We wish we had read all of the negative reviews about Panache in Costa Mesa before we went there (especially Minette). We had a horrible experience.The woman at Panache (her name was Minete) was very aggressive and extremely rude with my fiancé as soon as she said she was not happy with the neck, chest and arms color of the material added to her dress. At that point Minette told us that the “dress took a long time and cost a lot of money to alter” and that she “was not going to change anything on the dress”. My fiancé said she didn’t like the color of the cloth again and Minette said “we are not changing it”. She claimed that she showed us the design along with the material for the dress when we bought it which is not true. Meril, the seamstress, was making suggestions on how to accommodate my fiancé and Minette interrupted her and said to Meril “you are not doing anything to this dress”. Then Minette began saying that we had been “rude to her since the minute we walked in”, which is anything but true. And then told us that she is “pregnant and cannot have this kind of rudeness”. At that point, my fiancé was very upset because Minette was confronting her and telling us nothing could be done about the dress. We asked Minette to leave because she had created a toxic situation and ruined our special day. She said she “was going to call the owner”. After she walked away, Meril tried to help us by trying to find alternatives to find a solution. We were willing to compromise and work with Meril, but Minette continued coming up to us and even said that my fiancé had agreed to that color which is also not true.Meril told us she can make the changes by November 5th when we will come back. I would like to ensure that Minette will not be there on our next appointment date.I am extremely unhappy and very angry at the behavior of Minette. We spent $13,000 on the wedding dress. We did not hear from your store once during this process to show us the progress. When we arrived today, the dress was not what my fiancé wanted so we needed to make the adjustments. Rather than do that, Minette told us “no we aren’t changing anything” and actually had the nerve to accuse us of being rude. A wonderful and romantic experience has been turned into a total nightmare. Minette even insisted that my fiancé had approved the design, showing us some drawing that we have never seen before. Also, we were showing Minette that the border of the dress had a problem and was shorter than the layers underneath the dress. Minette, with a high and rude tone, replied to us “you chose this! You asked for it” Meril immediately checked and said “yes, let me fix it”. This kind of service is unacceptable from a boutique that is supposed to focus on, and satisfy the customer.10/26/21We are not surprised by your response. My fiancé is the most kind and sweet person. She had the patience even after dealing with your unprofessional behavior to continue working with another associate in your store. Of course I needed to separate you both. You were yelling at my fiancé and telling us you refuse to change the dress to our satisfaction. Your conduct was ruining this wonderful day for both of us. This was made evident by the fact that after I sent you away, we were able to work with Meril to try and find solutions to make my fiancé happy. We wish we would have had the opportunity to talk to the owner of the store. I hope he or she is reading these reviews. The version of events as you have explained them happened only in your mind. The bottom line is that we paid over $13,000 for a dress and if my fiancé wants to make alterations to make her happy, then that is what you needed to do. Instead it was fighting and bickering from the first moment.

I found my gorgeous wedding gown at Panache Bridal! Ive always heard good things about this bridal shop so when I first got engaged, I was excited to explore their shop.First off, the staff at Panache are amazing! They were all so accommodating. Bottled waters were given immediately and they paired me with Nicole (blonde) to get me started. Nicole was great! She is very energetic and very knowledgeable about the designers, gowns, and her clientele. I had an idea of what I wanted so I listed off a couple of definite features like lace, fitted, and a few others. She immediately pulled out seven dresses based on my description for me to try on.She was so helpful during the process--helping me in and out of dresses, placing cups in to fill out the bust of the dress, and even adding in accessories to help me visualize the full look. I love the runway they have. It was really good for lighting and made it more fun to view the dress as if you were a model walking down the aisle. We tried each of the dresses in front of the mirror/lighted runway and even when to the front door to view the dresses in a more natural light. If alterations were needed to fulfill a vision of mine, she was able to improvise with pieces of fabric around the shop.This is the shop that I officially fell in love with the dress. But I still wanted some alterations to the dress. I explained to Nicole that I wanted lace straps so she was able to figure out a way for me to get exactly what I wanted. I also wanted a veil with lace trim and she found one that matched perfectly to the lace on the dress. When it came time for me to officially say yes to the dress, Nicole was very accommodating to my bridal party giving us waters and champagne for toasting. It was such a great experience!After the purchase, I waited a couple months to get the dress shipped overseas. Once it came in, the shop called me promptly and had me come in to start the alteration process. I choose the package deal for the alterations because of all the changes I wanted, it made more sense. I went in for several fittings and each time, I felt like a princess by Nicole, the seamstress, and the entire staff at Panache.My wedding day--I could not feel any more special in my wedding gown. I was very happy I picked my dress but it wouldnt have been the same without Panache and Nicole (blonde.) I am very grateful for their hospitality and their passion for beautiful wedding gowns and helping brides find the perfect dress.Thank you Panache and Nicole!

