It was so easy to get service here! They sent pictures of what needed worked on at my 100k mile service appointment in a detailed report. They answered quickly with a new quote once I decided what needed to be done.The best part was having a loaner car so I could leave my car there overnight and get all of the work done by the next day. I will definitely recommend this shop to others!

Mad Hatter fixed the problem with my trucks exhaust system and replaced the slave cylinder the same day; Im very happy with the work they did. Cory did a very good job explaining the costs and contacting me when my truck was finished. I also appreciated the loaner car while my truck was being worked on.

We first took our Ford Explorer to Mad Hatter to get some work done. They were able to look at it right away and got the parts ordered. While waiting for the parts we decided to get the brakes changed on our second car since they were pretty bad. It’s a Volkswagen Jetta so a lot of places won’t even look at it since it’s a foreign car. We called right after opening on a Friday and asked if we could bring it in. We dropped it off around 10am and they had everything fixed and ready to go before closing! We showed up 10 minutes after closing to pick up the car but Corey and another employee waited when we called and told them we were on our way. We had to take an Uber and the drive had to stop for gas.We’ve done all of our communication with Corey. He has been nothing but helpful and I can’t recommend him and Mad Hatter enough! I’m 31 weeks pregnant so having a safe and running car is very important right now.Thanks Cory! We’ll always keep you in mind when someone asks for a good car repair place!

I stopped by without an appointment in hopes to have my exhaust looked at. They had an opening and got me in right away. I was quoted a price ( thinking it would be double) what the quoted me, so, I had it taken care of the same day. They were very professional and efficient. I showed up after being stranded for hours waiting for another shop, I walked in and was greeted by Cory. Immediately he was caring and informative. He got my car in right away and began the process of trying to find out what was wrong. After a few minutes he began explaining that I needed a new gasket and fixed the problem without trying to take advantage of me not knowing anything about mechanical issues or cars as most shops do with females. He was very friendly and the most professional shop guy I’ve ever dealt with. Because of him I will absolutely be recommending Mad Hatter and sending them Cory’s way!

They did a great job! I brought my 2014 F150 to Cory, and the guys at mad hatter and they did a great job. This is the second time I’ve had my exhaust done at mad hatter, once at west center, they did an awesome custom exhaust, and this time was in CB. It was no problem getting in, they were very friendly and didn’t try to push or upsale me. This time I had my old flowmaster system cut off, and the factory exhaust put back on… I know, it killed me to do it, but it had to be done, the old stuff rusted off, and I am trading it in. Brakes and exhaust, and they got me in and out pretty quickly. Thanks guys!

I take my vehicle in regularly for service! Service is done in a timely manner. Quotes for anything needing attention other than my routine maintenance are spot on. Cory breaks anything down to me that I dont understand! Cory has awesome customer service skills and is very professional! Ive been bringing my vehicle here since 2019 and refuse to take it anywhere else where techs try to talk me into things they say I need but dont.

Took my vehicle in for a small exhaust repair, and was given an estimate Ive almost three times higher then my Lexus dealership.In addition to that they tried to upsell me a number of services. ( I understand high mileage and preventive services) but the prices were absolutely outrageous. Over $1000.00 none of which were mentioned from Lexus dealership that were urgent!In addition I was charged an estimate fee of around $12.00 but was never told about that until it was time to go over estimate at check out.I returned to the Lexus! dealership to have my repair done for under $200 vs $600-1500ish. And it was Apples to Apples repair. I left Mad Hatter feeling disappointed.

Needed a simple weld on an exhaust joint that came loose. I told them what I needed when I made the appointment and I drove in an hour from out of town for the work. They refused to do it without replacing the entire pipe and the muffler to the tune of $500. They claimed they couldnt do it without hitting the AC line - so I guess that means replace a perfectly good muffler and pipe?! On top of that they found another $1800 worth of BS repairs that I needed. Claimed I needed new brake pads all around, which I literally just had done less than 2 months ago. This place is as crooked as they come. I fixed the joint myself for $12 with a simple kit from Auto Zone. Stay away!

