I USED to love this place. I had an emergency come up so could not make my appointment and they threaten to charge me when I did NOT consent nor receive notice of this policy. And I am a long time customer. This is the first time I have ever had to cancel.. This is after they canceled my original appointment due to internal errors. This is how they treat their long term customers.

Go book an appointment with Ines right now.I love that the salon lets you know what lash lift formula they use right on their website and despite using a reputable keratin formula, the service price is the most affordable I’ve seen in the area! The process is uncomfortable by nature (someone having to lay your lashes down on a strip and apply perming solution to them) but Ines made it super soothing and I had zero discomfort! Ines also let me know that if I had any accidents or issues with my lashes in the week following my appointment I could contact her and we could fix them! This was especially comforting in case I’d accidentally gotten my lashes wet in those first 24 hours!It’s been over a week and I’ve had zero issues and my lashes look even better than they did immediately after the application ☺️ I don’t reach for my eyelash curler or mascara anymore and it’s saved me a good 15 minutes every morning. My lashes feel as strong and thick as they did pre appointment and I already look forward to seeing Ines again in a couple of months!

This was my second time getting a facial from Julianna and I will definitely keep coming back. The first time I came, I had a wonderful Gua Sha facial and my skin glowed for 3 days! Just now I had the Rose facial and it was equally wonderful. My skin feels so hydrated and soothed! Go see Julianna! She is the best! The environment at Pop Lash is so peaceful and relaxing.

My mom suffers from terrible anxiety. I have been following Julianna and her holistic approach so I decided to take my mom for a facial. I couldn’t be happy to say that my mom felt so relax, facial was espectacular, Juliana is truly professional and very detail oriented and makes sure you are feeling amazing while she performs her work. I want to thank Dezeiree for my lash lift! I typically get lash extensions with her but this time around I opted for a lash lift (my first one) and as much as I love my extensions, my lift was just what I needed especially during these times. She is gentle and explained the process which I appreciated. The salon itself is cozy with lots of goodies to check out too!

I did a lot of research before choosing to go with Yvette from Pop Society for my last lift. I wanted someone who knew their stuff and would give me the best lift suited for my lashes. I’ve gone to her four times in the last couple of years and have been very happy with her work. Highly recommended!

Where to begin. First, the space is absolutely adorable, a total delight to be in! The products are all well curated and I’ve loved all the ones I’ve purchased. And then, most importantly my brow and lash game is going strong between the work of Amy and Yvette. My brows had gotten thin from threading and now they are back to their thick glory. So thrilled. I also didn’t the lash lift which I loved. I don’t like wearing mascara and now I always look bright eyed without having to wash that thick guck off everyday. Thank you Yvette!!

Julianna, served up the most delicious facial my skin could have ordered. My maturing skin feels and looks healthier, happier and more vibrant than I can remember. I have done a lash lift, lash extensions and most recently microblading here and have loved all 3 services! I live a good hour away, sometimes more with traffic, but the drive is worth it to me because I know I will get excellent service and the procedures will be done perfectly! I have had both Maddie and Amy so far and I would highly recommend both! They are both amazing at what they do! Also, I love the atmosphere! It’s a super cute place and they sell products for all your beauty needs! Love this place!

Yvette and her staff are just wonderful. They listen to your needs and customize treatments for each client. The POP Lash staff are leaders in the lash community, and really know their stuff. I wouldn’t trust my eyes to anyone but them. The salon itself is warm, clean and comfortable, it makes you feel right at home. I’m so glad I found such a great lash/brow salon!

I got a lash lift done. The first week I loved it. My lashes looked amazing. And then they started curling weird. They said I come back get it fixed but I had an emergency and couldnt make it. Now 3 weeks out, they are just a complete mess! The curl is super funky. And the new lashes growing in are obviously straight but you cant curl them with a lash curler because it makes the ones already curled even worse. Also side note. I like to wear eye liner and was not able to wear any this whole process. Anyways I do not think Ill be going back which is to bad I was hoping it would be something I was going to be happy with.

Amy did an excellent job microblading my brows. The facility was clean, inviting, and serene. This was my first experience there and earned a 5 star rating!

This Is the only place that offers lash lifts that I know of. The girls are all super nice, results are good, and the ambiance is super cute.

Have been seeing Yvette for years. Her talent and professionalism is beyond five stars. Blessed to have found pop lash.

Fun atmosphere, love the service/ space. Adorbs, all the girls are great at what they do. Recommend getting your brows done by Amy!!!
