Just went in with my husband who is pretty picky about his footwear. Twenty minutes with Lori, and she found him not just a pair of boots but a pair of shoes too. She is a wonderful miracle worker!

The staff is kind of weird, and the manager sucks. But it smells really good inside here.

They have a nice variety of boots nice variety of mens and womens clothing but the prices are ridiculous I can buy them here locally the jeans that I bought I bought a pair of Ariat jeans theyre really comfortable I can buy them locally here from between $50 and $60 there at the Boot Barn $90 was ridiculous

This should be a 5 star review, because this is a really nice store. They have a variety of western, casual, and work boots and they also sell shoes. They also have a small Carhartt section. And they sell a variety of casual clothing and outerwear. I ding them 1 star because every display in the store was meticulously neat and well stocked except for the size 14 and 15 mens boot/shoe display. They had 2 pairs of boots and 1 pair of shoes in size 14, none of the wide width. The size 15 display was completely empty. I dinged them another star because the whole time I was in the store I wasnt acknowledged or offered help beyond an initial greeting as I walked in the door. Even when I was trying on the 1 pair of size 14 shoes they had back there. I noticed another reviewer mentioned the snobbery they experienced at this store, so maybe it was that. I noticed the other customers were being well taken care of.

They helped me with finding something to treat rough leather to help keep some stains off of it and to water repel from snow. Then I saw they had mink oil, the other treatment I needed. And a great prices on both!! Clean store, very helpful staff. The clothes are even, a few items, something I would consider. Well, Im not a country girl. But some of those shirts were to die for...and fair priced. You ARE in a N.I.C.E store. Its country.... with home accessories also. Too country for me. But in this area there are surrounding farm lands!!! Nice store, Boot Barn!!

I got my first pair of cowgirl boots here last week. I love them! We were there in the morning, shortly after they opened, and there only seemed to be one person working. Having said that, she was very helpful. She helped the other customers, while checking on us several times, and even gave some advice on finding the perfect fit. She set us up with the rewards program, and Ive already got a $15 credit from what we spent! Overall a great experience.

I found some darling sequin belts at the boot barn for Christmas gifts. I wasnt sure of the sizes but the sales clerk helped me find the correct sizes I needed. Good customer service also a nice selection of boots and accessories.

I had placed an order online for the number one item on my 9 year old Sons Christmas list.... a pair of cowboy boots (I couldnt get the time to make the 45 minute to hour drive to a store due to work and my kids activities). While I know that shipping around the holidays can be delayed, I was pleased to see that my order would still be shipped in 1-3 days this close to Christmas. After 2 days, several failed attempts to reach someone at customer service, and no order shipped conformation email, I called the Council Bluffs location to see if they could help me find out when my order will be shipped. They took my information and said theyd see what they could find out. While waiting, I was able to reach someone in the place a new order department, and was told it would be January 2017 before I received the boots (even though she too saw that it showed 1-3 days shipping) and apologized for the misleading information but that they couldnt cancel the order. While I was on the phone with customer service, I received a call from Mary the manager at the Council Bluffs location. I called her back and she stated I would have my order by the end of the day on DECEMBER 22nd!! They paid to have my order expedited so that we would have them before Christmas!! She was so helpful and wonderful!!! I will definitely be making the drive and taking the time to do my future business at the Council Bluffs location from now on!! Thank you so much for all of your help!!! You have helped make my Sons Christmas better!!

The sign said now open. So I figured the place was new. Evidently they have been around for a year already. Mary greeted me at the door and showed me around, evidently I looked lost! She was very knowledgeable about the products they have in stock, and tried very hard to find me a pair of work boots. As an aside, they didn’t have the work boots I wanted in my size. She apologized for that, but it’s hard to find anything in my size other than online. They did have plenty of normal boots in my size though. She also made recommendations and answered all of my questions. I’m impressed enough that I will definitely be back.

Good quality boot brands and (mostly) knowledgeable staff. Nice country apparel also. They also price matched a boot Id all ready purchased for my girlfriend over Christmas and with the money Id saved we got her some nice accessory jewelry too.

I had never been shopping for boots before, and had no clue what I was looking for. After a minute of looking and looking, and being lost, Lori(one of the workers)quickly helped us find what we needed, in the style we wanted, and well in our price range. She also helped us find the kind of jeans we needed, told us all about how to clean and take care of the boots, and boot trees. Very good and helpful overall, I would recommend it to anyone looking for a new pair of boots.

Well great sales spent to much but got almost 2 for one. Wear only cody james boots for work and hawk shirts for work they are that good and can only be found at the boot barn.

Mary was a great help at the boot barn in Council Bluffs, Ia . She is smart and informed. But u dont get the 5th star because u didnt have Nacona boots at this store. I bought boots but not the ones I wanted and had to go with a lesser brand. When I was their lots of special going on.

Honestly I dont mind boot barn but the council bluffs location has very rude employees that blatantly ignore you, I asked for help from 3 separate workers to find a 12 wide, they all ignored me and walked away as well as one of them ignoring me then walking up to someone else behind me and asked them if they needed help, sorry I dont fit your stereotype, I wear boots too, dont buy from the council bluffs iowa location
