Mindy is AMAZING. I am getting married in 3 weeks and she was able to help me in such a short notice while still making me feel so special and beautiful. My Fiance found the boutique online. They were able to accommodate me with an appointment the next day! She listened to what i was looking fr, and knew what would look great on me. Mindy is AMAZING!!! I purchased my dress, all 7 bridesmaid dresses and had my alterations at Jaclyn’s Bridal. And I purchased a BEAUTIFUL veil and sash there as well. Mindy was wonderful, she has this amazing eye and can add little sashes or flowers to make your dress unique. She was extremely patient and wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend her to any bride! Not to mention... she spent hours altering my dress to make it look and fit perfectly- her dedication was amazing and I really appreciate her so much!!

I chose Jaclyns Bridal because I wanted to shop local and also I wanted a customized experience. Their expertise and customer service exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend them. I received unbelievable value in every aspect for my dress investment and they were accommodating to my requests even though it was literally the busiest time of year for them. I felt like I was with a sister during the time I spent in shopping and fittings. Run, dont walk to Jaclyns!

I absolutely LOVED my dress! I was able to buy it off the rack for an amazing value. Mindy, the owner, is amazing. Easy to work with and accommodating. Mindy does the alterations herself, which was a nice bonus. The only bummer is that my train was pretty long and the bustle broke halfway through the night- probably from too much dancing. I received so many compliments from my guests, a few asked me where I got it and wanted to get pictures just of the dress. Ive never felt so beautiful! I was also able to rent my veil from them as well, which was a nice bonus.

They had plenty of beautiful gowns and I found a few that I really liked. Would definitely recommend this to any bride looking for a great experience. Jaclyns Bridal has it all!!! Amazing dresses, shoes, jewelry, and customer service. They can get busy on the weekends but dont let that scare you from trying on the most fabulous dresses that Ive ever seen. The people that work there are always wiling to help. I was so impressed with both Mindy (the owner) and Laurie who went above and beyond to help me when I was in Jaclyns Bridal a few days ago to look for a Mother of the Bride dress. They had a very nice selection of dresses, and when Mindy learned I was from out of town, she offered to get my alterations completed within an hour. Amazing! Their customer service was top-notch, and I highly recommend brides and moms check out this wonderful shop. I felt like they really cared about me as an individual. Thank you Mindy and Laurie!

Jaclyns Bridal is a nice quaint shop. My friend and I scheduled our appointments around 10 and 11 am one hour apart and Mindy was more than helpful with dress selection.It was super easy to make an appointment online. I found her to be honest and forthcoming with how the dresses looked on me. Her store isnt as big as other bridal stores but she mentioned if we found a dress we liked at another store she could order it for you and give you a better price since she owned the store. She has a lot of accessories you can rent or buy. The price range of the store is pretty reasonable. They have a Black Friday sale 15% off the sample dresses, 10% if you want to order new. Both my friend and I were very impressed with Mindys service and store.

This was the second place my best friend went to visit for dress shopping. To start the women helping her didnt seem like she wanted to help, she was annoyed by how many were in her bridal party even though we called ahead to make sure our party size of 9 was okay.The first thing she did was ask my friend what she wanted. Then explained to my friend how the dresses were set up. And told her okay, go a head and walk around and pick out what you like.After finding 2 or 3 dresses without the womens help she headed to the dressing room. The women did not offer to help get her into any dresses so I had to help her myself.None of the dresses fit due to my friend not being model size and the womens response was sorry I guess we just dont have anything she didnt even try to pull anything close to what my friend was looking for. We ended up leaving after only being there 30 minutes top.

They worked tirelessly to make sure I was completely happy and 100 percent sure I found THE DRESS! After I found it we popped Champagne and took fun photos and I truly felt like I was given the perfect bridal experience of my dreams!

Amazing experience! I said yes to the dress! I found the place when we were shopping for my friend, then when I got engaged I just knew I had to go. I was late to my appointment due to traffic and they made it seem like no big deal, didnt rush me and made me feel important. I found an amazing dress slightly above my price range and they were able to work with me to make it work in my budget. Overall wonderful place, staff, and dresses. The owner clearly cares about her brides which makes it all the better! Thank you for such a great experience!

