Hey There, Most Of The Time AAA Would Get 5 Stars. However My Latest Visit Was Hella Disrespectful.. Apparently theres a promotion and giveaway a very nice traveling bag. Cool. Only requirement to receive the traveling bag is you sit for 15-20 minute interview on receiving insurance from AAA. Cool. However once I asked to receive my bag another employee she came out with two small bags look like they from 99 cent store and had AA A stamped on them and attempted to hand me that. Immediately I said oh no I want that other Style One. Guess what she said then yall. Well did you read by any insurance I said no had nothing to do with the promotion she going to tell me okay I got one for you but make sure you come back with your wife to get the insurance.She should know I aint going back down there

In the last few years, I have gotten my car smogged at the Auto Club on Harbor Boulevard in Costa Mesa. Today was the third time. Each and every time, the gentleman who staff that area have been amazing. They are professional, courteous and informative. It was quick, easy and also inexpensive compared to other providers. I highly recommend you use them.

But went to another auto insurance once looking for a better rate and coverage which I regretted very much so I came back to never leave again, I’m very pleased with AAA plus the convenience to get smog check on my car and all my DMV needs done there also and if you go to their office everyone is so nice and eager to make you feel at home and oh ! I almost forgot the famous road service which made them popular and well known for, listen I can keep going on and on with so much more but I don’t want to sound like I’m getting paid to say this just go see for yourself

Carla Nordstrom is an asset to AAA. I had an issue which required immediate attention in my opinion. Carla was super genuine, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. She explained AAAs resolution process to me in great detail. I immediately felt comfortable speaking with Carla, you get a sense that she cares right away. Excellent service was provided with a AAA+++ attitude.

Very convenient for one stop Smog testing and same day registration renewal. Theyre very Covid oriented now, which seems to be everywhere so Im used to it. Luckily I went early so it was easier to get through without much delay.

Tried to call to see if we needed an appointment to use smog check. Virtual assistant hung up on us twice before launching into an explanation of what smog check was and then telling us no one was available and hanging up on us again. Operators cant get covid-19 over the phone and this use of a virtual assistant instead of keeping humans is a needles cash grab. We are now looking into other options for our insurance needs.

I have worked with all departments of the Costa Mesa AAA office. DMV, Travel, Insurance (Home and Auto). They are just the best! I think I have a complicated problem and they take care of it, just like that. Cant say enough good things.

Wanted my tags in hand. Went in paid (only negative thing, cant use your debit card, only cash or credit card) got my tags...yay. Like that theyre taking covid precautions. Friendly and professional.

The roadside assistance has become laughable. Never on time, discourteous and awful drivers (I am looking at you, Hadley Towing). When I was young AAA was the gold-standard for service, but no longer. they are the absolute WORST!

Quick and easy. Total loss settlement related issues are third floor, so you dont have to wait in line at the normal entry point.

I am a long time member of AAA, having home and auto insurance with them.I think the management of this facility has forgotten the importance of making the customer happy because of their interpretation of pandemic guidelines which are now causing the customer to be treated like we are subservient to their authority, even at the risk of violation of HIPAA and other legal rights. Due to their insistence of wearing a mask in a manner that my vision was obscured, I ran the risk of personal injury due to this impaired vision.

I had a good experience at AAA in CoViD-19 mode. Things were handled as quickly as possible while maintaining CoViD-19 distancing. All the employees were friendly and helpful.

Easy Peasy. Idk if its this location or what, but Ive been coming to this AAA last 4 years & I never wait that long. The most Ive waited is 20 mins or so, but the last couple times, its only been 5 mins +/-.So!The wait isnt bad, the staff is super nice, friendly & helpful, theres always parking & theres even a Smog Check spot right nextdoor (literally, in the AAA parking lot).Definitely the best AAA location Ive been to.

Express check in reception lady had the worst attitude. Tired to clarify somethings but she absolutely no patience to listen even though it simple misunderstanding. The cashier who helped after was great and nice. But the receptionist ruined the experience.

Wow... Incredible... One of the most pleasant experiences, customer service speaker I have ever had. The office was well decorated for enthusiastic vacation seekers. Was inside door to door no more than 5 minutes to obtain license plates that the State of CA destroys when delivered to an incorrect address. The gentlemen at the front desk who checked me in, and I believe the young lady Amanda was so incredibly wonderful and efficient. Strongly considering switching all insurance needs to AAA.
