I just left the nursery dept and had Jill as my checkout person. What a horrible woman... she’s the type of person that likes to scold people for not being right, and very easily looses her patience.I had a gift card, and she was unable to scan it because some of the barcode rubbed off. She kept blaming the scanning machine, and hitting it on the counter, hoping it would scan the gift card properly, but it didn’t... and she was getting more frustrated with me and the system... and practically yelled at me telling me if I want to use my card to get inside... while she could have easily entered the barcode numbers, or re-issued a new card, but she failed to do either.It’s people like Jill that give HomeDepot such a horrible customer service reputation. I really wish she could learn from this, but doubt she will... as she appears to be stuck in her miserable, angry ways.

This place is one of the worst locations, the workers are so rude even at the pro desk and customer service. I am a pro member and to buy me products is almost impossible at this location.
