Worst customer service ever, would never recommend this location.

In a weird spot off the side of Harbor Blvd. Usually, at other locations, youre promptly greeted as you walk in. The girl working there was talking to another associate in the back almost the entire time we were there. When we did ask questions they did try to help a little.

Helpful employees and usually have what I need.

This place has RUDE employees with major attitude. Gave me dirty looks with a stuck up attitude when I asked where the items were. Parking here is tight, go to a different CosmoProf!

The staff are rude and dont answer you very well . Special the lady with colorful hair who is fat is really resist because I saw she is laughing with other customer but she was difficulty answer me and my friends . My friends and I, we r almost 20 person who go there for shopping but we decided go somewhere else

Staff friendly and helpful

Staff is rude & doesnt help when you ask them a question. The staff actually gets mad if you ask them anything. I try to only go here if I have to get a product that another place doesnt have.
