Nice clean store. Friendly staff. Clothing priced well but housewares etc way out of line. Found dollar store items priced double or more. Old Tupperware isn’t made of gold.

The shelves in the store are always full. They even do a color theme with some of the rows of shelves.Store is quite organized, and clean. They have a public restroom thats opened to public.The store isnt too crowed, or cluddered up. Friendly staff, and willing to drop the price on something you think is a better price!!And the clothes, all sorts of styles and colors shirt, jeans, Dress pants, skirts, shoes, even furniture, and kitchen appliances, tools, why you name it they might have it. You have too ware a mask tho

I stopped in today for a few minutes, & the cashier, April, that assisted me at the jewelry counter, & then rang up my items is an absolutely delightful spirit. I felt very appreciated & welcomed, & shes doing a great job. Thank you. I noticed. 🥰

90% of the time I find exactly what Im looking for a good price I am a an empty nester so this is something that I do usually at least twice a week to your store and that I frequent other stores also but by far just wanted very nice clean organized also the staff are very very helpful very polite considerate

Of the Goodwills in the area this one is one of the better ones.

The recent policy change that no longer separates clothing by size is the WORST IDEA EVER! I understand the idea of maximizing the quantity of garments reaching the racks daily but without the size divisions the amount being purchased will drop dramatically. Get rid of this policy.****UPDATE THIS POLICY WAS CHANGED AFTER THIS POST. THEY ARE BACK TO CLOTHING DIVIDED BY SIZE AND COLOR. MUCH, MUCH BETTER!

Easy parking, sale colors on Windows before you go in. A bit pricey for a goodwill. Not a lot of childrens clothes. Not much furniture or baby items. Does have clothes by sizes. Nice staff. Usually clean, fitting rooms, lots of plus sizes.

They always have a good selection. They are very helpful and willing to help you find what you are looking for. They have clean things. They dont usually have a long line to check out. I cant ever find many things the color the tags are when they are on sale though. Great place to find things to decorate your home especially for the holidays. They now offer some new things like soaps, cleaning supplies, socks, and sheets.

Store staff are wonderful and friendly. Great prices.

I love thrift stores, and this is a great store for reduced prices on clothing. Of course their selection varies from time to time, but they had a good variety of seasonal goods as well as furniture and games. The store was clean, and there were a fair number of employees to help me find something or checkout. I have taken donations before too, and there is always someone there to help me unload my wares, and to offer to give me a tax deduction receipt.

Really disappointed in this location! 😕 It used to be such a great thrift store. Now it has no selection and it has diminished more each of the last 3-4 times Ive been there. Not sure Ill return?!

If you enjoy thrifting and are willing to spend the time looking, you can find some real bargains at Goodwill. Their prices are reasonable (unlike some other thrift stores that charge ridiculous prices).

I usually dont find much here, few furniture items, some random things, and a bunch of clothes but all the clothes I see are outdated, or just not cute, I find brand names in Omaha Goodwills I go to, and never find anything really cute or brand names in the Council Bluffs locations. I wish there was more to chose from. A lot of old VHS tapes, and people rarely use those now. Theres been a few times where Ive found some good things like a nice $25 bike!.

I must say I always like to find a good deal. One mans junk is donated to help the community, however Goodwill is trying to get rich and alot of stuff will sit for months just to be thrown away. What a waste.

This place is good for clothing and knick knacks, but always really lacking in electronic items which is usually what I am looking for. Staff is friendly sometimes and not so helpful other times, and checkout can be slow and annoying if there is a little bit of a line.

Most organized thrift Ive ever been to!

Clean store, up to date clothes and nic nac and such set up. You can find yourself what youre looking for in less than 2 minutes. Or you could just let yourself look at everything you really want to and spend a little under an hour, get what you came for AND what you want in just under $75. Unless you happen to frequent the store as a thrifty shopper then you could get that $75 worth of merchandise for about $28.75. Kid you not, in my 20s I was a Goodwill thrifty shopper out of necessity!!! But it may not happen in one day...but if you love the chase and thrill of shopping, Goodwill is the store for you. Even if youre an in and out kinda person then Goodwill is the place for too. Goodwill is for everyone really.... unless youd rather pay too much for medium to high quality products for you and your family and household!!! Always new inventory daily/weekly. The store workers are friendly and helpful and always easy to find. If they sold food theyd be in competition with Walmart???!!!??? And Goodwill has a reward card program... Walmart doesnt have that!!! Sorry Walmart....
