This is not the company they used to be. We have been strung along for 4 weeks now. They don’t want to bother with any work that’s an effort on their part.Then we had an appointment with them to look at a window and no one showed up. When we called they told us they had an emergency. That’s fine we understand that, but couldn’t someone call and say we have to cancel the appointment? So long Tradeway. You used to be a good business. Not anymore.

I had the best experience with Tradeway Glass. I went to different glass companies for an estimates, and there was no doubt I was going with this company. It was worth my drive and time. I had ordered 6 pieces and one of the pieces had a flaw, and they exchange it with no problem. Customer service was great! I walked in and any phone calls that came in while I was there had to be called back, I like the style of prioritizing. Would definitely do business there again.

The people who work here are wonderful! Ive gone in twice with unusual problems, and they have done a great job helping me with what I need! 😊

My experience here was absolutely amazing! Dani and Mark do fantastic work and are real straight shooters! They treated me with respect and as if they had known me for years, when it was my first time there. I will and do recommend everybody who needs home glass work done, to give this place a try!

Theres a reason this place has survived while many businesses have come and gone. Friendly faces, fast service, and fair prices. Theyve saved my behind on more than 1 job and now theyre an intregal part of my projects.

Called them and got a quote on the size glass I needed. They said it would be $40 taxes included. As I go in they then change their price to $89 for the exact thing I asked for over the phone..

I thank the young lady that answered the telephone. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. She went out of her way to get answers to all my questions. Tradeway is lucky to have her.

Bottom line is they’re FAKE friendly, they certainly aren’t fast, and they were $30-$40 more than any other shop. So I brought a piece of glass in to have cut and installed and they were really phony friendly when I walked in, then after three days of the glass being there, I thought it was being cut and ready for installation, I got a phone call saying that they cannot install the glass in a mobile home because I didn’t buy it from them. So I called back and asked why, she had some bull about it being a two person job ( the mirror was a standard 56“ x 32“)and they would have to charge me more, so I said that’s fine. Then they scheduled a time for today to install, then I got a phone call today, they would have to postpone installing my mirror for another week. So I said of course that’s ridiculous no and I will come get my glass. Then the lady argued with me telling me “we said we couldn’t do it in the first place “so all around they were just liars and wasted my time for a week and a half. I don’t know where the good reviews are coming from on here probably old people that want to use a local shop because of hometown pride etc. Not sure, but these people gave me the runaround and wasted my time for a week and a half . I just wanted a mirror installed in my new bathroom, I didn’t wanna argue with some old lady. Terrible place in my opinion.
