They lent me a set of torx wrenches to determine the correct single tool I needed, which they had for under $10.

Went here a couple days ago to buy brakes for my truck. Best service I’ve ever had. David even help me take my brakes and rotors to my truck. I’ve been coming here for along time and will continue to do so. Thank you for the great service.

I arrived 9/3/2021 at 9:45 for a quick purchase and They closed early for some reason even tho there hour say 10pm closing and its not that the employee closed 5 min early no it was like 15 to 20min very unprofessional and inconvenient and there were plenty of people they were also upset.

Yesterday 6/24/20, I went to Autozone on 19th St to get some auto parts. Door says must wear mask. Yet at the store counter there were 2 employees older male and younger male wearing gray shirts not wearing mask. I did catch the name of of the older guy which was Robert/Store manager helping a customer. However, the customer was not even wearing a mask that he was helping. I walked out! There are strict orders from Governor about wearing face mask in public. Went down the way to OReillys and they were wearing mask. So I bought from them. I know people who have passed with COVID. SMH!!

Not much of a do it yourself mechanic but do use fuel additives and car maintenance stuff like cleaners and polishes. I always find what Im looking for at AutoZone and the staff is usually helpful. On this trip they were running a promo on Lucas fuel additives so I picked a few up. They have a points plan that will give you $5 back after you spend $50 or a $100 I cant remember.

Free tool rental is really convenient. They charge a $60 deposit that is refunded once you return the tool. Pretty great. Good service and good selection, call ahead to make sure parts are in stock.

This is the Auto Zone I normally go to if I need anything for my car. They seem to care a great deal here in terms of service and I cant immediately recall a time where they led me astray with parts. Wish the store was a little bigger for more selection but when push comes to shove, I cant complain about what theyve done for me here.

You get help right when you walk in. And get your thing as convenient as you like.

I have been here 6 times now to pickup different parts for my car as I fix it up. The service and pricing has always been great. I have never been stuck in the location for longer than 10 minutes before getting everything handled.

Went here to use the OBD2 tool, to help diagnose my check engine light; and I was helped right away.

Customer service was great! They looked up my item and took me to ho get it. Didnt have enough of what I needed, though.

My daughter and I went to this auto zone about 20 mins before closing last sunday evening to get a part for the car a clamp inside for the hose to the radiator and she got what was needed. And she attempted to do it herself replacing the clamp it was alot harder than thought it would be. The last 2 employees who worked there just got off and after closing the store were in the process of leaving when we asked them for help in replacing the old one. Arthur and Elliott both were extremely helpful we needed a better set of pliers to get it fixed neither of them had a pair we didnt have a actual pair one in a swiss army knife is what we had. When Arthur went back in and got a pair to use. Both of these employees went out of there way to help us both with changing the part and making sure it was on and fit properly they both didnt have to help us they were off work yet they did im a disabled person and i cant do much on my own really i try to though my daughter and i were really impressed with how these 2 gentlemen went out of there way to help us when they didnt have to. They really love there work it shows by how thry stepped up and helped us with our situation. My son whos a auto mechanic and the owner of the car had looked at it yesterday and was pleased with it, he was able to get away from his stuff in Corona and check out his car no complaints or problems he found from it. And so now i am leaving my review from that evening. They both deserve a reward of some kind for going out of there way that evening. Its because of them that we will go back to this store for all of our car needs. Thank you both Arthur and Elliott for your help that evening!!!

Cashier was Ok. Somehow ther was allot of confusion about my Duralast alternators warranty . Told me new part was arriving same day then was told I had to wait 2or3 days for part to arrive . Called next day and part was there . No one bothered calling me back about part Arrival. Bad experience but finally got my Alternator. My old Alternators pulley was defective. Not buying that Brand Again.

Usually Autozone is a 5-star experience, so I will shop the others, but this one has HORRIBLE SERVICE. I went in to buy hubcaps. The last set I bought didnt fit right (required zip-ties to get them to stay on b/c they were too big; every time I have my tires rotated the guys at the shop forget to zip tie them back, so they fly off *again* UGH), so I asked if hed be kind enough to come to the my car with me to make sure (before I bought them!!) that these fit my tires. No can do. The size on my tire should be correct. I had to practically beg him to go look AT the tire and tell me which size (I have no idea where the heck the number is!). He said it was 15. I bought 15. I tried them out before leaving. Theyre too SMALL this time, but shouldnt look too ridiculous. Ill be zip-tie-ing again, so I dont have to deal with that schmuck again. But every time I see the ties I am going to curse that mans name. Moral of the story...shop at other Autozones. But buy hubcaps elsewhere completely.

So BAD!!! I ordered headlight relay, and been told that it was gonna be at the store the next day. Came in twice the next day for nothing and did the same thing the next day and still nothing. Wasted my gas and time. Horrible experienced!
