Test drove a Model Y. Very cool, but too small.
Had an emergency issue. Nikki took care of everything. While i was waiting a man who was considering buying, wanted to ask me questions about service as that was his biggest concern. I was there for service and Nikki was taking care of the issue getting me in for a new tire. Was a great example for the perspective buyer of world class Tesla service. If that guy makes a purchase she should get a bump!
Very disrespectful, blonde woman at the front desk that was ABSOLUTELY NOT wanting to help us. My husband, my dog and I were on a road trip. He clearly explained that were from Florida and we have an emergency where our suspension was disabled and was causing the car to be unstable and bouncing. We traveled to Iowa since it was the nearest service center on our path. I understand there were other cars to take care and that they couldnt possibly take us in...but we were out of state seeking emergency help or someone to at least look and figure out if it was a leak or needing of a new compressor. The service center guy was kind enough to talk to us and tell us what it could be and wished us the best as we trek down to Kansas. That womans negativity was such a turnoff. Instead of putting herself in our position, she was not cooperating with us whatsoever. In moments like this, a little compassion is all that is needed.
Nikki at Tesla is the most awesome service advisor around. She will make sure that your car is taken care of to your satisfaction. Definitely five star service at this Tesla service center. 👍
I went for a test drive, and they didnt oversell the car or try and make me buy one - just told me how everything worked, asked if I had any questions, and were open for conversation!

Got a suspension issue with my Model 3 fixed under warranty today. The team did a great job! I was given a loaner Model S for the day without even asking, which was really nice. Dropping off the car, even with COVID precautions, was a piece of cake. The team was kind, got the job done quickly, and even squeezed in a tire rotation for me that I realized I needed once I was already there.Thanks Thaddeus and team for a good first non-mobile service experience!The only con for me was that it was about 2 hours away - having a service center closer to central Iowa would be great.
Thaddeus and the Council Bluffs Tesla staff did a great job in keeping in contact and informing me of the entire process. In this time of social distancing, they had a loaner car available for me during the maintenance period. Great job!
Awesome ! I love that I can drop the car off grab a loaner all without having to talk to anyone. Info on the he car status is updated via the app and text; and picked my car back up the same day. I am sure the staff is amazing, but how would I know :). Haha
The Tesla Service Center staff were considerate and punctual. The upgrade to our Model 3 was finished on time, and I enjoyed the Model S loaner car while I waited. The quality of service was better than I have experienced with any other automotive service. Thank you!
We experienced excellent and efficient service today when we were on the road and experiencing issues with our cameras. We were able to contact the service team and get in as soon as we arrived and were able to get on the road about 30 minutes later. Really impressive team!
Needs customer spots up front. Was not clear where to park.
Their management struggled to answer simple questions about service times and costs over weeks.
Love this company!
