Due to convenience of location and variety of products offered, this store has become my most frequented... It has been over a month and it is still freezing throughout the store. Employees said it wont be fixed anytime soon, as access has been deemed unsafe... ?!?!!??

Decent store, got bout anything u want but nothing you need. Lol

The employees try very hard here but they are understaffed and their corporate office needs to redesign this store. It is overcrowded and unorganized and could use a refreshing.

Mostly friendly staff, organized well, convenient quick stop

I really love this place compared to other Dollar Generals and Dollar Trees, Family Dollars. They have music, and the staff are really friendly and knowledgeable. I asked a couple people there where some product was and they knew exactly where it was and i got my items and left quickly. The team also has amazing customer service skills. We talked about covid 19 crisis while the cashiers were loading the items in the cart very quickly. Overall it was a wonderful experience and i think the team needs a raise!!

The cashier was very Friendly and she was very cheerful.

The customers can be the worst part. Place is cheap and has stuff.The staff are greatIts like a smaller Wal-Mart but the creatures live by it.

Under remodeling.. Chaos grenade went off . Couldnt find anything .

I cant complain about the dollar general. You find some great deals and other days its the same as shopping retail.

Nice place to pick up milk and other quick needs. This location has a surprisingly varied selection. Staff are sometimes hard to find.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Being in walking distance, Its a very easy place to get to. Great place to get things that you might need. This is probably my favorite place to shop just because they are so close and they almost always have what Im looking for.

Alot of stuff is cheap they need bigger building

Love this store but so hard to get into for someone who is disabled. I have to use a walker, if lucky enough to be parked by a cart someone left, either way there is a big curb to have to get over. With a walker or a cart this is very, very hard to get up and over or coming out to get back down. The parking for disabled is also too far away. The store is great, the employees are friendly. Just WAY too hard to get in and out for disabled.

I found what I needed easy enough. The cashier was very pleasant to talk to. I stayed longer in the store this time because of all the Christmas items. I enjoyed myself.

They have some decent finds and deals. Only problem is their selection keeps changing and dwindling as to what could be considered good. Also, their dairy and bread selection is very small

Omg, this place is awesome. About 5 months ago this place was a wreck, the new manager Dencil is amazing. His employees turned this place around and the shelfs look way better then they did. It looks alot organized. Cleaner then it has been in a long time. The staff here stephen and steve are very good cashiers. They are quick and provide excellent customer services!! The other managers here are really good too. It seems like this place is on track and is flowing amazingly. They even helped me bring my stuff to my car.

Best chicken in town and so is all of the other dishes they have.

Fabulous, a lady named Lisa was most helpful. Made my day.

The Store in Dryden NY, must definitely be under New Management, the Company reorganized all the isles, items are easy to find, the store is clean and the staff extremely friendly and helpful with a smile!!! Kudos to this store for the extremely awesome redo!

Some prices higher, some lower than Dollar Tree. Nice selection of goods. Would have given 5 Stars, but somethings are pricier than Walmart, even. Overall, Good

I dont even know why I bother, every single one of these stores is a disaster. Cortland, Tully, theyre all the same. No organization, no staff, just an absolute mess.

Its a small store in an old building. But the prices are ok. Staff are decent people. The place is a little rough around the edges, but they make it work.
