The quality of work was great, the people at the counter were also helpful. Corporate and the business dont communicate well so call the local shop to verify they have your windshield. Lots of backorders due to covid. I showed up at my appointment after they called and confirmed the day before. I had taken some time off work so I was not completely pleased. When I arrived they didnt have my windshield. Took almost 2 months to get it.

Great staff... Ive used them several times now. Prices have gone way up and plan to wait 1 to 2 weeks to get in... I really didnt like the online only schedule... hope they can get back to personal customer service...

Next day appointment they did say it would be about 2 hours and they were done in 1 so that was amazing. Good work and they gave me a pamphlet with information regarding the warranty. My insurance sent me there and I am glad

Work is yet to be accomplished, but an onsite visit led to a secure confirmation of deciding to go with this shop. Completed the Installation of my new windshield in a fast professional manner. Actually started before I left the shop and called to say it was finished in less time than estimated. Jose did an excellent job, both shop and office. Definitely one of many star players on the team. Good explanation of the feed and caring aspects, as well as the warranty. After my experience, I would definitely say, stick with the professionals and you cant go wrong.

Showed up for my appointment on my scheduled date for windshield replacement, but was told my new glass has not arrived yet. No body contacted me in advance about this issue though. When I arrived at my appointment, I had to wait for 30 minutes for someone finally to show up to assist me, and then that receptionist told me thd store manager will call me back by the end of the day to reschedule my appointment. However, nobody ever called me, and when I tried to call Safelite to follow up, customer rep on the line told me that someone from the shop marked me as no show on my appointment note. Horrible experience, and will not return anymore. Please avoid at all costs.

As the commercial says Safelite repairs safelite replaces is so true. I drove my new wifes car while she was away on business, bad idea. A rock on the freeway chipped the window.I went to their website and booked a repair for the next day. The repairman called and stated he could show up ahead of schedule if I was available. I had no problem with that. He was done in about 30 min. I couldnt find the repair, the windshield looks new and untouched.. Im still married. Thanks Safelite

You cannot speak to a human being to set your appointment. Maybe Im old school. If you take the human voice/interaction out of your business for first time customers that want to set an appointment, what do they have to judge you on??Setting your appointment should always be the first human contact you get when you reach out to a business. I went to someone else, someone I actually spoke to, and I felt much more comfortable about letting them work on my car.

Its not often that I come across true craftsmen who love what they do, and care enough to do it well. I was really impressed to discover such craftsmanship at a mobile auto glass repair company, of all places.I cracked by own SUVs auto glass while trying to save money by changing the wiper blades at the local OReilly Auto Parts -- while doing so I accidentally allowed the wiper arm to snap closed, and it chipped the windshield which quickly turned into a growing spiderweb of cracks.I asked the guy at OReilly what to do, and he suggested Safelite, saying its a lot better than going to the dealership as was my initial inclination.I went online, and ordered the glass for my truck. One of the questions was about whether the SUV had the premium heated window package, and I thought not, so I just got the extra UV sun filtering and scheduled the repair. I wanted to call someone to ask questions about this, but I couldnt find a contact phone number on the ordering page.The time window was fairly large, from 8am to 1pm I think, but the repairman (a man called Gabriel) came at 9am.Watching him work was awesome -- very fast but careful, and I was impressed that just one person could do this job without needing an assistant.Anyway, it turns out I ordered the wrong windshield, and that my SUV does have the front electrically heated glass.Without any issues, Gabriel cleaned up, and scheduled another service person to come in the afternoon with the correct glass. This mistake was entirely my fault, but it was no problem to him. He even vacuumed up the leaves and stuff under the hood before leaving.That afternoon, George came. He was also very friendly and skilled. The windshield replacement was done perfectly, and it was an exact match for what I used to have.I was expecting an additional fee for making them come out twice, but there wasnt one (and it turns out that the cost of the electrical glass was only $10 more).I highly recommend these guys. They and their manager all deserve 10/10.BTW, it was confirmed to me that Safelite actually does the windshield repairs for the dealership -- so I got the exact same service at far less cost as I would have had I gone to the dealer service center.

