Top notch repair at a fair price. I have been down there to have welding done multiple times and they are fast and affordable. Most of the time they get me right in and out.

This was my second visit. It was last minute and a bit of an emergency. Despite the drop in and everything going on dealing with the virus Dennis was exceptionally friendly, helpful and professional. He got me back on the road shortlyt after the part arrived. I will back back for all my car needs thanks to his wonderful service.

This is my third time coming to this Midas location and they’ve always been professional and friendly. I also like that after my most recent oil/tire change they gave me a heads up for my brakes probably needing changing on my next oil change. I’m not a car guy so knowing that stuff now rather than a surprise next time made me feel like they’re actually looking out and not trying to push anything on you. Also manager Dennis gave me $20 off my oil change. So ask for that too.

Oil change was only $20 and change for conventional. And I missed my appointment, but I came at closing time and the mechanic said he would stay a few minutes after closing to bust out my oil change which was needed badly. I wouldve thought they would have turned me away but was overjoyed when they said they would stay late and help me out.

I have dealt with Dan and his team for a quite a while now for tires, oil, shocks and brakes. They have been great and their work was good.Recently, I blew up my transmission. I checked everybody including the transmission shops directly and they were more expensive. I had Dan do it and I am extremely happy! They did the job in a timely fashion and the SUV runs great! I also had him do my front struts which he gave me a very fair price.I highly recommend Dan and his team at Midas!I also recently had a warranty issue on my transmission and Dan stood behind his work and made everything right! Still highly recommend these guys!

Great service & prices. Took my daughters Jeep here, then brought my car in for an oil change. Was in & out with both cars very quickly. Then on a Friday afternoon at 5pm I noticed a nail in my tire. I gave them a call a few minutes before their closing time and they said come on in, we’ll stay. They patched my tire in record time. I’m a customer for life, highly recommend!!!

The new store manager, Ray, was really helpful and informative. Even though they were already supposed to be closed, he spent extra time explaining things to me and didnt just try to rush me out the door. I was getting a simple oil change but he noticed some potential issues and ran extra tests at no charge. Once he was done he didnt try to sell me on anything. It was a no pressure, laid back environment. The staff communicate well and seem genuinely happy doing their job, which hasnt always been my experience. Ill definitely be back.

Came in after 2:00pm with a Honda Accord with its brakes beyond gone. They went from squeaky to screeching to grinding. By 6:00pm my car was back in my possession and the brakes are great. The price was manageable and better than I expected. I recommend them highly. Great shop!

I had brought my car in for the 3rd time in 2 months to Pep Boys. They didnt acknowledge me for several minutes and then helped another customer came in after me. They wanted to charge me $260 to tinker with an area that may not need work. I felt offended after the day I had with Pep Boys. So I literally drove from one lot to the other. The people at Midas were very happy to help me. They were available right away and gave me the peace of mind I was asking for. I so appreciate Midas and I hope everyone decides to give them their business because I believe they will honestly help you. The people at Midas have always been very helpful, and I will never go back to Pep Boys again. Midas is much better with customer service and will help you take care of your car.

I arrived within the last hour of service and Andrew said they had two appointments, so they may not be able to service me today. I asked how long I needed to wait to determine if I could get my oil change. He said to wait 10 minutes. After 10 minutes past he said that Midas would still be unable to provide service. I was a bit upset because I would have not waited 10 minutes otherwise. I asked to speak with the manager Pete who was very friendly and said theres no problem. During the oil change he showed me other issues that I was having with my vehicle and recommended service. If it wasnt for Petes knowledge and professionalism I would be leaving unsatisfied. However, because of Petes help, I scheduled the additional service and will be returning next week.

Terrible if I could leave 0 stars I would he tried charging me over 15% and said it was tax then brought it down twice and still charged over 10% then he told me I could take it somewhere else he wont take my car because I wouldnt take the fake charge not such a great employee you have there name is Alex and accused me of accusing him about ripping me off. You sure tried to! I did see good reviews about him but I dont think they realize what he charges

Its becoming my second home !! not happy they fix one thing at high $$$ cost than next weeks its something else $$$ than tires than tune up than oil change than radiator breaks a/c... In the last 6 months Ive literally spent 8 thousand easy more or less, and the car was just the first time I took for oil change

I called Midas to get an estimate. They said breaks and rotors would be $230 max and the repair could certainly be done within the day, so I drop off my vehicle at 1230PM. They finally call back 3 hours later to tell me the estimate will be $850-900. Shocked and furious, I make a call to Firestone who gives me a quote of $640.00 without hearing my estimate at Midas. I then return my phone call to Midas and they say, We can match that estimate, but the repair wont be done until tomorrow. Now Im pissed because not only are they lying cheats, but they also are about to charge me $30.00 for the break inspection (that I was already aware of), plus Im out $20 for the ubers I had to take back and forth. Three words for Midas in Costa Mesa: untrusted, unprofessional, and deceptive.
