I love that department I am looking for is clearly marked by the signs.

Honestly did not really feel welcomed when walking in, lady was not very kind when asking her about what the store had sale wise. Store layout also not very clear and I had a hard time finding things that are clear in other locations. Once checking out, I noticed an extreme passive aggressive sign for workers that stated the need to refill if something is used. This sign was not very kind and it made sense that the workers not in leadership seemed tense. I feel extreme empathy for the workers there as it does not seem like a good work environment. Furthermore, online said they had more shoes than what was in person. However, Im not too sure how much power the workers have in that aspect.

Whoever the blonde haired man is at this establishment needs an attitude adjustment. He talks to his employees like absolute trash. I stopped dead in my tracks at the way he was talking to two female employees. I was absolutely appalled, the sweet gal even stared at me like her feelings were hurt. Absolutely disgusting.

Got followed around whole store entire time I was in there then purchased a pair of shoes and then a employee followed me outside and accused me of stealing a pair of shoes. Went inside to talk to management and she said she can’t help me with anything. Was harassed bad and will never shop there again

Its a safety concern to bring a baby in a cart in the store. Have this posted so I dont feel embarrassed and ashamed to be escorted out of the premises.All because I had to bring a cart.Shame on them!

They were very upbeat and positive. They did not hover over me and that was nice to be allowed to take my time and find what I was looking for. Other shoe retailers could take some pointers from this. Great experience and good selection. Thank you.

Everything was pretty well marked and easy to find, staff was readily available to help if you couldnt find what you needed though. Seems like they are always running pretty decent deals when I go too so I always save money. Great selection for non slip work shoes compared to most places which is a big plus for me as I work in a kitchen. Staff is always friendly and very helpful, love how the double check shoe size and style is what you wanted before they start ringing items up! Will definitely continue to shop here!!!

Kevin was amazing. He listened to my specific foot issues, helped me find my shoe size, provided excellent service in showing me and explaining the differences in the brands of athletic shoes. He helped me have a shoe-piphany.

They have many many brands and styles to choose from. Always have some sales that help save you money. Helpfull knowledgeable staff to assist. There was a lady named Brigitte that was very helpful and helped me find my new shoes that I now love. I will definitely shop there again.

Up to today the times Ive gone there I never had any problems and all of the sales people have been really polite. Today a sales female was very rude with me and I didnt appreciate it. When I asked her questions she was rude and short with me. I love my Shoe Carnival and Ive spent a lot of money in that store, but if there were another store not so far away I would shop there. I have never had an issue like this before up to today.

I havent been to a dedicated shoe store in buying my Florsheim shoes 10 years ago. I came here to get some new dress shoes, taking advantage of a buy one get one sale with an additional 15% off. I was able to get $175 worth of shoes for just over $100, which felt great. Shoe Carnival carries Nunn Bush shoes, which are some of the most comfortable dress shoes Ive worn, and came highly recommended by coworkers. The customer service was great, without being intrusive. This was my first time shopping at shoe carnival, but Id recommend them to others and will be returning in the future.

It was a quick experience. They didnt have what we were looking for but my husband found two other pairs of shoes in the clearance section. We got the buy one get one half off pricing.

It was absolutely wonderful we had 5 kids went in 30 minutes and 6 pairs of shoes. The lady kept the kids busy while grandpa was paying just awesome.
