I drive to Corvallis once a week for work (which is on the opposite side of town) and HAVE to stop at this location. Every visit here has made my morning. Eric has the warmest welcome & brightest shine. He is a great asset to the Starbucks family ❤️ Thank you Eric for exceeding expectations

Speedy service. The line was backed out to the street and within a few minutes I was able to be up to the ordering microphone. Also got my order right whereas the day before I was overcharged and told the white chocolate mocha has no shots which it does. This happened in K falls though.

Ya gotta love starbucks, or maybe you dont...but I sure do. A nice almondmilk latte, the dependable taste, you dont have to worry if its gonna be a good cup of coffee or subpar.

Starbucks normally has top notch customer service, but you cant count on that here. Of the three times Ive been here, only once was the service good, the reason Im giving it two stars instead of one. The other two times, not just bad but creepy.

My green tea frap always looks and tastes like sludge 😞 I go to the timber hill location now and have never had issues with my orders.

I was stopping by to pickup a coffee for my sister, who was in the hospital after a car accident, and when they heard who it was for, they didn’t let me pay for it. Wish they had more sugar free flavors

They are one of the few Starbucks locations which remained open limited hours for drive-thru during the initial lockdowns. So, considering since they first opened up, they were normally busy during traditional times, they seem to be an even busier location now. So, yes, there is usually a bit of a wait. However, the staff are generally friendly and orders seem to be correct and you can go inside now to order. I didnt notice if their lobby is open or partly open now or not.

This is for the Starbucks on 9th Street. Staff are a delight, the product is high quality.

This is the busiest Starbucks in Corvallis, as evidenced by the drive-thru, which often leaks onto 9th street. Their indoor seating is really well thought out and comfortable - it’s one of my favorite places to unwind, hands down. It makes the expensive prices worth it!

They have a serious communication issue. I go to many different Starbucks locations and every one of them gets my drink right, except for this one. The crazy thing is we double check the order to make sure they have it right and they say yes of course we get the drink and its nothing like what I asked. I didnt realize it was so hard to do your job. Even if I have a modification. THAT IS YOUR JOB. Highly disappointed in THIS LOCATION. waste of money going here. The only reason its not a 1 star is because other locations can get it right so I know its just a listening and comprehension issue with them.

They were really nice, great customer service. They even gave me a free coffee after a terrible experience at Coffee Culture down the road.

There is no Starbucks at this location. Putting 5 stars though because I dont want to mess up their ratings, its not starbucks fault that Google doesnt know where theyre located.

Very busy due to the location. Staff are friendly and non condescending. Service is good, quick and friendly. Overall it was an experience that will keep me coming back.

Our first time here since it opened. The parking lot was packed & lots of customers inside. An excellent addition to the coffee/beverage & social gathering scene in Corvallis.

This is a new, bright and enlarged store. The staff are familiar faces, always friendly and welcoming. Unlike many Starbucks, this is one that I will, on occasion, stay and visit with friends.

Speed and efficiency is NOT their specialty.

Venti hot chocolate is the best

This was the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to! Visiting from out of state with my family and was speechless! Amazing service and all my 3 drinks were perfect! Definitely will go again if I am ever in Corvallis.

This review was for the OLD LOCATION NOW CLOSED.. Great service but....This was my first visit to this location. No Italian roast coffee!! Tried this location again. Same result- No Italian roast coffee beans. They blamed it on a new ordering system. I said this is Starbucks. You should be able to buy any blend you want. There wasnt even a list of what beans they carry. The only bagged coffee beans out front were the holiday blends. I still want to buy here if you will let me.

The setup of this facility caters to a comfortable, cozy atmosphere. There is also convenient outside seating for those nicer days. The music is not annoying or too loud. The setup of the espresso bar and other counter details is very pretty. They offer sandwiches and other treats in addition to the coffee. I highly recommend.

I ordered a hot green tea. On the screen it comes up as a hot green tea. They double charge me in order to up sell me a green tea matcha latte that I didn’t order. What if I was allergic to dairy? I tried to call them and they never answered at all. Bad location too.Two stars because it’s still Starbucks.

Starbucks is always my first choice in coffee shops. The one in Corvallis seems to have adapted well to business in the time covid.

Starbucks is amazing, I love some of their drinks, my current favorite is the Caramel Cloud Macchiato as a hot beverage.

Very impressed with the new 9th street location...spacious and definitely more upscale than the downtown store. Staff efficient but friendly without the schmoozing.

Good food, drinks, and friendly staff but they frequently get my orders wrong. I’ll order a black tea and get a white tea or a sandwich and get a totally different sandwich.

Coffee lacked fullbody was week even with a tripple too hot for a vacuum bottle.

About time a drive-thru Starbucks opened in town. Plus, the sit in area is not very busy at all times unlike the other locations in town, so it makes it easier to go sit in silence and work on your laptop.

Labor Day 3:00 pm. Ordered a drink. As she was making it I ask for no whipped cream. Her response; You need to tell me that when you order so I can write it on the cup and put it in the computer. Boy, do I feel stupid! I forgot to check the Starbucks Ordering Rule Book.

The barista made a customized drink for my 10 year old so it wouldnt have caffeine. Great customer service!

This new location is big with decent seating available. A couple larger tables for studying/groups but some smaller ones for couples/individuals. There are plenty of employees working to keep orders coming quickly. This location even has the first Starbucks drive-thru in town. Plenty of parking and some outside seating available. Not close to the university so doesnt attract a large student crowd. Definitely one of the spots I like to study. Music can be a little loud at times but not terrible.

Such as smiling.Original: Barista was rude. Didnt make my coffee right and refused to remake it. Will not be returning to this location.

Great coffee, light music, huge photography prints, outdoor seating, and a pair of comfy arm chairs to top it off. Ive been buying breakfast here for a few weeks now and the employees have been fast & friendly.

This place was swamped as I arrived, but they took it in stride and made sure to get everyone their drink as fast as they could. Seating is lacking, and its not very bright.

Refused to break a large bill, and after I borrowed the money from a friend with smaller denominations they did an awful job with the $5+ frapp. Ice chunks and no flavor. Go somewhere else.

Because its the only drive thru in Corvallis the car line has been so long I have backed out of it several times. Now I just drive by unless I have time to walk in.
