Bought a purse for my girlfriend’s Birthday from Furla in South Coast Plaza on Oct-3rd 2021. Girlfriend ended up not liking the fit and we came back to the store to return it and were told that apparently you only have 10 days to return merchandise and after that - only exchanges are accepted.The gentleman who assisted us was Percy and he never mentioned this to us when we bought the purse. I came with my mom and she also doesn’t remember this. My girlfriends bday was on the 16th (13 days after we purchased the bag). If Percy had told us we only had 10 days to return it, I wouldn’t have bought it.10 days is an unreasonably short window; many stores keep at least a 30-day grace period. My family has shopped here for a long time and we will not be shopping at Furla anymore. At the very least I hoped to receive store credit, but we are left with a very expensive $500 bag that doesn’t fit with my girlfriend. I purchased a bag at the store, not ending wanting to keep the bag. I went to the store back to no make a return, the associate literally told me she couldn’t do it because they have a 10 day policy to return and it was 2 days over due!!! So I ask her can I have store credit and she said no we only do even exchanges!!! Meaning that I have to walk out of the store with an item that I didn’t even wanted.What a horrible experience, I even told her I will not shop again her she said ok. These days when we have the opportunity to buy anywhere online and in store, I guess this business needs extra customer service training!!! My self, family and friends are not ever coming back here!!
I walked in this store looking to buy a mother’s day gift for my wife after walking the entire mall and not finding any luck. When I walked in I was greeted by Robby, she had a great smile and a beautiful Portuguese accent; I told her what I was like for and she pointed me in the right direction... I can’t be anymore pleased with the customer service experience I received from Robby, she is amazing!! and the perfect front person, knowledge and customer service are some of her best assets, i’m sure she’s got more under her sleeve! I will be a returning customer.
I love this store. I bought sunglasses🕶 and a small purs👜😍. Robby so nice person, she really helped me with the good purchase and she makes me happy❤️🤗I really advise everyone to go to this place👍
Walked in to shop a gift, And found pretty styles with descent prices. The store manger Roberta AKA Robby was the nicest, the most patient and the most helpful sales assistant I could have met.