Really beautiful gowns while not having a ton in stock - whoever shops for this store has an eye for high-end but moderately priced merchandise! They are organized by type of gown, which was nice. The sales ladies were very knowledgable and fun. The only downside was the dressing rooms and pedestals for the brides to stand on and see their gowns. There were three right next to each other to be shared by 6 dressing rooms - too cramped for the whole bridal entourage too. However, the unique gowns were worth it - I recommend this salon as a stop on your bridal tour!

I went to Jaclyns Bridal on my lunch break since it was so close to my work. I didnt at all expect to find the dress there, but the owner made me an offer I could not refuse. She gave me an advance on her sale that she has annual. It was a really great sale- 75% off!! I got my dress for less than 500 and it was a couture dress valued at 2,000! I really loved the owners sense of style and professionalism. You could tell immediately that she knew what she was doing and was not just some worker in a bridal store. Shes a designer and wonderful seamstress. The cost for my alterations was a little pricy compared to others, but I ended up forking over the money because I knew she knew what she was doing and would not make a mistake. The store is really flexible and nice to go into. I recommend this small, charming bridal boutique. The owner really knows her stuff!

I LOVED my experience at Jaclyn’s Bridal! The lady helping us out was amazing! She gave us her individualized attention for the entire appointment. She made me feel comfortable in my own skin and was recommending and helping me find dresses that would look amazing with my body type. They had a great selection of dresses and had 20+ dresses in my size (i’m a bit bigger with a small waist and big hips/trunk) and I was thrilled! She was so helpful and was letting me try on different belts and vails with every dress. They were all so nice and made my first dress shopping experience AMAZING. I bought my wedding dress from them and it’s gorgeous and fairly priced! I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to feel special and wants great costumer service and a beautiful dress!

I called to see if I could come in and they tried everything possible to push me away. They wouldn’t have anyone available to help which is understandable. The lady said coming in after 6 wasn’t ok because they close at 7. I made it clear I just wanted to try on two dresses. So when I came in at 6:05 and had the dresses picked out, I asked for a dressing room and the lady gave my attitude and said she’ll have to see because they’re closing... they had 55 minutes until close! One dress I wanted to try on was said to be found at this location and it wasn’t there. Staff was very unfriendly and they didn’t even have the dresses that were said to be there. I liked the dress and will be ordering it from a different company.

Jaclyn’s Bridal was amazing! I went in and worked with Mindy. She listened to what I wanted and only brought me the dresses that matched what I had in mind. She picked the dress that ended up being the one almost immediately. After I bought the dress, the entire staff was fantastic in making sure that the dress was absolutely perfect the day of the wedding. Not only that, but when I discovered the night before the wedding that my maid of honors dress had a broken zipper, they saw me first thing the next morning and had it fixed within a couple of hours, with plenty of time before the ceremony. They were truly awesome!

I found the most beautiful dress and I purchased it off the rack for an unheard of discount I went ahead and had it tailored there and it fit me like a glove. It was stunning. I also purchased my veil and other hair accessories there too. I had so many compliments on everything! The store is small so if there are more than two brides it becomes hectic. They only allow six dresses to try per appointment. Relatively affordable dresses are available. The lady who help me was incredibly sweet and helpful.

What a gem this store is. The team there has beautiful dresses and they seriously give you the special treatment when you enter. Forget about those big box bridals shops and just come here, you will be glad you did. You will surely find your dream gown. These ladies have it all together and make sure every detail is correct. Everyone could not believe how beautiful my dress was, especially with it being marked down. I never dreamed I could afford a dress so beautiful! Go!!!

