I am very impressed with the staff in the service department. They welcomed me with a smile even though I came right at closing time. They went above and beyond and took care of all my service needs. Jonathan called me promptly the next day and advised my car was ready. I recommend Stewart Toyota if you are searching for a new auto or for a routine oil change and/or service.

Here’s my honest opinion about this place. But first, let me give a little background on what led up to my amazing experience with Stewart Toyota.We realized we wanted to buy another vehicle a couple months ago. We’ve owned Dodges with hemis, and have been pretty happy for years.Our family also had a Toyota 4Runner for about 8 years, and several of our kids drove it, and we thought we wanted a new one, maybe to replace one of the Dodges. We also rented a Rav4 and realized it was too small.After a lot of research we decided a Highlander was the better fit. So over the past few weeks we began going to test drive at different dealers.At other dealers: I can’t say anyone was rude or anything, but there were several times when our experience at the other places was a total letdown. (And no, I will not give them a review. There is power in silence.)The reasons at each place varied… the car was somewhere else… the price wasn’t really the price… or we just couldn’t find a salesperson to talk to. And these were our “local” dealers.Even when we tried to set things up in advance because it was a long drive, the salesman ghosted and didn’t return calls. It was discouraging and felt so futile.So when my husband said “Let’s drive to Corsicana to see a car at Stewart Toyota!” I was not super enthused. It was going to be over 100 miles each way, through Dallas on a sunny day.But guess what?IT WAS TOTALLY WORTH IT!!(In other words, Yes, my man was right!)Here’s why I hope we buy all our cars at Stewart Toyota, and why I will send my kids there too.First, Mr. Todd Wills had the car up front and was at the door, ready for us when we arrived. He treated us to cold water and a restroom break after our long drive, patiently waiting.He got us in and going on the test drive as soon as we were ready - he didn’t waste a minute of our time, but gave so generously of his.Once we got back to the dealership he started working on our paperwork and helping us negotiate our offer and working out a deal.The only snag we hit was not being able to remember our own login to our bank. If we had that, I am certain we would have been done in 30 minutes.The entire process felt fair and comfortable and we really enjoyed working with Mr. Wills. Bonus: Armando in the office made signing everything simple and fast.Our new keys came with cool engraved metal and leather tags, And Mr. Wills even made sure hubs got his favorite license plate frame back before we left!So Yes! 5 stars… 10 is more accurate because these days, 5 can mean adequate. But Stewart Toyota in Corsicana went beyond adequate- they were amazing!Yes, it was a long drive… I will do it again. Every time. We are thrilled with our purchase!If you want to get treated like you matter and your time is important, go see Stewart Toyota. It really is worth the investment of driving down to have a great experience.

I have to give the biggest thank you to Toyota (Stewart) and the Rep Todd who took care of a complete strangers (myself and some friends) stuck on the side of the interstate where we ran out of gas. I walked 10 mins to the dealership and without any hesitation, my good brother Todd went to work to get us fuel. True American with a good heart. Picked up a new 4Runner for my wife here this weekend at Stewart. This was my third purchase with them over the past few years and this experience was just as good as the last two. My parents have also purchased vehicles here and have nothing but good things to say. Their sales staff is top-notch and their finance manager will also treat you right. Don Martinez was our salesman and he took excellent care of us from start to finish. Skip the DFW hassle and go straight to Stewart Toyota. Ask for Don! Thanks for another great vehicle.

Unfortunately have not had the greatest experiences with the services department. Poor form used while repairing our car, as evidenced by these photos, and whats worse is that there was no accountability or offer to repair these damages. That’s unacceptable in any other line of work. Hopefully there will be another opportunity to change our minds about them, but after having multiple mediocre encounters with them I am wary.

This was my first car buying experience and it was pretty awesome!! Todd and Armando did everything in their power, and probably a little more, to get me the truck I wanted...... and they succeeded.I had been to another dealer and was treated like a child. They wouldn’t show me any numbers and I’m pretty sure they were making up what they did have. Todd came to us with every statistic and number you could think of, not one question had to be asked.The people at Stewart Toyota are an amazing group! Ask for Todd, he will get you in the vehicle you want. I will definitely be back.

Very dissatisfied with Stewart Toyota service department. I would give them 0 stars if I could. Had road debris go through my windshield hours away from home (live in Houston). Had to limp to Stewart and had them repair. Windshield leaks badly during the heavy rains in Houston that followed. Stewart Toyota says to take it to a local shop and send them the bill. I took it to AutoNation Toyota in Houston, where we purchased the car. They had to replace the whole windshield, because to fix the windshield they needed to remove and reseal and it broke in the process. Cost was $700. I would have been amenable to some kind of cost sharing, but after shop manager played nice on phone, went radio silent the moment I started asking for any money. Dishonest and crooked these people.