This location is Not helpful and not customer friendly. No local worker will pick up the phone. If there is anything you need during the repair process, you can not find anyone. But if they delay the process or something they found out that you need to pay more, they will drop a call anytime and tell you we cant get it done. come back later or pay more. If you trying to file a complaint on their local team, then the endless central phone number rout again. LOL, well, capitalism monopoly big business, very good for good customers. good luck to you.

Safelite Auto Glass in Covina is amazing. Crack in windshield at 630am Tuesday morning. Completely repaired by 5pm Tuesday night. I was able to book appointment online, enter insurance information and receive confirmation in about 15 minutes. I was greeted at the door, waiting room is clean and neat. Time given for repair was exact. The technician greeted me at the door upon completion. Walked me to my vehicle and explained everything that was completed. They even vacuum my interior. I am completely satisfied with the service.

They were very helpful and quick at doing my windshield. Waiting room was clean and separated social distance would recommend it to friends and service was on point and even vacuumed my inside of car so that was a bonus.

I was blown away by their work! They did a fantastic job. Took my Infiniti G35 to get my window re-aligned after a poor job done by another business.At first I was a bit upset after they told me I would have to pay the price of a new window when all it needed was to be aligned correctly but they surprised me when all I had to pay was the labor costs. Left a very happy customer!

Arrived on scheduled appt and service rep. immediately processed my paperwork for my windshield replacement. Average wait time was 1hr 30mins - not that bad for most of the reviews i’ve seen where it took them more than half a day to have their windshields replaced. Only downside of the site is they don’t have complimentary wifi to use while waiting. Overall, i’d like to thank safelite for their service.

The windsheild on our 2001 SUV had a crack that traveled from the passenger side of the vehicle to just mid-way past the center of the glass. Unfortunately, the damage was too great to simple be repaired. Seeing advertisements for Safelite on TV, I decided to look them up on the Internet. I was able to get all of the information I needed as well as schedule an appointment that was convenient. Safelite made the process simple and easy from start to finish. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous throughout the process. He was on-time and explained the process including how long it would take him to do the work and what we had to know during the next few hours and days after having the windshield replaced. We were very happy with our new windshield. I felt the price was fair considering that they came to me, which freed up my time to do other things while I waited. The workers at Safelite AutoGlsss were friendly on the phone. When I arrived, I was greeted by everyone with a warm smile and a welcome. They have a big waiting area with plenty of coffee and water for their guests. They were very professional. Joel explained the entire procedure to me. He finished repairing my windshield under the time he stated it would take. You can barely see where the rocked bounced off of the windshield. I would definitely recommend this business to my friends and family.

This location is deplorable. Call to cancel my appointment due to not receiving the clips for my windshield. Then put me on hold for 10 mins only to have another person pick up and ask a few questions, then put me on another hold... Then finally coming back on the line only to tell me there is nothing they can do until next week, again because of the clips. So being as I am out of town for the weekend I decide to call another Safelite location to see what they have available. When I ask about the clips to ensure this location has them he says clips? then attempts to call the Covina location to let them know they do not need them. They disclose to him that in actuality they do not even have the glass...really dont appreciate being mislead or lied to, wont ever deal with this location ever again.

They were called for an extremely small chip repair. 1 month later. My front windshield started to display spider web cracks. Turns out they applied to much pressure onto the windshield resulting in multiple cracks.

Took an hour to get done, in and out. No issues, service was good, and they have good coffee. Theres two parks nearby you can traverse while you wait, too.

Terrible customer service, cant seem to get the right part order for the repair. Gave this place 2 chances .. I ended up going elsewhere. AVOID.By the way, first time i was here i over heard a frustrated lady complaining about coming back here because her calibration is messed up after they replaced and calibrated her sensors... I knew it was a sign then for me to not even bother with this place.

I went to them last week for a small crack in my windshield. They fixed it within 25 minutes, and they vacuumed the inside of my car! Will use them again if needed.

I had a chip in my windshield safelite came to fix 10 minutes later the windshield went from a chip to a foot long crack. Then tried to charge me 1,300 dollars for a new windshield. I contacted another company and paid 360 dollars. Very dishonest people. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
