretending to be Vanessa, the manager.Honestly, this place is good and I have been here before. They have great snacks, but after todays customer service, there is no way I will be back. Customer service is key for me wether its a 5 star restaurant or a business like this one.I also contacted General Manager Omar Limon via email and I am very appreciative of him giving me a call back and listening to me and agreeing with me that what Jackie did was not right, and that my mom should have gotten another raspado. This issue is not about anything else other than CUSTOMER SERVICE and being able to handle such a simple job. Theres a reason people like Jackie have such menial jobs. Other companies wouldnt tolerate such behavior. When the General manager returned my call he stated only that he will talk to Vanessa the manager/owner but I cant be too sure of that.There was nothing else offered for my moms horrible experience from the GM. I would expect family owned chain businesses to treat people better specially the ones who give them the most business which are majority local Hispanic/Latino families.All this could have been avoided by having simple customer service skills/training, and by giving the customer what will make them happy and willing to return to give you business.With all that said, I will not be returning here and I will spread the word about this horrible customer service as much as I can.
