Most frustrating day and no help here! my friend lost her debt card and we assumed their would be a protocol working at similar jobs in the past but no one was asking any details about the card and my friend had to ask them to leave their name and number. The managers were standing w blank looks when we asked about the card! We asked were we could return our groceries since their was no way to pay and the women told us to return them ourselves? Terrible customer service but good food I guess

Arrived to the store just to cash paycheck, waited for a employee for over 5 minutes while waiting I endorsed my paycheck at there counter, the employee that finally arrived to the desk denied my cashing of my payroll check even with my price chopper card and drivers id wich all match the name on the check, I will never return to this disrespectful store again!!

The store is very neat and organized. They have a place where you can charged your new car. It is handicap accessible.

Stores always clean, people are generally nice, prices are the best because you shouldnt compare them to the more evil megacorp 30 seconds up the road

Received excellent customer service in a clean store that appeared to be excellently stocked. Great sales, but the prices on items at regular price are quite shocking.

Staff of many - trained by no one : occasionally the Staff will be helpful if you ask them two or three times for assistance, short-term and always with an attitude suggesting that you are interrupting something important such as texting and/or gossiping amongst each other. Never Informative or even willing to try and fake it when you mention Advantage Card benefits or anything related to the program in general. Strange no management after 3pm, ever. And of there is, they are not engaged or aware of anything happening with their store.

Employees are great. Very friendly. Store is always clean. I shop here often and always a great visit!

Average experience. Not a lot of customers yet had poor customer service. Cleanliness was not lacking though. Good place to go if you like to be around few customers.

Great supermarket chain! Wide selection of products as well as their own brand. Nice seafood department, meat department, fresh produce and bakery. Always have good sales. Prefer them over Wegmans any day!!! Has a good rewards program as well.

My go to supermarket in Cortland. They often have great specials on good quality meats, and they always have nice flowers for gifts at a fair price. Good quality fruits and veggies, too.

I really dislike this store for groceries etc but thier pharmacy is the best. Super friendly staff, informative and knowledgeable and abel to answer questions. Ive never had to wait for something out of stock and willing to help the customer with contacting doctors and insurance company if needed. Never a long wait at the pharmacy

I love price chopper. Prices are great. Majority of the workers are great and others are not. The bakery and seafood girls are awesome and always like their service. One thing I had heard recentlywas a couple of workers swearing as I was checking out. Italways Will bemy favorite place to shop aside from swearing workers

Check your coupons because they are decieveing. Big photos of buy 2 get 2 with actual products pictured but only one single coynt product is what you get. If you buy the pack you get max 2 dollar off. What a way to get you to spend 20$ whe you thought you had to spend 10.

Didnt have any good cars on sale at price chopper

Very satisfied with the cooked lobsters.Also got some cod. I didnt know they fry it for you. A very nice lady asked me if I wanted it fried, and I didnt know that was an option. She gave me a broucher with the fried dinners that they do there too. very pleased with the service I got tonight. A big thank you to the lady in seafood for the wonderful food and amazing experience. I certainly will be coming back.

I was grateful they were open at 6:30am, the store was super clean, all employees were wearing their masks, as was I. Also, the groceries I purchased were my normal items I actually get at a different store, but the pricing was comparable. I appreciated that as well.

An employee did not have her mask up over her nose while handing produce. She also pulled down her mask off her mouth to speak to another employee while she was hovering over the asparagus.

I bought a premade tossed salad in the produce department and the tomatoes were spoiled! I returned the salad and received a second one free and the tomatoes were rotten again!!!

With the pandemic in mind, Price chopper is one of the best places to get groceries. All employees are taking safety percautions unlike walmart. It had everything for me. Their is so much variety in the store. I highly recommend it.

Their staff is local and seem to recognize their local community patrons. Price Chopper has a great bakery, great deli, great fresh bagels, plentiful options in their produce department, and their deals are usually some of the best in town. Also great for local and regional businesses as they offer products found significantly native to our community. Very helpful staff and for the most part, the staff seem to enjoy their part in working there. Price chopper staff are also great with customer service, and actually take time to address every customer equally even if the issue is minor.

My go-to for perishable food items. In my opinion they have the best produce, meat and seafood of all the chain stores.

Too expensive

We went to get a bagel n coffee this is the second time this has happened to us no one at counter so we walked over to coffee counter they paged someone w as waited 5 minutes no one came w ed walked out again. Very unhappy with the store n we r not the only ones

Always great service and selection. The sales and quality make this a fantastic place to do your grocery shopping. The produce is always good and meat quality is also great. Their freezer section is incredibly vast as well.

Hit or miss with the staff. Sometimes theyre extremely polite and helpful, sometimes you run into two workers, on the clock, basically on top of each other, kissing and giggling while looking at their phones.

We found some good deals here. We dont usually shop at discount stores but we checked out Price Chopper to see whT they had. We were pleasantly surprised to find organic food and made a plan to have make your own pizzas. We got some good fixings and some household items as well. Great deals and easy, Checkout. The cheese we bought was mold the salsa we bought was 10 days past sell date and we bought steaks and one of the steaks had little bbs in it like the animal was shot with bird shot truly unbelievable we will never buy anything from the store again by far worse experience I have ever been through in any grocery store

Fair prices on almost everything along with best seafood offerings in the area.

This store is super clean and organized. They have great weekly deals. Prices are reasonable, especially if you have a bonus card. Only downfall is I wanted to use my brother’s bonus card with his permission, didn’t have it on me, but you have to show a license. Thankfully the store employee let me use the store bonus card or I would have had to leave, as I would not have been able to afford the groceries without the amazing deals.

Used to kind of like this store in Cortland. Never got told to wear a mask everytime we went in. Fianlly after they started making rude comments as you walk in, we wore them in one day. Im pregnant and have bad morning sickness and my husband has a hard time breathing in them so we took them off when we got inside away from everyone. The same lady which Im pretty sure was a higher up that has seen us before and never said a thing decided to come up to us. She wasnt nice about it either. She basically baraded us for taking them off instead of being professional and politely asking why we werent wearing them. And just to note its not a LAW! Definitely not shopping here anymore or any store that wants to get in your face about it, specially in the manner she did. I would have had more respect if she was more professional about it. If I do end up going in and having to wear one. You better bet Im going to puke all over their floor if thats what they want.