Would not recommend this place I went in to get a muffler maybe put on but when they got my truck in to diagnose the exhaust . They said I needed new exhaust manifolds 2new cadillac converter and new pipes and muffler $2600 . I go get another quote at another place I got a new muffler for $700 and I dont need new exhaust manifolds nor did I need new pipes or cadillac converters . They lied to me and tried to trick me into work I did not need. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

Over priced . They tried to up sale me into new exhaust manifolds that I didnt need . Or cadillac converter that I didnt need or new exhaust pipe that I didnt need I went down the street and got exactly what I really needed was a muffler they could not figure out why they tried to tell me I needed all those things when I did not need iv have been a back yard mechanic for almost 35 years now Im not saying I know everything on a car but I do know enough To know that I didnt need everything they said I needed they wanted me to pay $2600 for all the work they wanted to do. But I got it done for around $700 at Apex Automotive

Friendly staff. They saved my $$$$ to replace a resonator (muffler)on my 2014 equinox. Other places quoted me a price that was over $680.00 to replace the resonator and the complete exhaust system from that point back. Mad hatter Muffler and brakes just replaced the resonator for MUCH!!! less.

Im very hesitant about who i allow to work on my car. I decided to give Madd Hatter a try, and the service was Great. Corey & Staff provided an easy timely repair on my Lexus, price was reasonable (warranty included) and they also provided a ‘loaner’ vehicle if available. I feel Madd Hatter stands behind their work and will ensure problem is repaired correctly.I have recommended others, and i will use this business again. Happy customer!

Was quoted $300 to fix exhaust made an appointment for 10 am the following day, I arrived at 10am to have my truck fixed and was told would be about 1/2 hour wait but they offered a rental wreck rusted out ol Buick that smelled like Newport’s to drive and said they would call me after they checked it out after almost 2 hours of not hearing from them I go back. And get hit with a $1200 quote and I would be providing my own mufflers. What a joke, I would never recommend or use these rip off artists. Hell I could put on headers and new borla performance exhaust for that price. I drove 1 mile to another exhaust shop that repaired my exhaust and warrantied it for $200. Seems the new owners are just as bad as the previous

I am a widow and my husband did all my car work so I had to take it to a place that I could completely trust 100%.... talking with the manager Jeremy on 144th. He point blank told me what issues I had and how I could address them. I did not feel high pressured I felt very comfortable and he was patient enough to deal with all of my questions and concerns. I met the gentleman working on my vehicle. I was again too relieved to know that everything would be guaranteed done correctly. My vehicle was done. I was very satisfied.. Great customer service. I elected to go with a less expensive muffler on my high mileage Hyundai, was told it would be louder, but still elected to go cheap. It was too loud for me. These folks went above and beyond and put on the correct muffler and only charged the difference!! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

My car had a split seam on the resonator (a muffler-like device). I showed up at Mad Hatter with no appointment, but Dennis got my car right in. He gave a very reasonable quote, which I accepted, and he was able to do the work immediately. I would recommend this shop for anyone needing exhaust system repairs. The price and service were very good.

What a sh*t show. I was given a quote a few months back on exhaust on my car, still have paper quote. Earlier in the week I set up an appointment to get the repairs done, they told me to drop off early morning that Friday so I did about 8am. She told me it would be done afternoon. The lady at the front desk called me at 11am and said they dont have the parts and some of the parts would be three days out or I could do custom exhaust that would be several hundred more. My question is why would you set up an appointment and when you dont have the parts. Then I talk to the guy in Omaha store and he said it would cost $200 more than the quote. I verified the price before I even set up the appointment. Come on, just do your job.

Put a real nice sounding exhaust on my 04 Yukon. Sounded great and looked great for an amazingly lower price than other places. Definitely reccomend using them.

I arrived at the shop yesterday with a hole in my exhaust pipe. They were able to immediately start working on my truck, which was a pleasant surprise. They put my truck up on a lift so they could get a good look at the problem. They told me they recommended replacing a few feet of the exhaust pipe, which included a muffler and I agreed. It was clearly the best option due to the exhaust being rusted in multiple spots just waiting to be punctured. They gave me an accurate estimate and time of completion. I arrived later in the afternoon to pick it up and my truck doesnt sound like a dragster anymore. Will return in the future if I ever need exhaust work again!

Have used this shop for new muffler 2 times before and the work was excellent since they ha changed hands I wont go back or recommend them at all two days after a new muffler was having some work done on the breaks while on the lift the guy showed me the bad job that was done on the welding on the muffler what a mess
