When I saw the earring in the window, I was attracted by it. It was so beautiful. I walked into the shop. There was a man who was very professional and patient. We had a good chat. The earrings I chose were of high quality, almost impeccable, and of course they were expensive, so I didnt buy them that day. I went to Cartier to see the earrings of the same quality, and the price was higher. Of course, this was due to the brand premium, but I still liked Nathan Alan Jewelers. So, after two days, I went again, and Mark patiently introduced them to me. Truly a diamond in the rough for so many reasons. I worked with Mark though the whole team is incredible. You can tell they have respect, not only for their customers, but for each other as well. I walked in to Nathan Alan out of the blue looking for a radiant cut diamond. Since they seem to be a cut not a lot of stores have I was excited when Mark said they had one. When I sat down with Mark to look at it he spent nearly an hour listening to what was important to me in selecting a new diamond. Mark is engaging and personable, he answered all of my questions with ease. He is knowledgeable and has great communication skills. He offered to bring in a couple more radiant cuts in the size I was looking for and two days later he had them! Both stones were exactly what I had described to him, absolutely stunning. My husband and I spent 2.5 hours working with Mark to create my new ring and at no time did we feel rushed or pressured, in fact we had a blast looking at so many options. Mark knows the fine details like scale and proportion which proved to be important as we added two smaller stones to the design. Mark estimated the custom made ring would be ready in 4 weeks. Two weeks later it was ready! The ring is drop dead gorgeous, everything I dreamed of and I could not be happier. Mark read me perfectly, he anticipated my needs and was always ready for me when I arrived. He showed so much respect for the two of us, we had an awesome experience.

My husband bought our engagement ring from here over 20 years ago at a reasonable price. The fashion of the ring was so well designed and so timeless. Even today I still can see similar style of this ring in other jewelry stores. I needed to have my ring resized. So I brought it to a local jewelry shop to get it resized. The owner estimated it would be cost about $400. My worries was that my stone would be exchanged for a fake stone. So I took it to this Nathan Alan.Surprisingly the cost was only about $300 and I did not have to worry about leaving my ring here.. this jewelry store has been here for a long time. It is reputable, reasonable.. I love their designs so I ended up bought another new ring.

I had left my Cartier ring for polishing because they said their craft-man is top quality..but..... the ring had become thinner than the original shape. It was my first polish of the ring. I regret for leaving my ring to these guys..They kept on denying their mistakes..In the photo, the one on the bottom is the original Cartier ring and the one upper is my ring they polished. When I started looking for my engagement ring, it was rare to find a jeweler that stood behind their micropave designs and guaranteed their work. Nathan Alan custom made my ring and guaranteed that the diamonds would stay and they have for five years. They were one of the few jewelers that had high quality halo settings. My engagement ring turned out gorgeous and I can barely go a few days without someone complimenting it.I dont wear jewelry often but if I did, Id buy everything here. Their work is impeccable and you cant walk past their displays without stopping to take a peek!

I visited a number of jewelers before I found Nathan Alan Jewelers in Newport Beach, CA. I was looking to replace a designer wedding band I had worn for years but unfortunately had lost. The staff found a close match in their catalog of designs (which others had not been able to do) and indicated they could make the platinum and 18kt yellow gold “braided” style ring in a few weeks. Michael and others exceeded my expectations for both quality and custom met service—and I’m completely satisfied with my whole experience with Nathan Alan. My ring was completed ahead of schedule and shipped to me overnight. The staff even called to make sure I had received the ring okay, and it had met my expectations. Nathan Allen was helping me alot on finding ring, very appreciate. My engage ring is very nice and kinda reasonable. Gave me good price on the diamond, just in return expensive on the ring, however; overall it is not a expensive engage ring though Still cheaper than most of local phsyical diamond store but is kinda tricky.
