This review is about my experience with the online rite aid information site. i can never get past the giving my password part of the process. i have tried several different times and even changed my password because u cant chat until u put in ur password and even though i give the correct password it always says its invalid. i think after all this time i would know my correct password. but i have never gotten pass entering my password to chat with someone. this is sooooo frustrating that im not going to bother anymore. i only decided to try again today because i could not get anyone to answer the phone at my local rite aid in my town.
