Ive been taking my MINI to Bimmer and Benz for about four years now. Rocky is great, knows his stuff. BMW n54 oil filter and oil cooler housing gaskets were leaking, they replaced them quickly and even cleaned my interior. I brought up walnut blasting my intake and he reached out to me that since the intake needs to come off to replace the gaskets, he could add that on and cut down on the labor costs. He also gave me advice on other work that I was going to do myself, very knowledgeable and would definitely recommend to any bmw owners.

Very pleased with my visit here. Went in for a pre-sale inspection of my car, and they were very thorough. They emailed me the results with pictures of everything, and I was able to select what services I wanted done through the cool program they use. The staff were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They were even able to diagnose and fix an A/C fan annoyance that stumped the BMW dealership, saving me a considerable amount of money.

Rocky and his shop have worked on my 2006 Z4M twice and both times have detected and repaired problems that are natural for a 14 year old car. Each time a problem is spotted, he sends an inspection report with photos identifying the issue along with a detailed repair quote. The work is not done until it is authorized. The repair charges have been very reasonable - and importantly, the repairs were done quickly.I couldn’t be happier with their work - high quality, quick and reasonably priced.

Called to get a simple quote for a rock damage to the condenser. The guys said they would not give any type of quote I would have to bring it in. This is very unprofessional and this is how mechanics try and steal from you and rip you off. Already had the bmw checked by Sterling bmw. Shouldnt need to bring the vehicle in for a known issue.

Rocky and his team where able to determine that my car needed a software update and not new catalytic converters, saved me a lot of money!

All I requested was a battery was a new battery and an oil change. I agreed to that on line and their charges then Rocky called me and said if I did not agree with all they other thousands of dollars in work they recommended there would be an additional $300 inspection fee. When I told Rocky all I wanted was the new battery and oil change he got nasty and told me to take my car out of there if that is all I wanted. This place is a nightmare.

I wish I could give no stars. They ruined my 2011 335i by using gasket maker instead of OEM seals on my oil cooler gasket. This caused oil to seep into my cooling system and destroy it. When the car was taken back to them after oil was found in the coolant AGAIN they just drained the coolant and refilled it! Instead of fixing their $10 job that they charged $4200 for in total! After calling to let them know that they ruined my car, he still wanted me to bring the car back for him to “warranty” it, would that consist of adding more gasket maker and refilling the coolant??? Don’t ever bring your car to these scam artists, save yourself the penny and peace of mind! The service writer was Jerry Arauz and I spoke to “Rocky” on the phone.

Exceptional work, very informative and detail oriented in helping me understand what work and why, I was never not in the know. Recently had my X5 in for oil, brakes, topped off some fluids, software update and discussed future service needs. Everyone is required to wear a mask, social distancing was practiced and a complete interior sanitization of my vehicle was done before it was returned to me. Shop is very clean and organized, big windows that allow you to see into the shop. Rocky is very outgoing and fun loving. Makes you feel at ease the minute you meet him, treats you with respect and professional courtesy that is so hard to find these days. He values your time as well and will go above and beyond to ensure that your time is not wasted. He does this by offering a free loaner car and/or will even pick you up or drop you off if needed. His shop is close to the 55 freeway and in a nice part of the neighborhood, walking distance to a couple of good places to eat and get coffee if one wished. Was making sales calls in Newport Beach last week for a couple of days, on my last day there before I return to the Bay Area, my Mercedes engine completely turned off. I was in heavy Morning traffic at a stop light when my car went dead. Was able to star it again and pulled into a mall parking lot when it died again. I called a few local Mercedez repair garages, everyone was booked and nobody could see me until the next day. On my fifth call to Bimmer and Benz, Rocky the owner said he would be able to look at it if I had it towed to his place. Triple A towed it to him he said go have lunch and I’ll call you in a couple of hours. When he called me back he said he found the problem could fix it and get me on my way. He was able to find the sensor that I needed and replaced it. When I arrived at his place I was a nervous wreck, he was calm, cool and professional. I settled down after talking him and he said everything would be find. I wished he had a shop in Silicon Valley where I live, I would use and recommend him to all my friends. I am a College student can’t afford an expensive car. I took my BMW 128i there to change the valve cover and third brake light. The head Rocky was a exceptionally professional and friendly guy. Rocky had diagnosed a failing blower motor regulator as the cause of fluctuations in AC air volume. Before having this repair performed, I was at Crevier Mini having the sunroof checked & serviced. Crevier checked the car and said that the Alternator was weak and was causing the problem!!!! Of course they offered to replace it for about $900! . Subsequently Rocky replaced the regulator, which fixed the problem and for MUCH less than $900.So my feedback... Bimmer & Benz = 5 stars....Crevier Mini Service = 2 stars. and not worth the free car wash! Bottom line: Why would you go anywhere other than Bimmer & Benz?!
