Been on hold twice today for over 20 minutes both times
Ive been on hold for 40 minutes. They ask you to call back but not possible. Trying for two days. Better get it together or Im changing pharmacy.
The pharmacy has the worst customer service. Does not answer their phone and was told by an employee hold time is at least 30 minutes, in store take priority. Went into the store and stood waiting for almost 15 minutes while the phone system kept repeating “5 calls holding”. Not one of the people reached for the phone. Two of my prescriptions were out of stock and no idea when they would get them, this from the guy whose name tag said ‘store manager’. Sadly this is not the quality the corporation projects but nothing to do but find another pharmacy
Very friendly and helpful pharmacy staff
When you sit in drive thru 7 minutes waiting on a car to move is not right. If his order is not ready have him pull on and wait on customers ( four other) first.
The pharmacy rep called me personally to ask if I had any questions about a new prescription I had picked up recently! They truly cared! I was so thankful and appreciative that they thought to ask!
Worse CVS customer service I’ve seen!Come back home to Ohio for Thanksgiving after Military relocated me to Texas and stopped in to Print a few Pictures. It said I could instantly print a Magnet also for like .99 so I thought my Mother would enjoy that on her Fridge. It then gave me Receipt and Printed Pics out Left side and ANOTHER pic out right, I asked the guy if it messed up? But he said no we are just out of Magnets. So I was like then why did it let me Order or print a paper pic?But he had no clue and was like do you want to pay for this extra pic? What? You want to charge me for YOUR MACHINES MISTAKE! (I thought)And so after I said no he just kept it. So rather then give me a .33 photo for wasting my time and to make up for not getting what it offered me, he would rather throw away. Absolute Garbage Customer Service and Resolution!Glad now i’m going back to Texas where they have Hospitality.
Nearly every visit to the pharmacy I leave wondering why I continue to give this location my business. 95% of the pharmacy employees are new EVERY MONTH; the employee turnover rate there is absolutely insane, but given the quality of the people they hire, unsurprising. Ive used Rite Aid for years until they switched to a generic that was inferior to the other generic I usually filled; hence the reason I continue to visit, but keep it to this one prescription once a month. There may be three or four working in the back at a time with absolutely no clients at all, yet they continue to let the phone ring an absurd amount of time, never answering; I work two jobs and drive a total of four hours from my doctors office to their location to get my prescription filled before going home, Ill typically wait until the next day Im so tired and dreading my CVS visit.Yesterday, after working a double shift, driving five hours and being sick with the flu on top of it, I had the pleasure of dealing with their condescension once AGAIN and being treated rudely when asking that they consider my time and place in line before assisting others for another 25 minutes about random questions for Feb of next YEAR; Ill be sure to find another place that carries the option I like.
I only get my medication
No mask no service
Always very helpful and they make me feel like they know me
If you like to save money & can do some simple math & use an app this is the place to go.
Needs better security
Ive been on hold for 10 minutes waiting to talk to pharmacy!!! Over it!!!