After I arrived right on time to my appointment for 2.30pm I was coldly welcomed.I announced a budget of 2500$ and my bridal assistant (Megan) made it clear that it was a low budget. Which is okay but she lacked friendliness.At no point did she asked about my wedding location or style. While we were using the changing room, the store manager intrude and abruptly mentioned that we had to social distance. I fully understand but we are wearing mask, we have hand sanitizer and I had 1 guest only.Anyway, I felt rushed, not listened too and was out of the store in 1h.Such a pity.

Went in yesterday, and I said yes to the dress!! After so many bridal stores, try ons, styles, I am very happy I finally found my dream dress!! Thank you so much to Christine, you were amazing! My appointment was meant to last about an Hr. And I ended up being there for almost 3Hrs. And she did her best to make find me THE ONE!!🙏🏼♥️🥰Thank you so much again!!

What a wonderful experience. Monet our consultant was amazing and so professional and figured out exactly what our bride was looking for. After trying on the family choices and what our bride thought she wanted Monet brought in a dress that combined all of the aspects our bride was looking for and it was perfect! Thank you Panache for making our experience stress free wonderful! She said yes to the dress!!

This place is AMAZINGGG! I found my dress here after feeling defeated and hopeless from another bridal boutique up the street.. I came in to browse after being told by the other boutique that this has more of what Im looking for. Luckily, I was able to schedule a same-day appointment which ended up being 40 minutes later. There are plenty of choices and styles, with racks on racks of dresses, but its not overwhelming. The staff is warm and welcoming, and Jamie helped me find my perfect dress and veil! Their dresses were comfortably in my price range of $1k-$3k, and all were of very high-quality. My dress ended up being $1,925 and looks twice as expensive. (Tip: If you buy your dress and veil here, your veil is 10% off) After saying yes, I was given champagne to toast and a sign to pose with about saying yes to the dress. 10/10 recommend!

I decided to check out Panache while I had friends with me so I could get feedback on wedding dresses. I didnt have an appointment, which is required, but Christina was so gracious to take me when her scheduled freed up. She was very helpful in guiding us through Panaches wide selection and advising us on how to select based on style, price point, and wedding venue. We had a fun, stress-free experience and I finally got excited about wedding dress shopping!

I normally do not write reviews but wanted to potentially save time of other gals by going elsewhere. This was the second bridal shop I had made an appointment at. As such, I was pretty confident I knew which dress I wanted to buy, but still wanted to try other options. I’d like to start by saying that the shop is beautiful with an immense selection of choose from. However, I give this shop a 1 star review due to the poor customer service, lack of respect, bad business and foul attitude received from Minette. Let me just say - any bride wants to feel beautiful on th day she tries dresses on. Minette made me feel like I did not belong in her OC boutique from the second I walked in the shop and even more so when we began to talk about budget. I was prepared to spend a lot of money in this store but did not feel comfortable seeing as how degraded and demeaned I felt. In fact, I went back to the first dress shop, spent $100 more on the same dress to give the girl that made me feel not only beautiful, but a decent human being the sale. Will definitely not be recommending to fellow women!

Panache was the first bridal store I went to in search for my perfect dress. I only had to try on 3 dresses to find it!! The entire staff has been amazing!! My father passed away 8 years ago and I wanted his initials embroidered into my dress. Although, this isnt a service they provide . They staff stepped up and suggested places to have a patch done of his initials and they would be happy to sew it into the dress.Start to finish they exceeded my expectations on all levels..The staff at panache is professional, courteous and went above and beyond to make my day extra special!!Thank youBest regardsNancy Procter -Huniu

Had a great experience at Panache Bridal of Costa Mesa. It was my first time trying on dresses and Moneh my consultant was amazing. She listened to what I wanted and my price point and picked out some amazing dresses. My mom and I had a wonderful time and could not have been more pleased with our experience. After selecting my dress Moneh suggested a veil I wouldnt normally try but it was perfect for my dress and really pulled the look together. Thank you!!

Might sound odd but i took my fiance here to help find the dress since she had no luck with her girls. As a guy i appreciated the more logical and clean layout and was impressed by our assistant picking dresses. Very intuitive and listened and adjusted by our reactions. Recommended!

I wish this was the first bridal store me and my bridesmaids went into. Started off with champagne and my stylist Luiza picked out the most beautiful dresses for me!! It was such a pleasant experience.

Ive been visiting several bridal stores and none compared to Panache. Excellent customer service and a wonderful variety of gowns. If you have an opportunity to visit this store I highly recommend it. Big shoutout to Luiza who went above and beyond helping me find the perfect wedding dress, she was extremely helpful, patient and very personable!

