Extremely helpful staff. One of the associates, William, went above and beyond to assist us.

We ultimately struck out here but we felt like they gave us time and truthful advice.We live in a Port Aransas (beach) neighborhood with a strict policy on house colors. We went to Sherwin Williams with our existing color (pastel, mint green) hoping to come away with their Emerald exterior paint in that color. They tried to mix it but unfortunately they didnt have a yellow base and if they add yellow to paint too much it grays within a year. They told us all of that instead of selling us what they could mix. I appreciate their time and honesty. If we change colors next time I would probably come back to Sherwin Williams.Also, because we had time to browse, the store had a lot of useful supplies: everything from ladders and paintbrushes to wood putty and caulk guns. There were at least five employees working (on a Monday afternoon) and professional painters were in and out pretty quickly. Sometimes there was a wait though, and if you could call ahead I would recommend it.I cant comment on the quality of the paint.

Sales associate was very helpful in finding the color I had previously purchased in 2018. Was very patience throughout the purchase process.

My new paint is amazing! Dont trust anyone else when it comes to your exterior paint on Brutal Padre Island!

I walked into the Everhart store near Sams club today and didn’t even get a hello from the staff. It must have been six uniformed employees in the store. Two of the six already had customers. I stood in front of the counter and wasn’t even acknowledged. I’m by no means a small guy and had on a bright orange shirt. I walked away very disappointed with the lack of customer service. I went down the street to the automotive Sherman Williams store on Everhart and had the exact opposite experience and it was only one staff member in the store.

Needed paint to finish a project and Desiree was the most helpful person! Everything was done on the phone due to social distancing, and she was so polite and helped me get what I needed!

We called 2 hours beforehand and ordered 2 gallons of paint . The store looked up our account and confirmed that we had bought that same paint before. The salesman stated he would get on it . When my wife arrived to pick up the paint after shopping the man at the counter found the ticket walked over to the other side of the counter and left . 45 min later my wife asked what was going on. The store manager got involved and after looking into it found out that the paint was not available anymore. The store manager found a similar paint type and after another hour she left with 2 gallons.

If youre in a hurry, dont go to this store! If you need help, dont go to this store.they have a lot of clerks but not one has any idea of customer service. not one asked how they could help. not one even acknowledged I was in their store. I left without purchasing anything and wont be back. There are too many other paint stores including the big box stores.

My contractor uses SW paint exclusively. I used it and it covers well and is very smooth. I am happy
