Hands down my favorite card store! You can find a card for everyone and anyone! Great location with a great variety of cards. All different prices and some can be a bit pricey, but the gift of giving and doing so in a meaningful way is great!

This is a fun store with exciting gifts and paper supplies. Although Im not that interested in paper goods like (what looks like) wrapping paper, various sizes and colors of paper, and lots of interesting gift ideas I did enjoy the time spent there to look around.Overall the store provides a good value add for the mall and I appreciate its existence.Staff is also nice.

Drove down from Moreno Valley to get some Christmas presents wrapped. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Prices werent that bad. I need them to open one up in the Inland Empire. Highly recommend 👌

Beautiful shop but very limited selection if your looking for supplies. This is mainly a gift shop not one for craft supplies. The prices are astronomical as this is in a luxury mall. So just go here for a look-see not for hobby supplies.

This is one of my favorite places to get different paper items great for invitations creating cards stamps and many more stationary creative.This store is in the South Coast Plaza.It is a great store to generate ideas get small practical to gifts and more.

If you love to gift wrap, this isnthe place to go. They also have great customer service and good rewards program.

Horrible experience at the paper source at south coast plaza. After a strenuous long work day I raced to my local paper source so I could get wrapping paper for my gifts on my only free time until Christmas. The paper source said it was open until 9:00pm. To my surprise when I showed up at 7:02 they locked the door in front of my face and said closed. I started crying and said “please I need to get wrapping paper I have no other time” the manager saw how upset I was and began to laugh. Will never come back.

They are the best I went on 6:30PM and they warped my 2 phones that I’m gifting to my friends

Last time I stopped in I had such wonderful service, I wish I could remember the employees name, she was so friendly and helpful. I was interested in learning more about embossing and she took the time to do a demo and even made it into a birthday card and let me keep it. Needless to say, bought the embossing kit and cant wait to go back for more supplies. If youre searching for a gift for someone who is hard to shop for try this place out they have the cutest and most unique items and there is always something new to check our every time I visit.

The employees are always nice and welcoming, always ready to help you out. The cards they have are very unique and of good quality. I love coming here just to explore because they have cute knick knacks and good gifting options.

I always love coming for just cards. The staff are very helpful when you need anything. Everything is laid out close to each other which is a benefit to complete any idea that I have.

Very cool shop. Went in just to look around but ended up buying a couple items including a fold-out sticker book thats a big hit with my daughter. Its right next to one of the mall carousels so will be a return customer.

Do not order wedding or custom invitations from Paper Source. We made an appointment and spent almost 3 hours in the store. The first sales rep helping us had to ask the manager every question we had and finally the manager took over for her. We then had to start the entire process over again with the manager telling us the first rep did not know what she was doing. We were very specific that we wanted exactly what we wanted in the sales book, with different colors, and a different paper on the inside of the envelopes.We chose dark blue envelopes and wanted to have return addresses printed on them. We asked to have a white or light grey printed which the manager insisted it would not show up and only black would print on dark blue envelopes and would look great. We of course took her suggestion. We paid and left the store .I received a call the next morning from the manager saying they are not able to print at all on dark blue envelopes unless we paid over $400 to have them engraved. If we knew this the day before, we would have chose a different color and made this very simple. Also, why would you off a color envelope you are not able to print on?We agree to move forward with no printing on envelopes at all to then enter the QA process where we exchange multiple errors including the misspelling of names that are on the credit card we paid with.We then receive an email saying they printed part of our order on the wrong size paper and would take another 8-10 days to have them redone. Well we are on a timeline and cannot wait another 2 weeks.We had our order shipped to the store to only find out what we chose in the book, is not what we got in our order. They are not mounted on anything (as they were in the book) there is no pouch to hold everything in, (as they were in the book) and all of the envelopes do not have a certain paper on the inside.We reached out to customer service via email, we were called and the gal left a voicemail. We called her back the same day and it has been a full business week with no call.Would highly suggest you find another store for invitations with experience and price tag attached.

So, I LOVED this store, I just am not a fan of the mall its located in due to the people who frequent it, however, this store has some super fun & original knick knacks. Sadly anything for a phone is geared towards Apple, Im an android user.

The associate was late for our appointment, but once she arrived, she was very helpful and friendly and so was everyone else that worked there.

I really love their selection of stamps, paper and random art supplies. It is a bit pricey which is why i rated it 1 less star. I guess they have to upsell their products to pay for the expensive rent in South Coast Plaza. I wish they had more knicknacks to sell but they cut back to sell more cards, stationary, paper stuff
