This storage facility has reasonably affordable rates. Isabell was very helpful and kind. The managers are doing well running a clean storage site. I would highly recommend. I would come back to rent again.

The place is well gated. Easy to use access gates. The staffs are all great and friendly. They have push dollys for you to use. And the rates are very reasonable.

Wendy is an incredibly helpful manager. The place is located right next to our work and I was able to store three offices worth of stuff in a 5 x 10 for $68 per month. Highly recommend.

I visited several self storage facilities locally and found a huge disparity in cost and availability. Also some businesses do not accept credit/debit cards.Stor-it had the size unit I needed and the price was $100 less than two others. The managers were polite and efficient. Good place to get your stuff stolen. Manager WENDY freely identified my unit number to someone on the phone pretending to be me. Broken into next day. Always wonderful to pay rent money to keep your belongings secure, only to have the on-site managers defeat that through their ignorance.

GREAT RATES, BETTER SERVICE! These guys are awesome. I recently got married, so it was time to clear out some stuff from my tiny apartment to make room for marriage chapter of my life. Me and my wife had an great experience with Stor-It in Costa Mesa. Every single person we talked to on the staff was welcoming, and knowledgeable. This is my first experience using a storage facility, but I will tell you, we area not going anywhere else! We highly recommend Stor-It, we will be customers as long as we are living in so Cal!

Theyre the BEST!!! Ive worked in this neighbor hood & I know that it is constantly patrolled by police. Theres a bunch of other little businesses in the area so everyone keeps a good eye on the neighborhood.The staff is super friendly & helpfull! The facility is clean and someone is at the location most of the time. Even if the office is closed there is someone there to keep an eye & ear out. The fact that a lot of the storage unites are inside & up stairs makes it harder for someone to brake in & get away with anything. Ive had a few other storages and the vibe here is GREAT! Im pleased knowing my stuff is safe. *Thanks Guys!!!!

The staff at Stor-It Self Storage is super friendly and always goes above and beyond when helping! Their prices are also the most reasonable that I found! Definitely recommend this place if you need storage!!

Want your stuff stolen?Wish I knew the truth about how the management has changed this year. I found out half my stuff was stolen when I went to my unit yesterday. Apparently theft is rampant and upper management could care less. If you want your stuff stolen, I highly recommend storing it here.I posted pictures of the blatantly broken into lock latch which management said did not in any way make them think there was an issue (besides the fact that the burglars left stuff hanging out under the door and management didnt think anything of that either.) They claim they walk the units almost everyday and yet it only took me one second to look at the damaged lock latch and know I had been robbed while it looked normal to them.I was told the police would need a subpoena to get video footage - clearly management doesnt care and does not want to help. They just want full units and are happy to rent to anyone even if they look like they might be a Thief. The great former managers left after saying there were 15 thefts in a few months due to corporate demanding they rent to anyone.

I honestly cant say enough about how awesome my experience was. The movers I hired were originally supposed to pick up my items to be stored around 3pm. 3 bacame 4, 4 became 530, In the end they didnt show until 615, well after the storage facility closed gate access. I let Kurt and Robie (resident managers) know about the delay ahead of time. They seemed to understand what a pain moving can be even when things are running on-time. They said they would come back and open up for me even if it was past closing when we arrived. Which they did almost an hour past closing. They then took the time to explain everyhting and advise me on safe storage practices (even helped with a mattress bag and moisture kit). they didnt try to rush me out, I felt like a valued customer that showed up during regular business hours. Kurt and Robie were so great it felt like I was dealing with family.Additionally the facility was very well kept, safe and easy to find. The prices are more than reasonable. I would recomend this location to anyone, even if its out of the way or a little more expensive, you cant put a price on the quality of service and friendly experience!
