Staffs were nice and I was able to buy the medicine I was looking for.

We found all the medicine we need, and some fresh snacks.

I just picked up a photo that i printed there. Oh my gosh, the top of my deceased husbands head is cut off!! I didnt open the the envelope to see the picture ther, which i should of. Wow!!!!!!! Im never ever ordering pics there anymore!!

The women who handles the phone to the Pharmacy is rude and lies. Told me she notified my doctor about prescription needing to be refilled. So I called the Dr. Office they never received a notice to refill. So called CVS back. Then the women wouldnt let me speak talked over me then hung up on me. Oh believe me the manager is going to hear about it. This is the second time this has happened. Its not the dr.offices job to call the pharmacy its the pharmacies job to call your Dr.

This is an Excellent Pharmacy. They always fill my prescriptions in a timely manner. They are always very professional and courteous. Thanks CVS Pharmacy - Covina for all your help!!

Bad customer service was told one price and when I went to pick it up the price was 4 times higher. From $4.97 to 19.97 plus tax. Was told that for two items it would be $12.00 and change. This was from the pharmacy.
