Great paint for wind generators

I walked into the Everhart store near Sams club today and didn’t even get a hello from the staff. It must have been six uniformed employees in the store. Two of the six already had customers. I stood in front of the counter and wasn’t even acknowledged. I’m by no means a small guy and had on a bright orange shirt. I walked away very disappointed with the lack of customer service. I went down the street to the automotive Sherman Williams store on Everhart and had the exact opposite experience and it was only one staff member in the store. She helped the customer she was with and immediately asked how she could he me. She was professional and friendly and properly represented the company brand.

Efficient & knowledgeable. I had my base color & clear in hand within a few minutes of arriving. The best part was that I am not a Pro, just a retail customer & I wasnt made to feel out of place, awesome. : )

Extremely friendly. Quick to greet and help. The other store should take notes.

Great products but High prices and they need to make welcoming customers a top priority.

They had just what we were looking for and really reasonable price customer service was outstanding@!

With my Delmar student discount, I was able to get the primer sealer, paint, reducer, clearcoat, and hardener all for about $300. Got enough for my Bronco.

The personal that is running the store are very inexperienced. Sure miss the other people that where running the store before.

Girl at front desk is very rude!