You should definitely shop here if you prefer condescending service with intense restrictions. The air conditioning doesnt work properly so if you wish to try on dresses while sweating this is the shop for you. This was the third stop of four and EVERY other shop was friendly and helpful. I hope you have a great experience, we absolutely did not.

Im very disappointed in Panache Bridal in Costa Mesa. I ordered a designer dress during a trunk show in January of 2017 and when it came in the hem was a sloppy mess. The fabric panels from my knees to the bottom hem were all mismatched. I told them to send it back to the designer as they must be having an issue with their manufacturer. Panache gave me a hard time, but then the designer agreed that it was clearly their issue and sent a new dress that arrived a week before my wedding. However, the new dress was flawed as well, due to more sloppy sewing--even the seamstress at Panache agreed. Panache staff said theyd take care of it after the wedding. I had no choice as to make do as it was four days before the ceremony at this point. The Panache manager at the time offered a partial refund, but then she quit soon after. The new manager never made good on the promises. Its almost a year after my October 2018 wedding and I have not recieved any kind of refund or remedy. I paid full price for a very expensive dress with major flaws. This is simply unacceptable. Do not go to Panache!!

Horrible customer service! From the minute we walked in, the staff was very rude. Had the audacity to say Dont be rough with the dresses. Wouldnt recommend AT ALL! Even when we asked to see a dress off the rack, staff was bothered and made faces. Dont go here, go down the street to Jaclyns Bridal!

My friend and I walked into Panache on Monday afternoon to see if they were able to assist us with trying on wedding dresses. We didnt schedule an appointment but they were more than happy to assist and we were instantly introduced to our consultants. The layout of the store was very open and makes it easy for brides to pick and choose. It was nice of them to lay out small water bottles for guests at the front desk.My consultant Eboni was very nice and helpful with picking out dresses. She picked out some interesting dresses that I thought were very pretty. Unfortunately, nothing really stuck out as a dress I love. The store has a great selection of wedding dresses and the back end of the wall is where they have mark downs. These are the dresses the designers discontinued or a brand that Panache no longer carries. The dresses that Panache carries have pretty cool designs and unique materials. The prices of the dresses run on the higher side of the spectrum but I did see some were affordable $1500-$8000+. Overall, would recommend brides to come in during weekday for better service and one on one attention.

If I could give this place a negative, it would be a -10! I took a picture of the bride filling out the check in forms at the front registration and was reprimanded by the front lady for taking a picture of the bride. I could understand if I took a picture of the lady or pictures of the bride in wedding gowns in their store. I dont know who the owner of this store is but surely he or she needs a lesson in customer services and the importance of capturing the moment. His/her employees are a reflection of him/her and his/her store.

Went on a whim the day after Christmas so my cousin could try on dresses. She ended up finding her perfect dress thanks to the ladies there!

I walked in without an appointment, wanted to browse the dresses, and Shadya is the sweetest and most helpful. I rate my experience based on the services i got from her and i am glad and satisfied.

The dresses are beautiful but the service is HORRIBLE! I ordered my dress in the middle of November from the store and first of all they tell me that I can call them within a week and let them know if I want to do rush shipping and that it would cost $200 if we chose to do so (because we didn’t have a wedding date set yet). So I called in a week to let them know and they change their story to say that I would have had to tell them when I purchased it if I wanted to do rush shipping, and that it would now cost $500. Our wedding date is June 21 and so we settiled on a ship date of April 17th without the rush. I called back at the end of May just to confirm that it would be shipping in a couple weeks and she tells me it won’t ship until April 30th and won’t arrive u til the first or second week of May. HOW THE HECK AM I SUPPOSED TO GET ALTERATIONS DONE IN 1 MONTH?! If they were going to move the ship date back I would have easily done the rush shipping. Try to steer clear of this shop. Their customer service is not good.

Panache was the first wedding shop I went in and ultimately where I ended up buying my dress! The store was clean and open with racks upon racks of gorgeous dresses. Moneh was wonderful as my consultant. She listened to my ideas, pulled some beautiful dresses and was helpful and directive in making decisions! As it was my first dress trying experience, I appreciated her honesty and conviction in choosing what aspects I should have (and not have!) I ended up choosing a gorgeous dress by Estee couture, who actually happened to be IN the store for a trunk show. Estee volunteered to make some modifications to the dress to make it even more perfect and even sketched a new version right there! Afterwards, we toasted with champagne and posed for beautiful pics under the chandelier. Overall a great and relaxed experience. Thanks, Moneh, Estee and the whole Panache Costa Mesa crew!
