It was great at the beginning. They were super helpful at first. I commissioned the enragement ring back in July and have also purchased the diamond through them. Fast forward in October and I still have NO ring and stuck with a diamond that is worthless with no warranty. They took turn taking vacation and covid leave and left me in the dark. Very nice Jared. I cant return the diamond because its already pass 30 days. Now if I need to set the diamond at another shop it will cost a liver.
Couple days ago I went to this location to buy three watches, with no doubt I bought from Yara just because of her great customer service, honestly, professionalism.This is what the client is always looking for, someone honest and not pushy, classy and very knowledgeable about the product.Thank you Yara for making my experience at Jared really good and smooth.
After spending hours with a custom jeweler designing two one-off diamond/white gold pendant multiple thousand dollar necklaces, then waiting 6 weeks for the finished product, the store ruined the surprise by handing both open pieces to my fiancé. Then, after less than a month owning them, one of the clasps broke. We took it in and the store manager informed me of the REPAIR price. I’d rather pay a custom jewelry small business to install a better clasp than ever give my money to this chain store ever again.
Extremely disappointed! For the past 4 years every time I go into have our rings and my necklace check they cant find our paperwork. Luckily I have everything on paper as well.Also very unfriendly staff. They cant be bothered if they cant find your paperwork and when you present them with prove they are even rudder.Definitely do not recommend this establishment!!!
Went with my fiance to try wedding bands on. Jason was super helpful and wasnt pressuring a sale. Im really happy with my experience and learned a lot. I will definitely go back and call ahead to make sure Jason is working.
I came into the store today to get my wife’s wedding ring cleaned and pick up anniversary gift and was helped out by Noah! I must say he was absolutely the best in helping me find everything I needed! He double checked for discounts and online to make sure I was getting the best price possible. Overall I thought I was going to walk out with 1 gift but ended up walking out with 3! I definitely will be shopping here again. Customer service was 10/10! 5 stars is too low for Noah!

This place is completely happy when you thousands of dollars and will promise free ring cleaning/steaming at anytime, yet takes pleasure in turning customers away if they have not made an appointment for their cleaning.
Went to pick up a ring that was ordered and it had a scratch. Youd think the ring would be thoroughly inspected before the pick up. It was such a waste of time.
I went there to fix my ring and they told me it’s not diamond. The lady tested with the diamond tester and the tester showed that the tiny diamonds they wear are real and but mine is not. They took it to jeweler and told me that they are sure it is not diamond. I think the tester might calibrated wrongly and jewelers are not experienced. I went to another jeweler and they said it is areal diamond. I have to make sure with the GIA, so I sent my stone to GIA and the report said it is 1.1 ct M color VVS2 natural diamond. The staffs from the Jared are rude also.
The staff here is highly knowledgeable and so friendly! We didn’t feel any pressure at all, and felt completely comfortable making an informed decision about our purchase. Definitely the best experience I’ve ever had at a jeweler. Paul walked us through the process with such knowledge and patience, we were blown away. He’s fantastic!! Throughout our return visit, the rest of the staff was so friendly and made us feel like family. I won’t be going ANYWHERE else!
My girlfriend and I were going to shop for engagement rings and decided to check out Tiffany’s just for fun. We left feeling discouraged and out of place and came here instead. We were instantly helped with some exceptional service from one of the jewelers who helped us try many different styles. She made great recommendations and was amazingly helpful and patient with our many requests! Come here first!
They had amazing customer service and wide selection of engagement rings. They took great care of me from the time I walked in the door to my fiance and I getting it re-sized. I will never purchase another piece of jewelry from Jared Jewelry. It has been the worst experience ever. We ordered my husbands wedding ring- they never called when it came in. When we finally reached out and got it- it was the wrong size. We reordered it- we never heard back and when we called- they had no record of it being reordered. Ordered it again- they ordered the wrong size. Just came in to get that one and it’s the same size as last time.Just left now with another reorder. If it were up to me I would return the ring for good and be on my way but my husband wants this particular one. Horrible experience
I was on a family vacation and noticed a chip on one of my diamonds. I quickly called my local store and they told me to take it to the nearest Jared’s. I took in my wedding ring, they noticed the chip and had my ring back to beautifully new in just a few hours. This service reminded me again why I love Jared’s...

I started coming here for my jewelry inspections and cleanings after another location in my home state gave me not so good of service ( tried to charge $25/piece for new earring backs when they are no charge, and kept trying to upsell my jewelry ) I have had zero issues with this location and will be using them for all my maintenance and future jewelry purchases.
Let me start by saying that I am a huge fan of Jared’s (particularly the one in Tustin) HOWEVER... I was in the area and wanted to have my rings cleaned so I stopped by this location. The lady who was helping me out asked for my rings and I placed them down in front of her (this is the most expensive thing I own, don’t want to risk it falling or anything) when she proceeded to SLIDE MY RINGS ACROSS THE COUNTER like they were cheap pieces of worthless metal! Even when she was examining them, I was HORRIFIED at the way she handled my rings. When I spoke to another employee about this issue, I did not feel that she sympathized with me at ALL. I have never been back to this location since and would not recommend this place to anyone else. Super disappointing.

Theres nothing wrong with Jared. This review is specifically for this store location.My fiancé had bought me an engagement ring from the Cerritos location and they were wonderful. Our initial experience prompted us to return to Jared to get our wedding bands. However we ended up going into this Costa Mesa location instead since they had more variety of alternative metals.We first worked with MARK. Hes great. We found a ring for my fiancé but since it was the first place we wanted to shop around. After looking, we wanted to go back to Jared to order his size. Unfortunately MARK wasnt working when we returned. So MARIA assisted us.MARIA started off fine showing us the alternative metal selection trying to find the original ring my fiancé wanted which we did find. We asked to order it in his ring size. During this process, I looked at possible wedding bands that would go with my engagement ring. I didnt find find anything that went well with my ring though so I asked her if she could check if my ring came with a matching wedding band since I bought it at Jared. This is when it hits the fan.I didnt realize but this is where her track of mind changed from concentrating on my fiancés titanium wedding band for my platinum wedding band. She told us that she would have to get back to us about my ring after speaking to corporate about pricing and if a matching set is available. So we left the store thinking my fiancés ring had been ordered to size and that she would call me back regarding my wedding band.I was wrong. My fiancé received a call about a week later from MARIA stating they were able to make a matching platinum ring for me. She said nothing about my fiancés ring. We waited another week but no calls were returned regarding my fiancés ring.Today we went back and spoke to a different salesperson because quite frankly we were disappointed with MARIA. Basically my fiancés ring was not ordered and to make matters worse the ring was gone at the store and online so we were back to the beginning of the searching period!!!!!!!The cherry on top was that the Asian guy that helped us the third time didnt empathize with us one bit for the fact that MARIA failed to even make a note on our account the ring that my fiancé asked her to make an order for.Yes, Im going to make an assumption here but MARIA didnt treat every transaction to be important. Rather she put dollar signs on each transaction and since my fiancés ring is only $100 she focused more on mine which would be in the $1000s.SO FRUSTRATED DURING WHAT IS SUPPOSED TO BE THE BEST TIME OF OUR LIVES!!!!