My experience at Jaclyns Bridal was amazing! From the outside, the boutique looks small, however, once you get inside, there is an abundance of dresses to select from. I only tried on two dresses before finding the one.The owner, Mindy, is incredible, absolutely amazing. She has impeccable taste and knows what style looks best for your body type. She went out of her way to to make my experience the best it could be. I called last minute and she squeezed me in for my fitting. Once I got there she was by my side, helping me the whole way through. My dress was so well priced that I was able to get a second dress and stay within my budget. Mindy found the perfect second dress for me and when I put it on, I couldnt stop dancing! This dress required alterations and they were done expertly and promptly. Mindy was so nice to work with. The other thing that made a huge difference was the ability to rent pieces; I rented my sash and veil, which topped off my look. Everything you could possibly need is at this boutique, jewelry, accessories, hair pieces, etc.I would also note that I went in to the shop in September and my wedding was December 6. I had one fitting and picked up the dresses the next week! I never worried about the timing, it was in Mindys hands and she inspired confidence in me.Im so lucky to have stumbled upon this gem. It was so cute and she actually took the time to make each bride individually feel welcome. It was so personal and easy to finance. Plus she has the best ideas for add ons!!!! She offered me a blue sash and a custom veil that she would embroider butterflies onto. Definitely going back!!!!

I got my Pronovias wedding dress here, and it was absolutely stunning. I cannot believe how many compliments I got, even my family said out of all the weddings they had been to, my dress was the most beautiful they had seen. Not only is this because Pronovias just makes amazingly beautiful dresses, but because Mindy has a great eye for accessories. I got my veil, sash and earrings from Mindy. They were all gorgeous and complimented my dress so well. She also did alterations for my dress, which were reasonably priced and well done. Out of all the bridal salons I went to, Mindy had by far the best selection and most beautiful dresses. She also has a good price range. Dont waste your time at other salons, this is the best selection and Mindy knows how to put the final touches on your wedding outfit to make it perfect.

I purchased my wedding dress in California where I live. My wedding was in Philadelphia. I can’t tell you how much I LOVE my bridal shop where I bought my dress! I only wish that I had purchased my bridesmaids dresses through her as well. Mindy is so kind and talented! She is an excellent businesswoman and really takes care of her clients! She wants them to look beautiful and really gives her honest opinion. I also learned that she is so talented! She has an eye for fashion and tweaked my dress to be EXACTLY what I wanted it to be! I had high hopes for this place but unfortunately it didnt do it for me. My consultant Connie was nice, but I just didnt feel she was really listening to what I was looking for. The dresses she suggested just didnt look good. I ended up liking a couple but I didnt get that feeling that any of those dresses were the one. The one thing I really didnt like and that also made my family uncomfortable was that another consultant (I didnt catch her name) just kept giving us mean looks and kept her eyes on us the whole time. It felt like we were annoying her and like she didnt want us there. I noticed it and then walking out my family said they felt the same thing.

Jaclyn is a wonderful lady. Patient and informative. We had a wonderful experience trying on wedding gowns and actually found THE ONE!!!

Nothing short of a 5 star experience, AND consistent! Bridal & Bridesmaid gowns!I purchased my gown with Mindy, and felt comfortable despite ever trying it on. Crazy, I know. I saw it once at the store, took a picture, and fell in love.. I went back 2 months later, and it was sold and no sample in the store.. Mindy was able to help me visualize myself in the gown, and I purchased it with full faith. Not only did it fit perfectly, but she measured me so well that I needed 0 alterations (exception: hem). She helped me smoosh it into a tiny carry on (destination wedding: Barbados!) in a way that it was without wrinkles when I unpacked it 2 days later!Not only is Mindy a bridal god, but her ability to alter (and save the day) other gowns, is amazing. I bought a bridesmaid dress that never really fit perfect/zipped... Mindy worked magic for me, and when I forgot the dress in California (ie.. forgot to pick it up from Mindy).. she express shipped it to me in NYC !Mindy is a bridal god, a life saver, a magic maker. Trust me when I say GO SEE MINDY FIRST!!!!!!!!!

Being so picky i didnt expect to leave this shop with the most beautiful dress. As soon as i walked in i went straight to the back and the first one i looked at i fell in love with. Of course my sister insisted that i try a couple more. I just loved this dress that i picked, i put it on and i felt like it was made for me. There were many other beautiful dresses that i actually tried on but this first one prefectly fit the shape of my body.Normally i dont post reviews, but the wedding day is an important day of your life. If you are looking for a pleasant atmosphere and pretty dresses at an affordable price, this would be it!Barbara was a sweet lady that helped us. She made us feel very comfortable and welcomed.
