Poor customer service. The female staff were more interested in flirting with with guys that came in than helping. I’ll will never go back. They don’t even deserve the 1 star I gave them

We went to this specific location, because FedEx Express deliveries are accepted at 6PM rather then the usual locations scheduled at 4:30 PM. The overnight package that was CRUTIAL to have sent overnight now says it will be the next day. Maybe they need to change their hours on their website, because we just spent a lot of money on FedEx Priority Overnight for a shipment that will now be 2 Day delivery. Unbelievable.

They are the best - I have been dealing with them for years and they are always helpful and there is not waiting line. I never posted a positive review because I did not want this to change. So selfish of me..

Came here to drop off a package with a prepaid label, didnt realize it was for UPS. Nancy was very helpful and kind to get my package prepped and even printed out my slip so I was set to drop it off at UPS. She didnt need to do that but went out of her way to help me out.Thank you Nancy.

Clean and friendly. Dont listen to the ONE negative Nancy reviewer who says that I never write stuff like this, yet ALL that persons reviews are just negative minor complaints that shouldnt be a 1 or star review! Some people just love to complain about every little thing.Ive used this location many times and every time its a fast and pleasurable experience.

I just came in to ship three packages. Walked in and the place was a mess! The girl stopped in the middle of my transaction to receive a package and enter it into her system (because of she doesnt within 15 minutes it wont go in). She had no idea what she was doing. Put in a zip code as 4 digits. Told me a small box would be 27-dollars to go one state away, when a flat-rate is around 10. Overall, a terrible experience, and Im not one to post this sort of thing. Walk in and youll see instantly what I mean.

Great staff and open late. I love it. I go in before 8 and theres no lines just a friendly face.

Staff here was really nice compared to some plces Ive picked up or shipped from before. No attitude and efficient which was refreshing. Theres another location where you get the wrong person helping you, she gives you the Can I help you like your inconveniencing her day.

Always a pleasure to see there truck coming. other than ups.

They had the fax machine I needed and the employee was very helpful.
