Those workers are so rude, you ask them for something they want to get all upset, and point to an area, not even show you. Another customer asked Sariah I believe her name was, Do you have the other shoe? She answered her exactly like this Just go back there and get it off the display When the older lady asked where is that at? The worker sighed loudly and said Its over there stomped her feet and walked towards the middle of the aisle, and pointed towards the back. The other 2 workers were too busy telling each other stories, laughing loudly and using inappropriate language. I had to tell my 10 year old daughter, not to pay attention to that language and lets hurry up and go. Got to the register same girl checking us out was on her cell phone, asked if Id like another pack of socks for $5.00 more? I said sure let me look quickly, I asked her do you carry large in womens white socks, she tells whoever shes talking to, if there not there then No! Didnt come help, didnt say let me check for you. I then got super frustrated and just left. This store needs to have a training for their employees and how to treat their customers.... Never going back

I found that on this day, They Didnt have colors and sizes for most liked shoes.

I had to return some socks and they gave me my money back with no problems. I also got my baby some sandals on there clearance section they were champion sandals for 10 bucks.

Horrible experience found the shoes will only honor the coupon online. Go home they cant process it online. Wasted 2 hrs buying shoes that I can purchase on Amazon. Not the first time I have had an issue with them I dont think they like white people.

Customer service absolutely is THEE worst here, if you have questions or assistance forget about it, they would rather stand there speaking to each other and playing on their phones. Disappointing

If youre in need for a quick pair of shoes then great. But majority of all the shoes, there is always glue showing on the side or front of the shoe. And if thats the case then I would expect to get a discount. Cause Im not going to pay $60-$100 on a pair of shoes if the glue is showing.

Corporate needs to brings back the airforces Jordan retros and the supra high tops but the staff here is amazing and I still make do with what was on shelves. Im the freshest looking dude out here because of them today.

We quickly found what we needed, and the price was good. The one downside: we were shopping for mens dress shoes. There were two styles to choose from. Only one style had the size we needed in stock. Fortunately, it fit & was comfortable.

Very clean, customer service is always nice. Always have what Im looking for even if I go in not wanting to by anything for myself. Always go to other stores but end up coming here because I know there will always be something here I like. Only con I have to say is to make sure you inspect your shoes. Sometimes there can be damage to a shoe, example I bought a pair of Vans and in store they were fine, but once I got them home and went to lace them up just like I did in the store the seam of the shoe came in sewn. I was like what! At the time I had just throw the receipt away and when I went back to see if I could get a refund they said they couldnt without receipt. Thought that was weird because I still had the tags on it and the box he didnt even want to run the item number that is on the shoe. Other then this one time I mentioned, the place is always welcoming and accommodating. 100% recommend to friends and family.

They didnt have the shoes I was looking for and the sales associate that I ask for help didnt do that much to find it. I asked her to check if other store had it and she told me to looked it up online!! Not a good service. I think they should be more reliable to the costumers when we need help plus they dont even greet you.

I love this WSS store the best. Not because its in my area, but when I need shoes, they are there. So far besides the one in LA where I bought a pair of Vans, this store, I bought me 4-5 pairs and going back for a Fila pair this weekend to retire my old black Vans. This place seems like it has a great manager. Ive never seen anything out of place here. Staff if very alert and constantly ask if you need help.

Cheap shoes (when they are on sale), decent selection (not an overwhelming amount), clean location (youre not stepping over empty shoe boxes and inserts), and good customer service (helpful but not too pushy). My first time buying shoes there but it definitely wont be my last.
