Tyrone was fabulous! He was able to help me get the granite countertops of my dreams!! I just cant say enough wonderful things about him and the beautiful granite we are getting for our brand new home! Tyrone was unbelievably helpful and extremely friendly and he genuinely cared about me getting the granite that I absolutely loved! He went out of his way to move granite slabs so I could take a look at every slab and pick the ones I was the most happy with. Tyrone went above and beyond and I would definitely recommend talking to him personally, with such a great selection, they have everything you need!

I have been looking for Granite for awhile. Went to many places I will not name, nonetheless Superior Granite has the best choices(a wide variety) best prices and great customer service. Dont work here, you will make 9$ a hr for life. You cannot set goals or have a future. Because there is no moving up. The people are nice and so is the granite but things need to change at this company big time. I dont know anyone in this world that can make a living on 9$ a hour and support a family.

My husband and I took about 10 different trips looking at granite. We were helped by two different employees and both quoted us MULTIPLE times on a particular color we liked. So we set everything up with the contractor- then come to find out when the contractor went to pick up the slabs, they lied about the pricing and level of the granite and refused to honor the price that we had been quoted MULTIPLE times by TWO different employees. Save yourself the stress and go anywhere else in Corpus for your granite needs. Don’t give these lying thiefs your money.

I went to Superior Granite today. I had a sales man show me around. He did not introduce himself so I cant tell you his name. Strike one. He showed me what I was asking to see.One of the slabs was covered in a layer of dirt and I commented thay I would like to see the true color since it was dirty. The salesman didnt react. Then I had to specifically ask if he could clean it so I could see. He did. Strike two. He proceeded to write down the SKU # of what I narrowed it down to. I asked what the price difference was between the different slabs to try to help narrow down my selection. He said he couldnt tell me. I needed my contractor to get a price out of them. Strike 3. So to be clear, dont go unless you have a contractor who can cut the slab and install it. They do not cut your slab for you. They do not sell your slab to you, they will only work with a contractor. Waste of a trip, waste of time. I went to home depot instead and got an actual price for what I was after. Imagine that...see something and know its price! They may have great prices, Ill never know. Save yourself the frustration look else where if you havent already negotiated an install price before hand with someone who cuts and installs countertops. It gave the impression that the store and your contractor can scam you out of the best price. How do I know that they dont give the contractor a good deal and my contractor gives a different number. Too much secrecy for me.

Cant please everyone. Lying doesnt help you, stop spreading false truths, good luck with your search. Everyone knows pricing is never given to anyone but the fabricator

We went here and put two slabs of Carrera white QUARTZ on hold for an install that was going to occur within 7 days. They SOLD the slabs a few days later, didnt tell us, and turns out it wasnt quartz, the slabs were marble. No one called to let us know they sold the slabs out from under us. The owner didnt seem to care all that much of the terrible treatment of customers. He offered an .80 per square foot discount on two other slabs that looked nothing like the original slabs we picked out. Those slabs were actually smaller, so what he said was a discount was actually just a smaller slab that he was trying to make us believe was discounted. These guys are slimy, have no care for customer service, and do not have knowledge of the items they are selling. I recommend taking your business to Granite Granite. They care about their customers. -Austin

Best servive experienve weve had since we started building a new home. Wonderful selection of granite & quartz. But most importantly, Tyrone & Brently went above & beyond to help us select our choice, even pulled the slabs out so we could find the best match of color & variations. Thanks guys, youre the best!

Last I checked I dont release prices or sell to the public. If there was miscommunication between a fabricator and their customer we shouldnt be subjected to being called theives... have a nice day