I love Stewart Toyota, I have been working here for a few months and I am blown away at the integrity and transparency of the entire staff. I have worked at many dealerships and they all say the same thing but, they do not hold true to their word. They say they give customers great deals and are about making the customers experience great but, I have never seen it happen in my years working for dealerships until I hit the floor at Stewart Toyota! They truly care about their customers and their employees as if they are family. They are very honest and upfront with customers and it is very refreshing to see that there is nothing shady about their business. I went in because the sticker on my window & my car have a service light come on, Oil change time I thought. Come to find it was for a tire rotation only (not cool) If you dont rotate you tires when you have an oil change they make you come back. Then my husband heard a noise in front right and we assumed it was time for brakes also and inspection time. So after inspection, tire rotation, Oil change, I asked for a brake inspection. Come to find out it was wheel bearings $500+ for 1 side. I called another Toyota dealership for a second opinion. They told me that wheel bearings were under power train warranty. Shouldnt the dealership know this?? So I called Stewart back and told them it was under power train. Long story short, Stewart agreed and I had it replaced, then they called and said I should have other side replaced also since it is under warranty (another day to order part). Good news is, it did not cost me anything but 2 days in shop and a ton of aggravation.

The service department here is amazing. They are polite, very helpful, and only focused on the best way to keep your car up to par, not how they can make the most money off of you. I have been getting my car serviced here for years, and when I moved to DFW and started going to a local shop there, I quickly realized Stewart had my best interest at heart, and I will drive over an hour from now forward to make sure my car gets the proper care at the right price. We bought a new Toyota 4Runner... they gave us free oil changes... brought the vehicle in for an oil change... we needed new filters... they charged me $85 for two cheap paper filters. I have now spent more for two air filters than I would have for a whole oil change. Will NOT be recommending or using them again.

Salesman Ty Skinner responded to our inquiry by phone and walked us through every step of the car buying process. Ty was up front, honest and his negotiating skills were on point. Ty delivered on everything he promised and even sent us home with a full tank of gas. Ty didn’t have a used car salesman attitude, it seemed his only objective was to make sure we we’re entirely comfortable with the buying process. I cosigned a vehicle for my wife here. Had I not come she would have been screwed big time. They tried to sneak Gap insurance and Toyota Care into our loan but I wasnt having this. They also tried to push their in house financing, despite wife and I already being pre-approved by a bank at a lower APR. I made sure this didnt happen.This is your typical dealership thats only looking out for themselves and could care less about the customer other than trying to get the most money out of them. If you do purchase through them do your research before hand and do not let them take advantage of you. Never sign anything without reading through it first.

I do not give out 5 stars easily, but this was an easy one. I had a situation where I needed to get a relatives car from a 40 mile away location to Corsicana for service. This person did not have the ability to handle any part of the situation. I called them up, they gave me a reasonable towing company, told me I could handle it all over the phone and even better went and picked up this relative for free after the car was fixed.Daniel especially was a joy to work with. He gave me an update when the car had arrived, when it was being evaluated, the initial findings and a list of things we COULD do if we wanted. The price was final and accurate. I felt no high pressure, no sense that I was getting up sold. And then when he offered to pick her up as well, well it just made my day.I do not live in Corsicana, but if I did, I would give them all of my repair business.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE BY THE FINANCE DIRECTOR. Was so disrespectful to my family. We were there assisting my 69 year old mother with her purchase of a new Sienna van. Where is the customer service anymore where one cant look you in the eyes and speak to you with with total honesty, respect, ediquet, and southern hospitality. No respect for my mother what so ever, when he spoke to her and my husband. The General manager was notified of how rude his finance director was, and did absolutely Nothing. Just chuckled. When your store is producing maybe 50 units a month, in a small town like Corsicana, you better believe you need to treat every customer like they are your last. The owner should really take a Serious look at who you have managing the business.Customers are always right and are your best source of advertisement! BE VERY CAUTIOUS PURCHASING FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! One would like to support their own town, but when your mother is disrespected (no matter what age), take 45 minutes and drive to Dallas to get true customer service, and walk away happy with a new vehicle. Dont get on here as a GM and try to apologize and lie, because you were notified of this situation as we Voluntarily walked out of this dealership.

Excellent service, very polite wait staff, and a very short wait. I was impressed that they were able to pull up everything that was covered under my warranty, including the battery that had a bad cell. They did not try to sell me extra things like filters and things like that, but they made good solid recommendations.The waiting room is nice, clean and pleasant, unlike so many waiting rooms at so many auto places. Though Walmart may be more convenient to me to have my oil changed, I will take the good service at Stewart Toyota over the incompetence of Walmart any day.

My wife was driving our Prius to Dallas the weekend before we moved to Washington when the Inverter went out in Corsicana. My wife limped it over to Stewart Toyota where Service manager Terry Keeton got involved and took over. She went FAR and above what any Service manager should have to. We had already moved and she facilitated honoring the warranty to replace the inverter, taking pictures of the vehicle, arranging with the movers to have it picked up, and even boxed up our items and sent it to me! Wow! Awesome job and this is why I stick with Toyota.

The service department is terrible. I agree with others about service department. Took new Sienna with only 30,000 miles on it in for an electrical problem and they treated me as I was a hassle and that I was lying. This is after having to call several times to make an appointment. From start to finish I was treated as though I was nothing but a problem, and this is for a vehicle that was under warranty.The service manager (Jay Payne) was extremely rude and did not help. They treat you great until they get your money from purchasing a vehicle and then after that you are nothing but a hassle for them, STAY AWAY!
