I went to 31 Flavors this afternoon. I was greeted by employee, Lily with a nice Welcome to 31 Flavors. Lily is always cheerful and nice. I have been coming to this one for awhile or when I am in the area.Lily has always been pleasant and very nice. She is very professional and friendly. I wished all your 31 Flavors had employees had the same attitude like Lily.Please keep smiling and greet all your customers with a beautiful smile.

Customer service was awful. No one welcomed in or helped for 10 minutes. The owner did not see me waiting with cake in hand waiting to pay. No have a nice day!.

I usually love the service and ice cream here, this is my go-to ice cream spot. But when I ordered my 2 scoop sundae, I recieved half the amount I normally get. And when I asked for strawberries as my topping he gave me 1 STRAWBERRY. Im very disappointed with the sundaes I received tonight.

Of course, we all love what BR has to offer, but this particular one stood out to me because of the service. The 2 young gals that were working that evening were welcoming, helpful & sincere. They made eye contact when they addressed me & they were genuinely friendly. I left there feeling NOT one bit guilty about the double scoop of chocolate peanut-butter I was about to indulge in. Thanks ladies!

FYI This place closes at 9pm for anyone trying to go. Was there on 1/29 @ 9 pm and it was closed.

There two people I would like to thank you so much for their great service. They went out of their way to make my request happen. Lily and Jose are the best in customer service. I know customers can be alot Im a cashier so I know great service.

Who doesn’t love ice cream? Baskin Robbins is one of the best. There’s always going to be something you’ll Lil love. The service is always friendly and pretty fast considering the crowds they sometimes get. Very consistently excellent!

Disappointing the have a baby scoper now and the brain dead people didnt even make the order right. I dont know if they were desperate an hired what they could get but they need new employees.

So just stopped by here with my daughter to get some ice cream been coming here for years we sat in the car and ate it while we talked she took pics of the ice cream and wanted to take a pic of the open sign loves taking pics of everything as so many young people do after she gets back in the car a lady from the store confronts her and says “did you just take a picture” proceeds to walk up to my daughters window my daughter replied yes I just wanted to take a picture of the place cuz I liked it the lady then says “well next time let the workers know because they were afraid they’re doing something wrong” first of all we live in a social media world this is not odd behavior kids and adults take pics of EVERYTHING second what are you afraid of doing wrong???? HmmmI’ll be rethinking where I eat ice cream for the next time kinda ruined the whole experience

This is my familys favorite Baskin Robins. We come here all the time and get great customer service. It is always clean and welcoming. We come often and will continue to.

The staff here are always friendly and helpful. This location has become our Baskin. They do a great job and the store is always clean.

We came to Baskin Robins and enjoyed our ice in this location. The lady that helped us was great that she greeted us when we came and thanked us for coming in. You dont see that in stores anymore.

Yesterday when I went to baskin Robbins location in Covina on grand ave idk if the employee was upset because I got there maybe 2 minutes before he was closing but I ordered a banana split didn’t pay much attention to it when I got it at first. But on my way home the scoops were so small that I could literally pick up each scoop with my spoon. It was so upsetting that I didn’t enjoy it i tasted more banana then I could taste ice cream. That’s how small the scoops were. I know for a fact that they weren’t even kids scoop size that he gave me. This is not correct and every Customer should receive the same amount of customer care from beginning to end. I’m paying for my banana split not the employee. It was so upsetting to the max. I hope something can be resolved in regards to this. I already contacted corporate about this as well.Sent from my iPhone

This place is horrible. They opened 15 minutes late and were out of hot fudge because the people who worked the night before didnt put any fudge in the cooker.i had a room temperature fudge sundae.not coming here anymore.

Ice cream is great but it seriously took 30mins to get 1 scoop ...obe girl working it...and she was great but she was only one...the other girl was doing i dont know what....something with the cakes..never once asked other girl If she needed help...she didnt care anyways...i call that lazy... i dont think i will ever go back...i know i wont....i guess my lost....

This place makes my tummy feel good!

Only location I have encountered where they wont take coupons from phone you have to print out the coupon and only one woman employee who just sits in the back while the place has trash on the ground and doesnt get up until someone else comes in.
